What if personal beliefs were kept aside

To achieve more than if we individually tried?

What if no one had to search for a Home far and wide

And the powerful used their sway to be kind

What if bullies and discrimination were gone?

Along with judgement, without really knowing

And along with labeling, labeling living things helps none.

But we label all as bad, careless about the names we're endowing

What if we could love – Everyone inclusive

What if we could see – see Souls shining and not just skin showing

What if we could take Cultures, Perspectives, ideas that have been elusive

And treat them as Equally deserving

What if lies were something we could rise above

And twisting the words of Others for self gain

Or if we honored sacrifices with remembrance, with Love

And be just as willing to give the same

What if this let us solve more problems

And we made life better--or got rid of death

What if we could move to different planets or moons

What if our opinions were based on personality- nothing else

What if we could work together

To be more productive than ever before

Or to help each other and grow evermore

Then--maybe only then--we could strive for a More utopian world.
