Aaron Burr, Sir

Washington sighed, a hand pressed to his head as he walked to his tent. He'd just finished his papers for the day and was exhausted. His head perked up as he heard the sound of soldiers drinking.

Shrugging to himself, Washington entered the tent and was immediately hit with the strong scent of booze. Glancing around, he spotted an empty table and sat down, looking across the room and seeing Burr sitting down at another table, a look of exasperation painted across his features.

Washington pointed his attention to the center of all the noise and was surprised; it was Marquis De Lafayette, Hercules Mulligan, John Laurens, and his own right-hand man, Alexander Hamilton.

Suddenly, Laurens slammed his hand on the table and called out, "Ay yo yo yo, yo yo yo!! What time is it?!" To which the other three chorused back, "Showtime!" Hercules took up making a beat while Lafayette and Hamilton continued it, "Showtime, showtime!!"

"Yo!" Laurens barked the word out, higher than necessary, "I'm John Laurens in the place to be!" He downed a drink and stood completely up, hands firmly planted on the table still, "Two pints of Sam Adams but I'm workin' on three!!" Washington could tell he was pretty drunk by the heavy flush on his face.

Lafayette barked out a laugh, "Ha!" Laurens shot him a glare but continued, still belting it out as he took mock-aim with his hands, "Those red coats don't want it with me, 'cause I will pop-Chicka-praah!! These cops till I'm free!!"

Lafayette suddenly stood, pushing Laurens to the side with a grin, "Oui, oui, Mon Ami. Je m'appelle Lafayette." He took his sword from its' sheathe and twirled it, obviously less drunk than the others, "The Lancelot of the Revolutionary Set!" He smirked lazily, "I came from afar just to say 'Bonsoir'! Tell the King 'cassetoi'!" The others cheered at that, leaving Washington confused, "Who's the best? C'est Moi!"

He grinned as Hercules launched up and into his rant, "Brahh! Brahh!! I am Hercules Mulligan! Up in it, lovin' it, yes I heard your mother say 'come again'!" His voice rose two octaves and the squad yelled, "Ayy!!!" In response.

"Lock up ya' daughters an' horses-" Washington blinked at that, "Of course, it's hard to have intercourse over four sets of corsets!" The squad laughed as Lafayette let out a bland "Wow." Laurens grinned, "No more sex, pour me another brew, son!!" He stood up on his chair, "Let's raise a couple more-" He raised his mug into the air and the soldiers chorused, "TO THE REVOLUTION!!!" Washington blinked in shock at the power behind the cheer, surprised that all of the young soldiers felt so strongly about fighting.

That's when Laurens noticed Burr, immediately turning the other's attention onto him. Washington could see his look of horror when he realized they noticed him. "Well if it isn't the prodigy of Princeton College!" Laurens called, Hercules and Lafayette joining in, "Give us a verse!" "Yeah, drop some knowledge!"

Burr sighed and looked at them, "Good luck with that, you're takin' a stand-" Burr leaned back, hands behind his head, "-You spit, imma sit, we'll see where we land." The squad let out a chorus of 'boo's at Burr.

"Burr the revolution's imminent, what do you stall for?" Laurens asked, staring down at Burr before being moved by Hamilton, who Washington realized was barely even tipsy, "If you stand for nothing Burr-" The way Hamilton spoke those words, seemingly cold and void of any emotions as he stared Burr with dead eyes, "-What'll you fall for?"

Laurens, Lafayette, and Hercules stared at him, as well as Burr, who seemed frozen in his seat, eyes locked with Hamilton. Suddenly, the other three rushed Hamilton, snapping him out of his daze. "Ooh~ Who are you?" Laurens quipped, "Who are you?" Hercules demanded. Lafayette sounded much more threatening as the advanced on Hamilton, "Who are you?" He growled before speaking in unison with the other two, "Who, who is this kid? What's he gonna do?"Hamilton looked shocked at first but began to grin, his eyes lighting up. The squad all grinned as they hugged him, Hamilton laughing in the center of his drunk friends. Washington watched it all with a small smile, enjoying seeing the young man he thought of as a son happy.
