My Hero Academia vs Angry Birds, which two combustive beings with a highly explosive temper will blow up in a booming match guaranteed to blow your mind.

Toomi: Bottling up feelings can certainly be unhealthy, when bottling up too much rage can cause you to explode.

Megumi: For these two, they literally explode.

Toomi: Like Katsuki Bakugou, the explosive student from UA High.

Megumi: And Bomb, the exploding Black Bird, she's Sachi, Toomi and I'm Megumi.

Sachi: And it's our job to analyse their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

Bakugou explodes into What if Battles

<Cue: Dynamite by BTS>

Toomi: Quirks. Gifted to over half the world's population, these genetic oddities are the source of what are better known as superpowers.

Megumi: Some are amazing, like the manipulation of fire and ice, some are weird such as gaining the traits and abilities of animals, and some are actually useless, like turning water into vinegar.

Sachi: And within that category, one that could be both described as 'amazing' and 'weird' fell into the sweaty hands of a young boy named Katsuki Bakugou.

Megumi: Oh boy, this kid is the definition of angry destruction.

Bakugou: That's why I hate you!

Megumi: Damn. Someone call Dr. Phil! Cause this kid needs some anger management classes!

Toomi: When Bakugo was a child as a preschooler, he eventually became first preschooler in his class to develop a quirk. Since Bakugo's quirk is quite powerful, he started to think about aiming to be the no. 1 hero in the world. But this leads to him becoming really arrogant.

Sachi: As a result, Bakugou became a very big asshole, going around bullying people he thinks are weaker than him. Especially Quirk-less Midoriya.

Megumi: But as Midoriya discovered his quirk and was being taught by All Might himself, Bakugou began growing jealous of him to the point he tried to beat him up multiple times.

Toomi: By inheriting the combination of quirks from his parents, Bakugo's quirk is called Explosion. With this quirk, he can generate and fire massive size explosions by igniting nitroglycerin-like sweat from his hands. The more Bakugo sweats, the bigger the explosions.

Sachi: Through years of experience, Bakugo learned to use his Explosion quirk to do lots of many things like propelling himself mid-air with a Blast Rush Turbo, blind opponents with a Stun Grenade or fire explosive blasts with a Howitzer Impact.

Megumi: He's also proficient in hand to hand combat, in fact, being top on the UA's exam scores through combat alone.

Toomi: Bakugou has numerous explosive attacks. Blast rush turbo is where Bakugou uses the explosions from his hands to propel himself, Stun grenade is where Bakugou launches a ball hat creates a large explosive flash that emits a blinding light, Zero Distance Stun Grenade is where he fires off the stun grenade at point blank range for greater damage and longer stun time, AP Shot is where using a rounded hand he emits a concentrated explosion blast with reduced impact point, AP Shot Auto canon to where Bakugou goes full Vegeta and spams explosive blasts, the EX-Catapult where he uses explosive force to spin himself and foe to the ground, and his ace in the hole technique the Howitzer Impact where he leaps in the air and uses his explosive force to propel himself to move in circles to create an explosive tornado. The explosion takes up oxygen and momentum to fuel the massive explosion. Once Bakugou lands, he detonates the huge blast.

Sachi: Bakugou was able to destroy quite a few Villain bots during the entrance exam, a Howitzer impact took out Todoroki in battle.

Megumi: In fact, during the time he fought Midoriya, he slammed him so hard to the ground he even created a crater the size of the entire stadium itself! Damn, that's strong!

Toomi: But of course, those anger issues can be an issue, as he's prone to be uncooperative due to his ego, remain in dire situations due to his desire to win.

Sachi: And since his power's sweat-based, he can struggle in colder climates.

Megumi: And despite his power, he sure underestimates his opponents a lot which ends up becoming his own downfall.

Weakness

Becomes much less strategic when enraged

His ego and temper often make him quite uncooperative

This led to him failing the Provisional Hero License Exam

Toomi: And his quirk certainly has limits as if he pushes himself too much by creating large scale explosions, Bakugou can end up straining his arms in the process.

Sachi: And he failed to acquire his Provisional License, which would enable him to fight villains.

Megumi: But Kastuski Bakugou is still a very skilled hero who will stop at nothing to become the top hero.

Bakugou: I'll keep fighting. I'll break myself...even if there's nothing left of me! I will win the way I want to. I'll destroy myself before I accept defeat at your hands!

Bomb catapults into What if Battles

<Cue: The Bomb by Pigeon John>

Megumi: Ah Angry Birds, does anyone still remember the good old days where the kids stay on their Ipads all day and just kill pigs by launching birds from a catapults?

Toomi: One particular bird we will be talking about is Bomb. He makes his first debut in the original game as the fourth bird introduced and as a member of the core flock.

Sachi: Bomb is a doer. While other people get tied up with theories and rules, he's out there getting things done. Sociable and exciting, he loves being the center of attention and entertaining people with his antics

Megumi: But like the name of the game says, Bomb is also pretty bad tempered, while most birds have special moves like Chuck, the yellow bird that has super speed and Matilda, the white bird that lays eggs, Bomb pretty much explodes.

Red: Man you're gonna love this guy. Not the smartest bird in the tree, but what he lacks smarts, he makes up with firepower.

Toomi:  Bomb is one of the strongest birds when he faces stone, as he can shatter a max of four blocks before blowing up. When he blows up, the explosion can destroy almost every material in a small blast radius. Any material hit by the larger forcing radius surrounding the blast radius will be pushed and damaged.

Sachi: Such items includes wooden crates, hard stone, ice, balloons and even metal cages. Now to destroy hard stone, you would need to  apply a force of 16700 ton, which Bomb himself can do just by slamming body first into rocks.

Megumi: And just by exploding, Bomb can destroy large amount of objects at the same time, those that also includes one shotting pigs.

Toomi: That's not the only ability he has. In the game Short Fuse, Bomb was able to let off a static shock, discharging a powerful burst of electricity.

Sachi: Being considered to be one of the physically stronger birds, Bomb is not only capable of smashing through three rounds of rocks with ease but his explosion can affect a radius of land depending on the power up he uses.

Megumi: In fact, one of Bomb's biggest explosion is when he created a massive explosion that destroyed the whole of pig city.

Toomi: Not only that but Bomb has also been shown to take down large number of Pig soldiers with ease and even defeated Coporal, Colonel and even King Pig in battle. In fact, in every cutscene ending of each round, those pigs always seem to tank their own city blowing up around them and the worse it can do is basically knock them out.

Toomi: However, like Red says, while Bomb has the heavy firepower, he lacks completely in intelligence, being shown to possess little to no intelligence in many occasions, often times being fooled by pigs.

Sachi: Not only that but in gameplay mechanic wise, Bomb usually needs to self-destruct in order for his explosions to work though that won't be a factor due to his kind of durability.

Megumi: And that guy even once drank water from the Lake of Wisdom, which turns out to be the personal bathroom of the Mighty Eagle!

Megumi: Not my kind of Golden Shower, yuck!

Toomi: What's more, Bomb's movesets are usually timed, which makes it hard for players to get the right place for maximum level of destruction.

Sachi: And he's explosions are weak against snow, clouds and sand which slows down his movement. Even more ironic when you know that logically, those things are weaker compared to stone and wood.

Megumi: But those darn pigs better start running cause once Bomb slingshots towards them, he's gonna blow these pieces of bacon sky high.

Bomb: Remember me Chuck. Remember me. Bombs away!

Toomi: Alright, the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.

Megumi: Yeah, but right now, it's time for a Death Battle!

Nestling on the side of the tree, Bomb sat alone under the shades, munching on a bowl of popcorn in the process.

Not far away, Bakugou is walking along the path way, grumbling to himself.

Bakugou: Hmph! What a day. That quirkless brat I swear, I'll rip him apart one day!

Still feeling rather bitter over the day's event, Bakugou angrily kicks a rock, sending it flying straight towards Bomb.

Pak!

Annoyed, Bomb turns around, glaring back just as Bakugou grumbles out.

Bakugou: Oh look. A bird. Could this day get anymore worst?

Famous last words.

Angered by what has happened, Bomb throws a bottle of hot sauce at Bakugou, causing it to spill on top of his shirt.

SPLASH!!!

Bakugou: Hey! You dirty...bird!!! YAAAHHHHHH!!!

<Cue: Parara rara Boom Lick it by Roula>

FWOOM!!!

Bakugou's hands ignites in flames as he growls out at Bomb.

Bakugou: That's it! Gonna roast you up big bird!

Bomb: Yeah bring it!

Bomb challenges as he clenches his fists, the top feather on his heat igniting just as both fighters sprints forward.

Announcer: Fight!

Just as Bomb closes in, he throws a punch, only for Bakugou to swerve to the side, throwing an explosive downward punch onto Bomb.

BOOM!!!

As Bomb is sent tumbling back, Bakugou began attacking him with several punches, causing several explosions in the process.

BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!!

Bakugou then throws one final punch, sending Bomb flying back before thrusting his arms out, spamming several blasts of flames at Bomb, creating a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Bakugou: Ha! Not so tough now eh?

Bakugou jeers out.

However, as the smoke clears, Bakugou notices something odd moving behind the smoke.

His eyes widens in shock as he notices Bomb, not only unhurt by the explosion, but is even pulling back a catapult in the process.

Releasing his grip, Bomb launches himself straight towards Bakugou.

BOING!!!

Bomb then slams right into Bakugou, causing the hero to scream out in agony.

BAM!!!

Bakugou: AAAAAHHHHHH!!!

Bomb's top feather began igniting before going off in a small explosion.

KABOOM!!!

Though the explosion is small, it was more than enough to send Bakugou flying.

Angered, Bakugou looks up, only to see Bomb lifting up his arms, throwing multiple boulders at him.

Bakugou: Is that the best you can do?!

Bakugou questions out as he moves across the floor, punching through the boulders in the process.

BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!!

Bakugou looks up, his eyes widens just as Bomb throws a TNT at him, forcing him to raise up his arms to shield himself.

BOOM!!!

Bakugou: Ngn!

Bakugou narrows his eyes, gritting his teeth as his arms combusts, launching straight towards Bomb.

THOOOM!!!

Bomb: Huh?

Before Bomb could react, Bakugou throws one powerful explosive punch in his face, causing the entire area to go off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

FWOOSH!!!

Fire blazes across the area as Bakugou pins Bomb onto the floor, punching the bird repeatly in the face.

BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!!

Having enough, Bomb's entire body began crackling in electricity, shocking Bakugou in the process.

BZZZTTTT!!! BZZZZTTT!!!

Bakugou: What?!

Bomb: EEEEYYYYAAHHHHHH!!!

Bomb lets out a loud scream as his body went off in a crackling explosion.

BZZZTTHOOM!!!

<Cue: Boom Boom by Intenso>

Falling back onto the floor, Bakugou rubs his head, groaning in pain as he stares at Bomb, who's body is now crackling in electricity.

BZZZT!!! BZZZT!!!

Wiping the blood from his mouth, Bakugou then declares out.

Bakugou: Alright! Time to end this.

Bakugou points his gaunlets downwards, launching himself up into the air just as Bomb's entire body began igniting, preparing one final explosion.

Bakugou then clenches his fist, igniting it in flames as he plunges downwards, screaming out.

Bakugou: Howitzer Impact

Bakugou's body began spinning around rapidly into a tornado before he sped downwards, striking down onto the exploding Bomb as the entire area went off in a massive explosion.

KABOOM!!!

As the smoke clears, everything across the area is in covered in soot as Bakugou lay on the floor, panting out in exhaustion as he looks to the left, seeing a small black feather floating down next to him.

KO!

<Cue: Love, Again by CHIHIRO>

Megumi: Man, Micheal Bay is gonna love this fight.

Toomi: This certainly is an interesting match to say, though Bakugou pretty much held the massive advantage over a lot of factors.

Sachi: In terms of combat skills, Bakugou definitely held the advantage, having been trained by All Might and even coming up on top of the UA exam certainly gave him the lead over Bomb who possesses little to no martial arts knowledge in any form.

Megumi: And though Bomb's explosions definitely would have given Todoroki a challenge, especially when it's fire. Except that Bakugou is probably fireproof since his own fire barely hurt him, and the fact he can even scale to Todoroki.

Sachi: And just to note, Todoroki's fire is similar to his father's Endeavor, whose fire Tetsutetsu, whose body can turn to steel. Which means it can reach temperatures over sixteen hundred degrees.

Toomi: Not only that, but Bakugou is also a fairly decent strategist, being able to outsmart his opponents and figure out his opponents weaknesses though the same cannot be said about Bomb unfortunately.

Megumi: And even with his electrical discharge he has from Short Fuse, it still wouldn't have any effect since Bakugou can scale to Dark Shadow who can clock Kaminari's attacks.

Sachi: While the voltage of Kaminari's electricity is less than that of lightning, voltage only affects the limit of energy that can be discharged, not the speed itself. As Kaminari has used his quirk to attract electricity & lightning from other sources, he must be creating ionized paths in the air.

Toomi: And though Bomb destroying Pig City is certainly impressive, that is nothing compared to Bakugou who can melt a part of a mountain with a single attack. Especially when to perform a feat like that, it would take about 5.230e16 cm^3, or 5.230e10 m^3 to do so while for an island, expecially for a small one like Pig City, it would take about 2.61e17 cm^3, or 2.61e11 m^3 for it to be destroyed.

Megumi: Holy shit. Not even close!

Toomi: Having the edge in strength, speed, firepower and intelligence, we can officially deduce that Bakugou takes home the victory of this match.

Megumi: Looks like Bakugou sure sets off the Bomb. Man, what an explosive finish.

Sachi: The winner is Katsuki Bakugou

Bakugou: Stop Talking, I will win. That's... what heroes do.

* According to manga writer Kohei Horikoshi, Katsuki Bakugo was originally suppose to be a kind and gentle character who speaks while unintentionally insulting others. However, that concept was boring and made him unpleasant instead.
