"So why are you here then?" Andrea hissed

"For my daughter of course" regulus said

"You can't have her, it said you are dead" she smirked

"That's where your wrong dear auntie Andrea" I smirked

"She's right Andrea, it wasn't recorded of my death, dear old mum didn't find my body no one did you all just assumed I had died but didn't record it in the papers" regulus said

"Which means he has every right to fight for custody of me" I said and set the papers down after limping to the desk

"Pathetic" Andrea hissed grabbing me but father raised his wand immediately

"You'd hurt me? Like actually hurt your own sister" Andrea laughed

"For her yes, especially after finding out how you treated my daughter, how you took her from me to begin with, she isn't yours and she never was" regulus said

"She's protected by more than you'd imagine" a familiar voice said

I turned to see uncle Sirius stepping into the room as well as my friends who were close behind him.

"Sirius" Andrea said nervously

"Dear friend, how could you, your just as bad as Peter" Sirius said to Remus

"Padfoot i" Remus began

"Don't have a right to call me that anymore" Sirius said sadly

"But I" Remus began but stopped with a glare for Sirius

"No Remus, regulus is going to be at court tomorrow in front of the ministry to take custody of his daughter so you can make this easy or hard it's your choice" Sirius said

"You won't win" Andrea argued

"There's enough evidence against you that says otherwise" tom said with a smirk

With that the lot of us left, then me and regulus left to the black manor where it was dark and untouched for some time. Andrea had moved us to a smaller place instead a long time ago and left the manor untouched.

"Pick out a room, you can decorate However you'd like, I'm taking my old room on the west side of the manor" he said softly

"Thanks for everything uh dad" I said softly

He smiled softly and nodded as I walked slowly towards the stairs to east side of the house.

Sorry this chapter is short but I had to do it for the story and pics within this chapter. I also wanted to update you all on the matters of the characters. I know the plot twist was crazy at least for me it was, but I hope you enjoyed it. Also Matteo and y/n aren't related in this book of course otherwise that would be inappropriate for the characters and story. I don't like writing incest stories some do but I can't do it cause it's weird to me like really wrong too. I get some like it and I'm not hating on those people it's just something I can't and won't do. So with all that said please continue enjoying the story thanks.
