Toomi: Throughout the ages, Godzilla has always been known as a destructive force of nature.

Megumi: And if you think Godzilla is powerful on his own, you're dead wrong.

Toomi: Like Burning Godzilla, the form Godzilla gained from absorbing too much radiation

Megumi: And Super Godzilla, the Super Saiyan form for Godzilla. She's Sachi-san, Toomi-san and I'm Megumi-san

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Burning Godzilla meltsdown into What if Battles

Toomi: Long ago in a distant time, there lives a dinosaur that has somehow survived the great extinction over 65 million years ago.

Megumi: But as the nukes strikes down onto Hiroshima in 1954, along came the biggest meanest monster created from the destructive force of Mankind, Godzilla.

Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

Sachi: Once a godzillasaurus, Godzilla was heavily mutated by both Fat Man and Little Boy after having the two nuclear bombs drop onto him, transforming him into the monster known as Godzilla.

Megumi: And it didn't just stop there. Godzilla then terrorizes Japan, tearing through the cities before the humans sent their super weapon, the Super X which in turn helped defeat the monster.

Toomi: After the fight against the military, more and more monsters began emerging from across the globe with the emergence of Mothra and Battra, the fight against King Ghidorah, the scuffles with Rodan, the near death encounter with Mechagodzilla, the struggle against SpaceGodzilla and finally the final battle with Destoroyah.

Sachi: Godzilla is one powerful beast, having tough hide which makes him imprevious to ordinary firearms and military weapons.

Megumi: Not only that but Godzilla knows some Judo and Boxi...

Toomi: Uh no Megumi. In this version, Godzilla is not as human as the Godzilla from the Showa series so sorry to say but this Godzilla lacks all that MMA stuff.

Megumi: Aw man. But no matter, at least that Godzilla still has his signature Atomic Breath! A powerful blue nuclear fire which he can fire from his mouth and boy do they really sting.

Sachi: And after absorbing too much radiation from the space crystals around him, Godzilla then enters the state of Meltdown. In the state of Burning Godzilla.

Toomi: Burning Godzilla, in this form, Godzilla's body is like a living nuclear reactor, extremely powerful, highly radioactive and dangerous to both the world and himself.

Toomi: But let's not forget that Godzilla is already powerful in his base form, he has protected the lives of human soldiers while still in his weaker godzillasaurus state, defeated Larva Battra and even destroyed Biollante, the plant monster created from his very own cells.

Megumi: Wait, Godzilla's DNA made Biollante? Doesn't that make her his sister?

Sachi: Pretty much yes.

Megumi: Cool, not only that but Godzilla has also held his own against the combined might of Battra and Mothra and even decapitated King Ghidorah in their first encounter.

Toomi: Not only that but Godzilla after absorbing the soul of Rodan, Godzilla gained even further power, destroying Mechagodzilla in their final fight and with the help of M.O.G.U.E.R.A, he was even able to defeat SpaceGodzilla, his evil doppleganger.

Megumi: I agree with Sachi-san. I mean he may be powerful and all but he sure is not invincible.

Toomi: Agreed, Godzilla's massive bulky built does affect his mobility and movement, making him both slow and clumsy especially fighting in big cities like Tokyo.

Sachi: Not only that but Godzilla is also vulnerable to certain types of Military Weapons such as the Absolute Zero Cannon and the Cadimium Shells fired from the Super X. The magnitude of the attacks has been shown to not only harm Godzilla but also powerful enough to render him unconscious.

Megumi: And his biggest weaknest, his second brain. If his second brain is destroyed than Godzilla will be paralyzed and immobile.

Toomi: It's also worth to note that Godzilla's mutated DNA has also been known to spawn some of his deadlier enemies. I mean, Biollante and SpaceGodzilla are his half sibling s and Mechagodzilla is modeled after his own appearance

Sachi: And we can never forget Godzilla's death from his Meltdown.

Megumi: But regardless of that, with or without his Burning Form, Godzilla is the True King of the Monsters.

Super Godzilla radiates into What if Battles

Toomi: When evil aliens threatens to invade Earth, a small group of scientists piloting the X2 are forced into extreme measures in hopes of saving the world.

Megumi: And that extreme measure is...you guessed it! Godzilla.

Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

Toomi: Using the radio transmitter waves of the Super X2, the humans then gained control over Godzilla, leading him across the cities battling monsters and aliens in the process

Megumi: After fighting through monsters like King Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla, Biollante and Battra, Godzilla will be put in a sub-boss fight against Mecha-King Ghidorah. But if you're lucky and the destruction of Tokyo is less than 50 percent during Mecha-King Ghidorah's attack, Godzilla can easily transform into his most powerful form, Super Godzilla.

Sachi: Is it me or does Super Godzilla look a lot like SpaceGodzilla?

Toomi: It's the design Sachi. Super Godzilla's design inspired the creation of SpaceGodzilla. I mean Minoru Yoshida designed those two Kaijus himself.

Sachi: Oh. But if you are unlucky enough to cause a lot of damage during you fight with Mecha-King Ghidorah, the humans will have to take a longer time to bring enough radiation for your transformation, meaning you will have to fight Bagan as Base Godzilla which is going to be one of the hardest things to do.

Toomi: We're not joking. Base Godzilla literally stood zero chance against Bagan due to his level of power. But once the radiation arrives, Godzilla then transforms into Super Godzilla which immediately turn the tide of the battle.

Megumi: So Super Godzilla is powerful enough to kill Gods? Now I can see why the humans want control over him.

Toomi: Base Godzilla alone is extremely powerful, possessing superhuman strength capable of destroying buildings, tearing down military vehicles and harm other Kaijus in the area.

Megumi: And like most other versions of Godzilla, this Godzilla can fire his signature atomic breath, a nuclear fire powerful enough to desimate almost any Kaijus

Toomi: Godzilla can also somehow hold his own against Bagan long enough for the hunans to bring enough radioactive energy needed for his transformation, his transformation into Super Godzilla.

Megumi: Wait, since Super Godzilla is a transformation stronger than Base Godzilla, could it be that this Godzilla is the Legendary Super Saiy...

Toomi: No! I mean technically yes,  since Super Godzilla is sort of like a Super Saiyan transformation for Godzilla.

Megumi: This is so cool.

Sachi: I know right? Anyway, as Super Godzilla, Godzilla's strength and health increases greatly, capable of tanking hits from Bagan and Mecha-King Ghidorah and is also powerful enough to actually hurt them, something that Base Godzilla is not capable of.

Toomi: Unfortunately, Super Godzilla himself is also no exception to weakness. While his durability may have been enhanced, he can still be harmed by Bagan's Godly strength and power.

Sachi: And the controls for the game itself is very bad. Not only is it hard for the player to move Godzilla around but the computer is given an unfair advantage over the player, being able to spam attacks faster than the players could react

Megumi: And once Godzilla dies three times, the game itself will immediately restart from the beginning which is a pretty bitch move if you ask me!

Megumi: But even so, it's best stay away once Godzilla turns Super.

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Japan, the streets are quiet as every last citizen of Tokyo has safely evacuated the city.

Several helicopters roams around the skies, surveying the streets from below.

One of the pilots said to the rest.

Pilot: No signs of anybody. Every last person has been evacuated sir.

Pilot: Good, proceed back to base now.

Pilot: Yes sir.

Just as the helicopter turns around, all of a sudden, something large and massive bursts out of the water, steams billowing from it's body.

Pilot: Holy crap! What the hell is that?!

One of the pilots exclaims out in shock.

As smoke continues to billow from his body, the pilots can slowly make out the form of a massive reptilian creature with sharp spikes and a large muscular bulk for a body.

But what caught their attention the most is the blazing hot marks all over the Kaiju's body.

Upon recognizing the creature, one of the pilots exclaims out in horror.

Pilot: Oh my God! Is that Godzilla?!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEEONK!!!

Burning Godzilla lets out a loud roar, opening his mouth just as his spikes began radiating a blazing red colour.

WHOOM!!!

Realizing what is going to happen next, the pilots screams out in horror.

Pilot: Oh crap! Oh crap!

Pilot: Godammit! Run! You...

Godzilla then opens his jaws, spewing one powerful blast of his Atomic Flame at the helicopters.

SHOOM!!!

The Atomic Fire instantly obliterates the helicopters upon contact, causing both the vehicles and the pilots inside it to go off in a massive fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!! KABOOM!!!

Explosions booms across the city just as Burning Godzilla stomps around the city, setting everything in his path ablaze.

FWOOSH!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEONK!!!

As Burning Godzilla continues to wreak havoc across the empty city of Tokyo, far away, the Super X2 flies closer towards the city.

Sensing something is amissed, Burning Godzilla turns his head to the side, staring at the Super X2.

However, instead of attacking, the machine began emitting a loud shrill ring, sending a powerful soundwave across the city.

WHEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOO!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEEONK!!!

Burning Godzilla emits a loud angry roar at the Super X2, forcing the machine to back away.

Right at that moment, something large bursts out of the water, standing right in between Burning Godzilla and the Super X2.

SPLASH!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

Burning Godzilla emits a loud roar, narrowing his eyes at the newcomer.

But as the water drips down from his hide, what Burning Godzilla saw causes his eyes to widen in a mixture of shock and recognition.

The creature in front of him looks completely like him except for the distinct lack of the red burnt marks across his body.

That creature looks like an ordinary Godzilla.

Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEONK!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Both Godzilla stomps towards each other, their jaws opens agape as the two Kaijus closes in onto each other.

Just as Burning Godzilla closes in, Godzilla leans his head down, slamming his jaws tightly onto his arm.

CHOMP!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEONK!!!

FWOOSH!!!

A fiery burst of nuclear energy emits from Burning Godzilla's body just as the Kaiju throws a fist forward, striking Godzilla square in the eye.

WHAM!!!

Godzilla: SKREEEEEEONK!!!

WHAM!!!

Burning Godzilla swung his tail across, sending Godzilla crashing down onto a skyscrapper with a single blow.

CRASH!!!

Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

WHOOM!!!

Burning Godzilla's body glows bright red just as he opens his jaws, unleashing a powerful blast of nuclear energy down onto him.

THOOM!!!

The Red Spiral Ray immediately strikes onto Godzilla, causing his body to go off in a fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Godzilla: SKREEEEEEONK!!!

Burning Godzilla stood over the fallen Godzilla, opening his jaws just as he lets out a loud roar of triumph.

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEEONK!!!

However, right at that moment, the Super X2 flies forward, opening fire at the Burning Kaiju.

PIU!!! PIU!!!

BOOM!!!

The projectiles exploded upon making contact with Burning Godzilla, causing him to let out a roar of agony.

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEONK!!!

WHOOSH!!!

The Super X2 then flies over the injured Godzilla, sliding open it's cockpit.

Plop!

A large missile drops from below the Super X2, dropping down onto Godzilla, causing a big fiery explosion around him.

KABOOM!!!

The Super X2 then flies forward just as Burning Godzilla opens his jaws, spewing a powerful radioactive Atomic Breath onto the warship.

FWOOSH!!!

Upon collision with the Atomic Breath, the Super X2 immediately went off in a fiery explosion, it's armour instantly disintergrates under the scorching radioactive heat.

KABOOM!!!

However, right at this moment...

???: SKREEEEEEEEEEONK!!!

Burning Godzilla heard a lour familiar roar, lifting his head up to investigate.

As the smoke clears, Burning Godzilla could make up a large muscular shape rising from within the flames, two large spikes protruding from his shoulders.

The creature steps out of the smoke, his body now even stronger than before.

Godzilla has transformed into Super Godzilla!

Super Godzilla stood back, facing Burning Godzilla before letting out a loud roar at him.

Super Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEEONK!!!

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: I'm Back by Mick Gordon feat Omega Sparx>

THOOM!!! THOOM!!!

Super Godzilla stomps forward, swinging his tail right onto Burning Godzilla.

WHAM!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

Burning Godzilla lets out a loud roar of agony before collapsing sideways onto the floor.

CRASH!!!

Super Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

Super Godzilla lets out a loud roar, closing in onto Burning Godzilla.

However, right at that moment, Burning Godzilla's body began emitting a powerful radioactive pulse, blasting Super Godzilla backwards in the process.

BUSSH!!! BUSSSH!!!

Super Godzilla: SKREEEEEEONK!!!

Super Godzilla lets out a loud roar of agony just as he was sent flying backwards, crashing into a building.

CRASH!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

Super Godzilla pushes himself up, narrowing his eyes at his burning doppleganger.

Super Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

Grip!

Super Godzilla grabs a skyscrapper from the ground, throwing it right at Burning Godzilla.

However, Burning Godzilla opens his jaws, spewing a single powerful Red Spiral Ray at the skyscrapper, causing the skyscrapper to go off in a fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!!

WHOOM!!!

Blazing powerful radioactive energy emits from Super Godzilla's spikes just as the Kaiju opens his jaws, unleashing a powerful Atomic Breath right onto Burning Godzilla.

FWOOSH!!!

The Nuclear Flame immediately struck onto Burning Godzilla, creating an explosion in the process.

KABOOM!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEONK!!!

BOOM!!! BOOM!!!

The sheer blow of the explosion caused several parts of Burning Godzilla's body to go off in small severe explosions, instantly destroying several buildings in the process.

CRASH!!! CRASH!!!

Super Godzilla: SKREEEEEEONK!!!

Super Godzilla closes in onto Burning Godzilla, throwing a left hook across his cheek.

WHAM!!!

Burning Godzilla grabs a small truck from a building, slamming it onto Super Godzilla.

CRASH!!!

WHOOOM!!!

WHOOOM!!!

Both Godzillas spikes began glowing brightly just as the two opens their jaws, spewing a single powerful Atomic Breath right into each other.

THOOM!!!

The nuclear projectiles clashes into each other, the sheer collision of the two nuclear pulse immediately cause a powerful fiery explosion, setting everything in flames.

KABOOM!!!

Buildings and vehicles instantly incinerates into nothingness as the fiery wave of doom travels across the city, creating a massive crater on the ground below.

FWOOSH!!!

As fire blazes around the city, Burning Godzilla drops onto his knees, feeling the overwhelming radioactive energy surging around him.

SLURCH!!!

Burning Godzilla felt his spikes slowly melting into sludge. 

This is too much even for the King of the Monsters himself but despite the state he is in, Burning Godzilla is not willing to give up.

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEEONK!!!

FWOOSH!!!

Burning Godzilla opens his jaws, launching a powerful Red Spiral Ray onto Super Godzilla.

KABOOM!!!

Super Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

Super Godzilla lets out a loud roar of agony, the sheer magnitude of the blast sends him tumbling backwards.

Super Godzilla looks up, watching just as radiation began pulsing around Burning Godzilla, spiralling out of control just as several buildings explodes around him.

KABOOM!!! KABOOM!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEONK!!!

Super Godzilla lunges forward, throwing one powerful punch right into Burning Godzilla's face.

WHAM!!!

Super Godzilla swings his tail across, slamming it right into Burning Godzilla's chest.

WHAM!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEONK!!!

Just as Burning Godzilla staggers backwards, Super Godzilla opens his jaws, powerful radioactive energy emitting within his mouth.

WHOOM!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEEONK!!!

Just as Burning Godzilla lets out a loud roar, Super Godzilla unleashes a powerful nuclear blast right onto him.

THOOM!!!

The Atomic Breath strikes Super Godzilla square in the body, causing his body to go off in a fiery explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Burning Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEONK!!!

Burning Godzilla lets out a loud agonizing roar just as the body cavity opens up, causing his entire body to go off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

The blazing radioactive fire instantly travels across the fiery remains of the city, slamming into Super Godzilla in the process, engulfing the Kaiju completely in flames.

FWOOSH!!!

As the fire travels across the world, everything and anything within the planet went off in a hellblazing explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Just as the explosion slowly dies down, everything on Earth is completely desimated into nothingness.

However, right at that moment, a small rubble of rocks suddenly falls back just as a large towering figure rises from within the ground.

CRASH!!!

Super Godzilla opens his eyes, surveying the area around him.

The entire landscape is completely empty with not a single shape of structure left from the attack.

But what surprises Super Godzilla is the realization that Burning Godzilla is nowhere to be seen.

Realizing the he won, Super Godzilla rears back his head, letting out one final roar in triumph.

Super Godzilla: SKREEEEEEEEEEEEONK!!!

Megumi: Whoa man. Look at all that destruction.

Toomi: Both Burning and Super forms are equal in terms of raw destructive force but in terms of raw power, Super Godzilla pretty much has this in the bag.

Sachi: Indeed, while the Burning form is more than capable of emitting powerful waves to kill the likes of Destoroyah, the Super Form on the other hand has enough destructive force to kill Ancient Gods like Bagan.

Megumi: And we all know that Destoroyah is anything but a God.

Toomi: And in terms of durability, Super Godzilla kinda takes this. I mean Burning Godzilla is like a walking time bomb and with too much radiation or too much damage, Burning Godzilla will literally self-destruct whereas Super Godzilla can stay in that form naturally without destroying anything and himself.

Megumi: And since Super Godzilla can absorb more radiation than Burning Godzilla, even if he self-destructs, Super Godzilla would just absorb all that radiation and become stronger than ever, thus giving him the win in this battle. Looks like this Godzilla has become Super Burnt!

Sachi: The winner is Super Godzilla

The shoulder spikes have been replaced by two large crystals, the "crown" that appeared in the Japanese Super Godzilla can be seen on SpaceGodzilla, and the Navel Core has been removed. Both Super Godzilla and SpaceGodzilla were designed by Minoru Yoshida.

* The part where Burning Godzilla briefly fight against Base Godzilla is based off the fight scene of the scrapped movie Godzilla vs Ghost Godzilla where the Heisei Godzilla is supposed to fight the ghost of the original Godzilla.
