The Boys vs SCP Foundation, when two human men with extreme hatred for super powered beings meet each other, only one will live continue their hunt.

Toomi: In the fictional world, people with abnormalies are always popping out. Whether they be superheroes or giant monsters.

Megumi: But there is always one normal human who will waste no time in hunting them down.

Toomi: Like Billy Butcher, Leader of The Boys,

Megumi: And Dr. Alto Clef, the gun enthusiast scientist of the SCP Foundation, she's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Toomi: Vought, a company that works to create superheroes have created some of the most powerful supes in the world.

Megumi: Most supes are stronger than the average man but the strongest among them are known as The Seven, consisting of Translucent, The Deep, Lamplighter, A-Train, Queen Maeve, Black Noir and the goody two shoes power house of them all, Homelander.

Homelander: You guys, you are the real heroes.

Sachi: However, despite looking like the Justice League, it turns out that the heroes of Vought are not as heroic as the public might think with Homelander being a complete psycho.

Toomi: But only one person in the world is not only unafraid of Homelander, but he haboured deep hatred for the Supes to the point he wants to take down Vought and kill every supe in the world.

Megumi: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, freaks and misfits, presenting to you, Billy Butcher.

Toomi: Long before becoming what he is, Billy, originally known as William Butcher, is a son of a rather abusive father who beats his mother everyday.

Megumi: Poor Billy longs to kill his father, only when he hit his brother in the face which causes him to stop after realizing he is becoming like his father.

Sachi: Billy pretty much grew up a delinquent before joining the Marines where he was a fine soldier until he got thrown into the Detention Barracks for beating up a group of recruits for no reason.

Toomi: And after leaving the army, Billy pretty much got beaten up a lot, getting into fights and hoping that he would die.

Megumi: But all that changed when he met a woman named Rebecca who was a positive influence on him until she got raped by Homelander.

Toomi: Billy didn't know about this until one day, Rebecca was killed when a baby supe bursts out of her body, causing Billy to kill the baby.

Megumi: Damn! You guys remember that Chuck Norris fact where he punched his way out of his mother's womb? Well, it was something like that except more extreme.

Toomi: And ever since that day, Billy Butcher went on a crusade to kill every Supe on the planet, and more importantly, avenge his wife by killing Homelander.

Sachi: But Billy didn't do the job alone. Soon, he has allied himself with four others, Mother's Milk who is a natural born Supe, Frenchie who was a victim of abuse, Kimiko aka the Female who was a prisoner for an experiment and Hughie, a normal guy who lost his girlfriend from A-Train.

Toomi: With all five of them together, they are known as The Boys.

Megumi: Wait, why boys? Isn't there one girl?

Toomi: Surprisingly, it has nothing to do with any patriacal agendas or anything. It's actually based off a British slang where it says," You guys got a problem? Me and The Boys will handle it."

Megumi: Cool.

Sachi: Being trained by the Marines and getting into fights, Billy possesses great martial arts skills, being able to take one groups of soldiers simultaneously and even hold his own against a Supe in battle.

Megumi: And he's skilled with a lot of weapons, ranging from guns to his signature crowbar. And with his mind and strategic thinking, Billy Butcher is able to formulate plans and figure out weaknesses like hiding Translucent in a box made of Zinc since Homelander cannot see through it.

Megumi: Say wait a minute, if Billy is so against supes but he turned himself into one, isn't it ironic that he...

Toomi: Became the very thing he is trying so hard to destroy, well it's like what they say," Whatever it takes."

Megumi: But it wasn't all that bad, especially when Billy is able to kill weaker Supes, like that time he headbutted and kicked a ripped off Thor in the nuts, or the time he was able to beat down an entire squad of Supes alongside the Boys.

Sachi: Not to mention, he was able to bite off Soldier Boy's nose and snap Crimson Countess' neck with his belt.

Toomi: He even managed to hold his own against Translucent in battle, spitting blood on him to let him see him and even killed him by...ugh! Stuffing a bomb inside his butt before letting Hughie kill him.

<Shows footages of Hughie pressing down onto the trigger, creating an explosion that killed Translucent>

Megumi: Ha! That's what I call an assbomb!

Sachi: Billy has even bested most of the Boys in battle, killing Frenchie, Mother's Milk and The Female all together, killed Jack From Jupiter and with the help from the Military, even killed Black Noir, who turns out to be a clone of Homelander.

Toomi: In fact, through out most of the series, Billy seems to be the only character who doesn't show any fear towards Homelander, openly challenging him and even plotting ways to put him down for good, heck, Homelander himself even admitted he is smart.

Stillwell: What kind of maniac...

Homelander: Um um. Not maniac. Smart. Actually, very smart.

Megumi: Wait, Sachi. You mentioned something about Black Noir, the GI Joe look alike to be a...clone of Homelander?

Sachi: Yes Megumi. It turns out that despite Billy's intense hatred for Homelander, it was shockingly misdirected as the real culprit who raped Rebecca was actually Black Noir wearing Homelander's suit and going around performing frame jobs.

Megumi: Oh Jesus Christ Almighty! Do you know what this means?

Toomi: What?

Megumi: Wouldn't that have meant that Homelander was actually innocent this whole time? That means that Homelander actually never killed those people nor did he raped Rebecca and planted that super baby inside of her?

Sachi: Surprisingly yes. Homelander wasn't happy to hear about that but despite his valiant efforts, he was killed by Black Noir due to the clone being created to be stronger than him.

Toomi: Moving on, as strong as Billy Butcher is, he is not invincible. Despite being a Supe himself, Billy is not powerful enough to take on Homelander, in fact, he has never fought any of the Seven Trinity himself.

Megumi: With Queen Maeve killed by Homelander and Homelander killed by Black Noir, yup. Those guys pretty much did the job for him.

Sachi: And what's more, his hatred and vengeance-seeking personality has caused him to develop a black and white view of the world, viewing all to have Compound V to be evil and even almost killed everyone on Earth before the end of the series.

Toomi: Not just that, but Billy is even willing to manipulate, blackmail and even betray his own teammates and allies in order to reach his goal, killing three of the members of The Boys knowing that they would try to stop him which ironically makes him just as bad as the very people he wants to destroy.

Sachi: And after fighting Hughie, the two fell off the top of the Empire States building where Billy broke his neck, and after falsely accusing himself of murdering Hughie's parents, Hughie then stabs him in the neck, thus bringing the end of Billy Butcher.

Megumi: But Billy's existence pretty much make it clear, for every Superman rip off universe, there is always a Batman to oppose him.

Billy: Remember what I told ya?

Ryan: Don't be a cunt.

Dr. Clef penetrates into What if Battles

Toomi: The genre-savvy and enigmatic "Dr. Alto Clef" maintains that its true name is that of an A major chord played on a ukelele, which it carries around with it at all times should other entities wish to address it by name.

Sachi: Although apparently competent at its job, its acerbic attitude and habit of annoying its coworkers by walking around minimal security areas with unfurled cinnamon rolls stuck in its nose has gained it the enmity of several of its coworkers.

Megumi: Oh and fun fact, Dr. Clef doesn't even have a penis. Ha! And on his groin is a...pfft...another hand holding a gun. Ha ha ha! Oh well, at least better than the Chuck Norris fact about his dick having a black belt.

Toomi: Clef is renowned for his habit of brutally "decommissioning" extraordinarily dangerous SCPs, not shying from wasting countless lives in hopes of protecting the civilian world.

Sachi: He is also well known for his attempt to murder the reality bending child prodigy SCP-239. Although this can be attributed to SCP-239's mysterious habit of accidentally bending the intentions of others to match her perception of their intent (in this case Clef scolding her for using her "powers" in a dangerous way made him seem especially threatening to her

Toomi: Clef is considered as the Foundation's local "badass", known for his killing of reality warpers.

Megumi: He's also strong enough to break a man's nose with a punch, survive encounters with SCPs that would normally kill him and even even dodged gunfire from Dr. Mann

Toomi: Just to note, the fastest bullets travel more than 2,600 feet per second. That's equivalent to over 1,800 miles per hour. To put that in perspective, it's amazing to realize that bullets travel over twice the speed of sound.

Sachi: And since Dr. Clef was dodging several of those, he would have to move much faster than that.

Megumi: He also carries a lot of weapons, ranging from shotguns, to knives to telekill firearms and even a ukelele.

Toomi: To make the fight more interesting, we will be allowing Dr. Clef to use his SCPs against Billy Butcher. Starting with SCP-776-ARC, a six-sided die with a dark grey metallic surface, with several symbols etched into the surface in place of numbers or the same symbols to signify numbers. When rolled it either has a change of creating a small static shot, large fireballs, large quantities of water, freeze water in its vicinity, create an F-4 Tornado, and create earthquakes up to 7.8 on the Richter Scale.

Megumi: And SCP-1023-ARC, a crudely fashioned blade, approximately 80 cm in length and 6 cm in width, constructed of Telekill. The blade has been snapped off approximately 5 cm from the hilt due to battle damage sustained in the field.

Sachi: He has outsmarted Kondraki on numerous occasions. An expert in the studies concerning reality benders, and an experienced and unparalleled master in killing them, as well as a high ranking researcher of the Foundation)

Megumi: But one of Dr. Clef's biggest weakness is his really slimy personality. With women usually being rather uncomfortable around him

Sachi: And what's more, SCP-776-ARC relies entirely on chance, and produces random effects, which means there is no one hundred percent guarantee that Dr. Clef might get the powers he actually wants.

Megumi: Kind of remind me of that clown thing Kite from Hunter X Hunter has.

Kite: Damn, bad roll.

Weakness

Killed half the staff during a costume party with a chainsaw, thinking that there were supernatural activities occurring in the lab

Sachi: Not only that but despite his immunity to reality warping, higher level of reality warping can bypass his immunity, which makes him vulnerable when facing real deal Gods.

Megumi: But considering his reputation, I think Dr. Clef's gonna be fine on his own.

Dr. Clef:     If you ever think that, maybe, you can contain them? Or maybe they can be reasoned with? Remember what it felt like when you were tripping balls and nothing was real. Then kill that motherfucker before he knows you're even there. You're all certified now. Class Dismissed.

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Sachi: Don't forget to vote, comment what you think of the fight.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Fight

City, midnight

Stepping into the dimly litted streets, both Billy Butcher and Dr. Clef faces each other, neither of them making a move.

Dr. Clef: So get this, if I win, the next target will be mine.

Billy: Eh, don't push yer luck eh pal?

Dr. Clef: Heh heh.

Dr. Clef and Billy draws out their guns, pointing them at each other before Dr. Clef says.

Dr. Clef: Well, may the best man wins.

Announcer: Fight!

<Cue: Pinheel Surfer by SCANDAL acoustic version>

Instead of shooting however, Dr. Clef sprints forward, causing Billy to open fire at him.

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Swerving his body to the side, Dr. Clef easily dodges bullet after bullet before pulling out his own revolver, opening fire at Billy.

BANG!!!

Billy duck his head to the side before throwing his fist down, striking Dr. Clef across the cheek.

WHAM!!!

Dr. Clef: AAAHHHH!!!

BAM!!!

Billy swings his knee up, striking Dr. Clef in the nose before grabbing onto the doctor and sending him flying towards a nearby car.

CRASH!!!

Shaking his head, Dr. Clef growls as he swings his body up.

Pulling out SCP-776-ARC, Dr. Clef throws it onto the floor, causing it to roll towards the side of a fire.

Almost immediately, the floor erupted in an explosion of fire, shocking Billy Butcher.

FWOOSH!!!

Billy: Shit!

Billy curses out, backing away before picking up his gun, opening fire at Dr. Clef.

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Dodging the hail of gunfire, Dr. Clef pulls out his revolver, opening fire back at Billy.

BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!

Billy ducks behind a car, taking cover from the bullets before thrusting his foot out, sending the car driving straight towards Dr. Clef.

THOOM!!!

Rolling SCP-776 again, the dice shows the symbol of static shock, creating a burst of electricity.

BBBBZZZZTTT!!!

The static shock causes the car to go off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Dr. Clef jumps out of the fire, pulling out SCP-1023 just as Billy said to him.

Billy: Eh, tough one aren't you?

Dr. Clef: Please. I've dealt with worse things than you.

Billy: Could have said the same thing myself.

Billy pulls out his crowbar, easily parrying a swing from Dr. Clef before throwing his fist out, striking Dr. Clef in the chin as he said.

Billy: Even Soldier Boy put up a better fight than you!

WHAM!!!

Dr. Clef retaliates by slamming his forehead into Billy Butcher, retorting back.

Dr. Clef: You call that a hit? Even the bitches in the lab hit harder than you!

CRACK!!!

Angered, Billy pulls out his crowbar, raising it up before swinging it down onto him, striking into Dr. Clef.

WHAM!!!

Dr. Clef swings his blade out, cutting into Billy.

SLASH!!!

Billy: Ngn!

As Billy staggers back from the blow, Dr. Clef rolls SCP-776 once more, this time, creating a massive hurricane that blows the supe back.

WHOOSH!!!

Billy: YYAAAAHHHHH!!!

Screaming out, Billy was sent flying before crashing backfirst into the wall.

CRASH!!!

Billy: Ngn!

As Billy falls onto the floor, right at that moment, something began shifting within his backpack, revealing a small baby inside it.

Dr. Clef points his revolver at Billy, questioning him.

Dr. Clef: Ready to give up now?

Billy: Hell no.

Billy then picks up the baby, pointing it forward as the baby's eyes began glowing blue.

Dr. Clef: Huh?

Before Dr. Clef could react, the baby unleashes a powerful blue beam from it's eyes, shocking him.

VREEEEEEEEE!!!

Dr. Clef: What the hell?!

Dr. Clef ducks to the side, only to feel the baby's heat vision scorching the side of his arm.

SCHTTT!!!

Dr. Clef: ARGHHHHHH!!!

Screaming out in agony, Dr. Clef looks up as Billy steps forward, holding up the Supe baby as he prepares to finish the doctor off.

Pushing aside his lab coat, Dr. Clef pulls out PSX820 , aiming it at Billy as the two prepares for their final showdown.

Activating the PSX820, Dr. Clef fires a powerful blast right at Billy.

THOOM!!!

At the same time, Billy squeezes the baby lightly, causing it to fire a powerful heat vision blast.

VREEEEEE!!!

THOOM!!!

Both projectiles strikes into each other, creating a powerful explosion upon clashing.

KABOOM!!!

However, right at that moment, the beam pushes past the baby's heat vision, causing Billy to widen his eyes in shock.

Billy: What?!

The blast then strikes into Billy, the latter barely moved to the side as he felt the blast shot through his torso.

THOOM!!!

Billy: ARRRGHHHHHH!!!

Screaming out in agony, Billy drops onto the floor, clutching what used to be his body as Dr. Clef steps towards him, thrusting his hand out as he unleashes a reality sink, causing Billy's body to burn up.

WHOOM!!!

Billy: AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!

Billy screams out in agony as his body began to disappear before what left of him collapses onto the floor, gone.

With his opponent defeated, Dr. Clef then takes out his ukele.

< Cue: Count On Me by Bruno Mars>

Playing a melodious tune, Dr. Clef hums to himself as he walks away, leaving the corpse of Billy smoking on the floor.

KO!

<Cue: Love Again by CHIHIRO>

Megumi: Man, that's another asshole gone.

Toomi: Being a supe, Billy definitely had the strength advantage, being able to damage supes who are mostly invulnerable whereas Dr. Clef's most impressive feat of strength only involves taking on ordinary humans.

Sachi: In terms of speed, both can be argued to be equally matched as both Billy and Dr. Clef has dodged gunfire before.

Toomi: But the deciding factor of this fight was their choice of weaponary, Dr. Clef was able to kill a lot of reality warpers using a wide arsenal of weapons, with his revolver that creates cancer cells to bypass invulnerability and SCPs to give him powers to counter other SCPs.

Megumi: And Billy on the other hand, pretty much carries pretty basic weapons. A normal hangun that won't bypass invulnerable beings and a crowbar that barely dented Stormfront's skin. Not sure if I need to compare any of them.

Sachi: And let's not forget that Dr. Clef has the PSX820, something that can harm beings like SCP-682.

Megumi: In case anyone had forgotten, back in Doomsday vs SCP-682, we have established that SCP-682 has survived many attempts on his live by fighting other dangerous SCPs, including a fight against SCP-2722, a ship with beams powerful enough to atomized the constellation of Cassiopeia

Toomi: And Billy on the other hand, has never fought Homelander, knowing that he himself wouldn't be able to win. Even more shocking when Homelander has never performed any feats involving destroying planets or beyond.

Megumi: I mean who can blame him? The Boys universe may be based off the DC and Marvel universe but none of the characters are as strong as them. Hell, there were SCPs that can take gunfire, nukes, universal destruction and survive whereas many Supes besides Homelander, Maeve, Noir and Stormfront, can barely take a bullet to the head let alone nuclear weapons.

Sachi: With many of Dr. Clef's weapons, Dr. Clef is capable of killing reality warpers that have messed with people's willpower and even alter events whereas the strongest Supe has never shown any level of reality warping.

Megumi: And though many of Dr. Clef's shots did missed in the fight, his revolver alone could have ended this fight, since the bullet was known to bypass invulnerable beings, it means all he needs is just one shot and he can pretty much end off Billy Butcher right there.

Sachi: Not only that, but being mentioned to be a reality warper himself, Dr. Clef could also end this fight off quickly if he wanted to. In fact, there is even a high chance he could have one shotted the entire Boys universe if he could. But that's a discussion for another time.

Toomi: Having the advantage of abilities, powers, gears and intelligence by his side, this is how Dr. Clef was able to take home the victory and put down Billy Butcher once and for all

Megumi: Looks like Billy really got butchered in this fight.

Sachi: The winner is Dr. Clef.

Dr. Clef: Jesus wept.
