Black Widow vs Batwoman
Marvel vs DC, two red headed women with dark militaristic training goes out in the first battle of the year.
<Cue: Invader Theme>
Toomi: Every superhero has a backstory, sometimes it may lead back to their militaristic days
Megumi: And these two hot sexy babes sure look good in red and black
Toomi: Such as Black Widow, the convert enemy turned Avenger,
Megumi: And Batwoman, the ex-soldier turned vigilante and member of the Batfamily. She's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi
Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle
Black Widow is "Russian" into What if Battles
<Cue: Black Widow by Iggy Azalea feat Rita Ora>
Toomi: Born in the USSR, Natalia Alianovna Romanova was recruited by the KGB at a young age for the dying Soviet Union's assassin program as part of the Red Room.
Megumi: Wait, Red Room as in that weird website from those horror stories?
Toomi: No, Red Room as in the assassin organisation from Russia.
Megumi: Oh, anyway after a childhood of psychological and physical modifications (such as sterilization), Romanova became one of the world's greatest assassins under the code name Black Widow.
Black Widow: Hey.
Sachi: And she certainly lived up to her name, being able to infiltrate and even eliminate her targets with no questions asked.
Toomi: That is until she met a S.H.I.E.L.D agent by the name of Clint Barton, also known as Hawkeye.
Megumi: At first, Black Widow tries to kill him, but Jeremy Renner...uh...I mean Hawkeye is somehow so irresistibly handsome that she defects from the Russian Organization and began serving the U.S as a S.H.I.E.L.D agent
Sachi: And eventually, she and Hawkeye then met up with Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk and Thor which then leads her to becoming a member of the Avengers.
Toomi: Being trained in the arts of assassination, Black Widow possesses incredible martial arts skills, being able to take on multiple trained soldiers at once and even perform acrobatic skills such as somersaults and backflips.
Sachi: And being a spy, she's an excellent hacker, a skilled markswoman and her skills of infiltration also involves disguising herself and even seducing her targets.
Megumi: And speaking of disguising herself, not even her own team members would even notice.
Hawkeye: Whoa, couldn't tell if that's you.
Black Widow: That's the idea honey.

Toomi: But Black Widow doesn't just rely on her skills alone. Often times, she is armed with her signature gaunlets, the Black Widow's Bite which can be used to open automatic fire, shoot electric tasers and even store explosives.
Megumi: And Natasha is quite the fighter herself, being able to fight 100 men without help and even singlehandedly defeat the X Force all by herself. Oh and did I mention she could even fight while being handcuffed?
<Shows footages of Black Widow beating up three men while being tied up with Phil Coulson listening casually on the other side of the line>
Sachi: That's not the only thing she could do, Black Widow also has a really high pain tolerance, being once drugged and still conscious, being forced to hold still as doctors were performing abdominal surgery on her. Meaning, she was forced to feel every cut and pull on her flesh and not move a muscle.
Megumi: Damn! I would have cried out way right when they lift up the knife but playing unconscious and taking surgery with no anesthetic? That's one tough woman right there.
Toomi: And speaking of surgery, days after having one, Black Widow was even able to fight Elektra to a stalement, and just to note, Elektra can scale to people like Daredevil and she can even move so fast she can remain unseen even in daylight.

Sachi: That's not all, do you know there was even one time Black Widow actually lifted Mjonir. The magic hammer that belongs to the Thunder God Thor.
Megumi: Wait, really? Seems kinda a bit ironic doesn't it? Given that scene from Age of Ultron.
Iron Man: And Widow?
Black Widow: Oh no no. That's not a question I need answered.
Toomi: However, despite her high pain tolerance, Natasha is not superhuman, still possessing the durability and endurance of that of any ordinary human
Megumi: And Black Widow sometimes does have problems facing stronger opponents, like the time she fought Alexi Ronin who knows how to counter her attacks and even predict her moves.
Weakness
Same weaknesses as any mortal human
According to Daredevil, she has a low pain threshold and because of that she could never lead the Avengers
Has trouble fighting against Cosmic level beings
Currently, she is dead (or at least presumably), after receiving a strong hit in the neck with the shield of Captain America during the event, Secret Empire.
Sachi: Black Widow's past association with the Red Room has sometimes led her own loyalty to be questioned by the US government. And not only that but it sometimes does haunt her past as well.
Toomi: But even alongside the Avengers, Natasha retains a gray sense of morality. Her path to redemption has been a rocky one, as her personal quest to destroy the Red Room has left a trail of bodies in its wake.
Megumi: But one lesson to note, never ever mess with this red head.
Black Widow: I've lived a lot of lives. But I'm done running from my past.
Batwoman's gaydar leads her into What if Battles
<Cue: She by Hayley Kiyoko>
Toomi: Kate Kane and her twin sister Beth...
Megumi: Wait, hold on? Aren't we talking about Babara Gordon Batgirl?
Toomi: What? No! This is Batwoman, not Batgirl. Those two are way completely different characters.
Megumi: Oh, I just thought that since considering how Batgirl is one of the main female members of the Bat Family, she would have grown to be Batwoman.
Toomi: She isn't. Anyway, Kate Kane and her twin sister Beth were born to prominent colonel Jake Kane and his wife Gabrielle, herself a captain. Both parents were on active military duty, and worked extensively with intelligence organizations.
Megumi: But on their twelfth birthday, a group of assholes came and kidnapped them though Jacon only was able to rescue Kate just when Gabi and Beth were killed so yeah, it's basically Batman's story all over again.
Sachi: But surprisingly, Kate and Jacob were able to get over the incident with a cool head and Kate then went to the military.
Toomi: That is where Kate met a cadet, Sophie Moore who she then fell in love with.
<Shows footages of Kate Kane having sex with Sophie>
Megumi: But sad to say, such a thing is not allowed in the military
Sophie: I hereby, the allegation of homosexual conduct, signing the above denial will drop all disciplinary action and permit the cadet will crush to re-engage in all academic activity.
Megumi: Well...shit.
Toomi: So after being kicked out of the military, Kate then fell into a state of sex and alcohol, drinking away her depression until one fateful night, she met the Batman.
Sachi: And so Batman swoops in and save her from a bunch of attempt rapists and she fell in love with him right? Yeah no...
Megumi: Despite her predicament, Kate held her own against the thugs and by the time Batman arrived, he only made it in right to help her up to which she refuses.
Batman: You're welcome.
Toomi: But turns out meeting Batman in person inspired Kate into the life of vigilantism. Using stolen military equipment from the Black Market, Kate Kane then becomes the one and only, Batwoman.
Man: You're not Batman
Batwoman: That's the point.
Toomi: Being trained in the military, Batwoman possesses incredible combat skills and agility, being able to hold her own against several thugs even without armor and even perform backflips.
Megumi: And like Bats herself, she is incredibly smart, being able to solve mysteries in Gotham, outsmart people like Batman and even know Dick Grayson's identity as the new Batman.
Sachi: And like Batman, Batwoman is also armed with weaponary such as her own version of the Batarang, grappling hooks, bolas, smoke bombs and her very own Bat armor.
Toomi: Like Batman and the other Batfamily, Batwoman's armor is tough enough to block bullets and knives with her cape being bulletproof as well. In fact, a punch from Cyborg barely even fazed her.

Hits another with a volleyball pole, and smacks another with his bag of loot so hard that a bunch of jewels get stuck in his face. In fact, she's even strong enough to shatter bones with a single strike
Sachi: And just to note, one cubic inch of bone can withstand the weight of five standard pickup trucks, give or take a few pounds. If you're looking for the specifics to snap a piece of your skeleton, it takes about 4,000 newtons of force to break the typical human femur.
Megumi: And that's not all, Batwoman is also strong enough to take down the likes of Batgirl, hold her own against Talia, defeated a mutated Killer Croc and when she popped a Super Pill, she was even able to beat down Wonder Woman
Toomi: Kate is incredibly smart as well, having being known to be an exceptional pupil in her military days, and even knew about Religional Crime before Batman does
Megumi: The very same Batman who not only gained 12 Masters, but is smart enough to once sit on the Morbius Chair and became the God of Knowledge

Stole Black Manta's submarine
Toomi: And speaking of Religion Crime, Batwoman is also smart enough to solve the case of the Weeping Woman, even using meditation to figure out her weakness and defeat her
Megumi: Man, when she makes herself to be like a female gay version of Batman, she really is a female gay version of Batman
Toomi: However, despite her armor and skills, Kate herself is still pretty much one hundred percent human, meaning she can still be killed by ordinary means of harm
Sachi: And being lesbian does put Kate to be a victim of homophobia though that has never stopped her
Weakness
Cocky
Normal human weaknesses
Was initially kicked out of the military due to her homosexuality
Megumi: But screw the haters, Batwoman is definitely tough just as she is gay. And that's a good thing!
Batwoman: If you're gonna think that, you're gonna have to kill one more person. Me.
Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.
Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.
Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!
Fight
Abandoned warehouse
Inside a dim litted room of a warehouse, Black Widow drops down from the ceiling, her foot landing straight on top of a masked thug.
BAM!!!
Thug: ARGHHHH!!!
Another thug rushes forward, only for Black Widow to point her Widow Bite gauntlet at him, firing a paralyzing shot from the tip of her weapon.
Piu!!!
BZZTTTT!!!
The thug spasms from the electrical energy flowing through him, collapsing onto the floor.
THUMP!!!
Bending over, Black Widow picks up the device within the thug's hand, turning around before heading towards the door.
However, right at that moment, Black Widow's eyes shifts back, forcing her to jump back, narrowingly dodging two projectiles.
<Cue: Dan Moroboshi theme>
Thik! Thik!
Black Widow: What?!
Black Widow turns around, her eyes narrows just as a black caped figure lands feetfirst behind her.
THUMP!!!
The figure slowly rose from the ground, her long red hair flows down from her cowl and her red arm blades glister within the light.
She is Batwoman, the masked vigilante of Gotham!
Batwoman points a finger at the device within Black Widow's hand and she said.
Batwoman: That device. Hand it over.
Black Widow: I'm sorry, but I am to bring this back under Director Fury's orders.
Batwoman: And I am to bring this back to Batman.
Black Widow raises up her hands, clenching her fist as she said to Batwoman in a challenging tone.
Black Widow: Well if you want it, you'll have to get it.
Batwoman sighs to herself.
Batwoman: Why is it the hot ones that always plays hard to get?
WHOOSH!!!
Batwoman sprints forward, preparing her attack.
However, right at that moment, Black Widow points her gauntlet upwards, firing a single blast of electricity onto Batwoman.
BBBZZZTTTT!!!
Batwoman: ARGHHHHH!!!
As Batwoman falls onto the ground, Black Widow pulls out a grenade, yanks out the nozzle before throwing it onto her opponent.
Realizing what is going to happen, Batwoman whips out her grappling hook, firing a single shot into the air before launching herself up, narrowingly dodging the explosion of the grenade.
KABOOM!!!
Announcer: Fight!
Just as Batwoman closes in, Black Widow whips out her pistol and she backs away, opening fire at the oncoming figure in black.
BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!
The bullets bounces off Batwoman's armor just as the woman in black leaps up, throwing a kick straight into Black Widow's chin.
CRACK!!!
Black Widow: ARGHHHH!!!
As Black Widow staggers back, Batwoman throws multiple punches at her, only for Black Widow to raise up her hands, parrying her opponent blow by blow.
Just as Batwoman throws a punch, Black Widow ducks underneath her and she swings her leg out, striking Batwoman in the side with a kick.
WHAM!!!
Black Widow then points her gauntlets at Batwoman, firing a blast of electricity at her.
BBZZTTT!!!
However, to her horror, Batwoman simply rose up, barely fazed by the attack.
Black Widow dashes forward, throwing a punch square into Batwoman's face.
WHAM!!!
Batwoman retaliates by throws a hook across Black Widow's cheek.
WHAM!!!
Batwoman then grabs onto Black Widow, lifting her up before throwing her right into a wooden crate.
CRASH!!!
Black Widow: ARRGHHHH!!!
As Black Widow drops onto the floor, Batwoman grabs onto a smoke bomb from her utility belt before throwing it downwards, causing it to go off into an explosion of smoke.
POOF!!!
Black Widow shifts her head up, looking left and right in search of her opponent.
However, right at that moment...
WHAM!!!
Black Widow winces, feeling something strike her by the back.
Black Widow whips out her pistol, pointing it in front of her only to feel a single strike across her cheek.
WHAM!!!
Black Widow: ARGHHHHH!!!
WHAM!!! BAM!!! POW!!!
Black Widow winces, feeling several blows striking her across her body.
As Black Widow stumbles back, right at that exact moment, Batwoman leaps up, screaming out.
Batwoman: I've got you now!
THUMP!!!
Black Widow clenches her teeth, feeling the sheer impact of Batwoman's knee slamming straight into her face.
As blood pours from her nose, Batwoman throws her bola across, sending it wrapping around her opponent's legs.
TWIP!!!
Black Widow: UGH!!!
Black Widow screams out as she falls bodyfirst onto the ground.
THUMP!!!
As Black Widow drops onto the floor, Batwoman sprints forward, preparing to finish her opponent off.
However, right at that exact moment, Black Widow fires an electrical shot from her Widow's Bite, sending it striking right onto Batwoman.
BBBZZZTTTT!!!
As Batwoman drops onto the floor, Black Widow whips out her knife, cutting herself free before throwing a grenade right onto Batwoman.
Batwoman however, fires a grappling hook right into the parapets, sending herself flying upwards, narrowingly dodging the exploding grenade.
KABOOM!!!
Black Widow: What?!
Before Black Widow could react, Batwoman throws a stun grenade onto the floor, causing it to go off in an explosion.
KABOOM!!!
Black Widow: ARGHHHH!!!
Right as Black Widow screams out in agony, Batwoman swoops down and she said to her.
Batwoman: Lights out.
Batwoman grabs Black Widow by the head before turning it across, a loud bone cracking sound echoes across the room.
CRACK!!!
Batwoman releases her grip off Black Widow, watching as the agent's lifeless body drops down onto her knees before collapsing backfirst onto the floor.
With her opponent defeated, Batwoman picks up the device, turning around just as the Question enters the room, saying to her.
Question: Took you long enough
Batwoman smiles at her, shrugging as she casually says.
Batwoman: Eh, typical day at the office.
The Question looks down at the lifeless body of Balck Widow and she asks.
Question: Girls problem?
Batwoman: Ugh! You don't even want to know. Now come. We better get this back to Batman.
Just as both Batwoman and Question leaves the scene, Batwoman looks back at Black Widow and she sighs.
Batwoman: Such a shame. If it wasn't for this mission, I wouldn't mind asking you out.
KO!
<Cue: Forever In My Dreams by Really Slow Motion>
Megumi: Damn! Talk about a twist.
Toomi: Both Batwoman and Black Widow were certainly evenly matched in combat skills but Batwoman however held the advantage in gear.
Sachi: I mean if you think about it, Batwoman is literally covered head to toe in bullet proof armor whereas Black Widow aside from her suit is not really equipped with any form of protecting body armor of bulletproof vest.
Toomi: And while Black Widow does have a possible chance of outsmarting Batwoman especially since she is able to figure out Jessica Drew's secret when the Avengers couldn't Batwoman has outsmarted people as smart as Batman himself.
Megumi: We're not saying Black Widow is dumb, Black Widow is also able to sneak past Spiderman's Spidey Sense to attack him. But as smart as that was, it's not as impressive as solving the case of the Weeping Woman.
Sachi: Indeed, the Weeping Woman is actually a demonic entity that spreads terror across Gotham and no other detectives were able to find her except Batwoman who was even smart enough to use meditation to figure out her weakness and defeat her.
Toomi: And though Black Widow is certainly able to take pain from a blow from Black Dwarf to a surgery, that is nothing compared to Batwoman being able to take blows from a mutated Killer Croc who is several times stronger than Killer Croc, who in his base form can already lift two tons
Megumi: And their kind of opponents they have defeated is certainly not that far apart, with Black Widow being comparable to Elektra, Winter Soldier and Daredevil while Batwoman can scale to Talia, Bane and Nightwing.
Sachi: But the real difference between them is that Black Widow has problems fighting superpowered beings whereas Batwoman on the other hand has dealt with that kind of opponents, especially when an amped up version of her beats down Wonder Woman who kinda scales over Black Widow herself.
<Megumi then imitates a butthert Marvel fanboy>
Megumi: But what about Mjonir? She is worthy, she can become Thor and just one shot Batwoman. Neyk Nyek!
Toomi: While that may certainly be true, please note that in fights like this, combatants are only armed with standard gear, meaning no prep time will be given to either combatants and both fighters are not allowed to use weapons they are either seen using one time or weapons that belongs to other characters
Megumi: Yeah, it's not like you can just get Thor to go all sneaky sneaky in a stealth mission you know.
Sachi: Not only that but if we were to allow Black Widow to have Mjonir, then we will have to allow Batwoman to use the Super Pill which gives her Superman level strength which would have tipped the scales either way.
Toomi: Having the skill, durability and combat advantage, Batwoman has proven that she possesses everything in her ability to defeat Black Widow and claim this victory
Megumi: Looks like Batwoman has defeated Black Widow, in a snap
Sachi: The winner is Batwoman.
Batwoman: Whatever happens, whatever I have to face it, it'll be worth it.
Toomi: Hey guys, thank you so much for checking out our battle in What if Battles 2.
Sachi: If you want more content like this, don't forget to add this in your library and comment if you have any idea for a fight.
Megumi: Until then, next time on What if Battles....
