"Matteo we have to find her" theo said

"this is my fault" matteo said sadly

"she did it for a reason" a boy said as he approached them

"what?" enzo asked

"they were talking badly about her, saying she was probably no longer with you guys because matteo found out she was a death eater and working with his father against him and that she probably was abused to Lupin because she murdered someone" the boy said

"what the fuck" draco hissed angrily

"That girl is lucky y/n didn't kill her cause i'm about to" tom growled

"she isn't working with my father and she's definitely no damn death eater either" matteo said angrily

Part of it was a lie, y/n was a death eater but she didn't want to be one none of them did. Who would want to do that, y/n was forced to complete the process before even meeting regulus and then others. The only one who knew about it from the beginning was Draco cause he was her cousin, aside from him she only recently shared the trauma with her friends. Having to become a death eater thanks to Andrea was enough torture in itself, but being called one and knowing its true was harder. Y/n was sat in her room crying and scraping at the mark after hearing what those other students said. She only hated herself even more and when regulus opened the door and saw it he knew.

"Andrea" he hissed

Y/n looked up teary eyed, dropped the blade and regulus rushed to her side.

"Hey look at me kiddo, it's going be ok" he cooed

"No it's not, im a no good death eater who is a murdering monster" she argued

"Who said that?" He asked

"Mr. Black" a voice said from behind them

Y/n was quick to hide the mark as was regulus to stand in front of her protecting her.

"Albus" regulus acknowledged

"Im afraid your daughter has left school grounds without permission" Albus said

"She told me she was in a fight" regulus said confused

"But she was never suspended Mr. Black" Albus said

"I don't understand" y/n said confused

"We were informed of what happened, the truth a young boy came to us and gave us the details of the incident your only subsequent to two weeks detention for it" Albus said

"I'm not going back" y/n argued

"Why not?" Albus asked

"I don't want to return the remainder of the year or the following I'm transferring out" she announced much to their dismay

"Y/n you" Albus began

"We need to discuss a few things Albus, my daughter is in distress I believe a week off school is necessary she will have a decision by then if she shall return or not" regulus said

"Very well" Albus said and then disappeared

Regulus turned towards his daughter with confused and concern in his eyes.

"Tell me what's really got you here, and I know it's not just the fight" he said sitting down on the edge of her bed

"Matteo's my mate, but uh I don't think he's happy about it I think he's ashamed and I don't blame him because I would be too if I were in his shoes" she said sadly

"Your not something to be ashamed of kiddo, he's wrong for that, you should be happy and he should be happy with you but if he's not that's his problem and if you don't want to return to Hogwarts I won't force you" regulus said

"Really?" She asked

"Really, I know how hard this is going to be and seeing him on a daily won't help so if your positive you want this at the end of the week then I'll write Albus and you will get a home teacher ok" regulus said

"Thanks dad I appreciate it" she said and he hugged her before walking away

All while back at Hogwarts the friends of hers were panicking when Albus returned alone.

"She's on a break for a week, she may or may not return and I assume you lot know why" Albus said pointedly

"She can't just stop coming?" Matteo said shocked

"Regulus said she gets a week and he will inform me by the end of said week if she shall return or not, I suggest you fix whatever you did before it's too late" Albus said and with that he walked away from the group
