The war has just ended. Good had been victorious. However, the Evil are still lurking in the shadows. Because of the war, the world is pretty much a wasteland. There are 3 cities:

Veslen- the Good's area. A happy place- happy as can be with many loved ones taken in the war.
Many cops surrounding and a place where crime is small.

Hellias- the Evil's home. Very rarely do Good go in, and very rarely do they come back well.
Though it is the Evil's, they are organized. It is very well guarded, though, if a Good comes, they are doomed. Can be violent.

Misas- The only other oasis left from the war. Do not go in the South. Those are the Neutrals. Don't try to pick a fight, you will not win.
Grass, trees, fresh water, animals. It won't last long. If you need a deal made, go to the South. Not very violent.

There is a place in between all of those cities. The bar, Eswig's. There is no longer a drinking age. Most people hang out there. Do not try to start anything there. You will be stopped. It is owned by Jeremiah Eswig, he was the Good's general.
