Once I had finally used my magic to change the decorations in my room and parts of the east wing to my satisfaction of course. I finally got a chance to shower and get dressed before getting some rest for the night. For tomorrow was officially the summer before my fourth year at Hogwarts. I knew things would be different in this home, that things wouldn't be as harsh like when I was with Andrea and Remus. Nor would it be rough like regulus had to deal with growing up, I knew that because I saw it in his eyes and of course his mind. But for now court was tomorrow and I surly hoped all the evidence we have proves regulus is truly my father and is allowed to rightfully care for me.

The next morning

It was different waking up here in the black family manor than it was to back with Andrea and Remus. It was odd and quiet only at first then there was a sudden knock at the door before I saw an house elf peek inside.

"Hello?" I said curiously

"Hello miss black, my name is Agatha I shall be of any assistance to you per request of Mr. Black" she said

"Oh ok, do you mind setting the shower for me while I gather an outfit for the day" I said

"Of course miss black it's my duty" she said and quickly walked to the bathroom

I headed to the closet after having gotten out of bed, the floor was cold against my feet and I wasn't prepared for it. I yipped in shock at first but got used to it and kept walking towards the closet. It was huge inside and fit all my clothes, ball gowns and all, as well as shoes and accessories too. I picked out a decently fancy outfit but professional looking as well before pairing it with heeled boots and some accessories before then heading towards the bathroom.

"Agatha, do you mind fixing the clothes up while I wash" I asked

"It's no mind at all, for Agatha is here to help miss black" she said taking the clothes from me gently as I went to wash up

After finishing my lovely shower that was just perfect temperature, I saw my outfit hanging on a rack and I got dressed. The room I chose also had a balcony that overlooked the gardens that were needing work but I'd happily do it.

"Agatha, do we have anyone tending to the gardens?" I asked

"No, miss black no one has been in years, shall Agatha hire someone?" She asked

"If it's ok I'd like to work on the roses myself as well as the flowers in general but the other stuff can be done by another" I said

"Agatha shall have it done right away miss" she said and disappeared

I finished putting my earrings in and grabbed my little carry bag before heading downstairs slowly still slightly sore from the events of before. I was greeted by a butler that helped lead me towards the dining hall where I sat with regulus to eat my breakfast.

"You look lovely sweetheart" he said

"Thanks, umm I was wondering if I could visit the Malfoys later if that's alright?" I asked

"Oh of course, I'll join you, I haven't seen my cousin in a very long time" he said

"Yes, very true" I giggled

We finished eating and headed towards the court with the ministry of magic would be waiting our arrival. I was beyond nervous as we entered the room where Agatha and Remus were waiting as well. We just as early if not right on time which was shocking they beat us here. It was meant to part take at around 9am it was only currently 8:30am, odd it was indeed.

"Now that we are all here will you provide the evidence you claim to have" one of the men said to regulus

Regulus agreed and set a large file full of documents in front of the men and then walked back to stand beside me. I watched as they read through the file and you could practically see the gears turning in their heads. I couldn't read their thoughts because they had magic blockers up in here that and they were blocking me out. They had been trained for it, but it wasn't like I couldn't see slight glimpses when they let it slip. It was difficult but some images or thoughts were very clear within their minds. And I feared those thoughts but it wasn't too bad and now that reg was still alive knowingly now. I wasn't sure how things would go, whether they went our way or Andrea and Remus way which would really suck for us.

My friends weren't allowed in here but I knew they were waiting on the other side of the door for us to be finished. And for that I was beyond grateful because without that misfit family of mine idk what I'd do.
