It had been a week since I confronted Remus about regulus being my father. And within that week I've found more on his location, having hidden it all from my friends as well. Blocking Matteo and tom from my thoughts as well and on top of that I haven't gotten much sleep or much to eat. I can't eat because I've been too busy, I can't sleep because I've been too worried about finding him in town. To be able to get to know him before it's officially too late to know anything about him. But now, now I knew where to go, I shifted into my wolf like form and ran to the forbidden forest. Where I knew he'd be, I knew uncle Sirius was here in his dog form, his anamegi form.

"You can stop hiding" I called out in his head

He was close enough to reach his thoughts so I knew he wasn't far from my current spot in the forest.

"What are you doing here alone?" He asked

"What was regulus like?" I asked softly

"Why do you need to know?" He asked

"Because I won't get to meet him, mum never talks about him and I barely know much about you" I said partly lying to him

"He was a good kid, always followed orders, always wanted to be the proud son, make our parents happy type thing, he was in Slytherin and in all honesty you remind me of him especially now, your mum she never really got long with Reggie, not the way I did at times, but I wish I was there to save him" he said

"Would you? Save him if given the chance?" I asked

"Yes, I'd do anything to save my little brother but I can't go back in time" he said

I debated telling him the truth, the truth about regulus being alive and the truth that Reggie as he said was my father or is. I wasn't sure I could trust him just yet, he was friends with Remus after all even when he hurt me. Then again I'm not sure how that conversation went after he told me to escape.

"Do you still believe in Remus" I asked

"He shouldn't have hurt you, he knew how I felt, how your mum felt about what happened at home, the reason I couldn't go back and was disowned by them, I'm not sure why he's done it but I hope he never does it again" he said

There it was, nope can't tell him the truth, or maybe I can tell him about regulus being my dad and forget the being alive part.

"He's not my dad and nor is she my mum" I said

"What do you mean?" He asked

"Ask Remus he'll tell you" I said as I heard my friends calling out to me

I shifted back and ran back towards the castle and shifted to run towards them.

"What have you been doing?" Daphne asked panicked

"On a walk why?" I asked

"This is why" Matteo huffed showing me the paper of my findings

"You can't do it alone" pansy said sadly

"Especially with this information now" Matteo said

"I didn't go" I said

"Then where were you?" Tom asked

"The forest" I said softly

"Doing?" Draco asked

"Doesn't matter, what matters is finding my father" I said grabbing the paper from Matteo

But he held it up and I growled at him

"Give it" I huffed

"No can do" Theo said

"Fine keep the damn paper" I growled and went to leave

Matteo grabbed me and the others left for whatever reason as he pinned me to the wall.

"Matteo" I huffed

He gripped my chin dropping the paper to the floor of my dorm room and then forced me to look at him.

"Princess, listen here ok" he hissed

"Just leave it Matteo" I huffed

"No you listen to me, you won't do this alone I refuse to let you do this alone because my father is involved and I can't.....I can't lose you" he said sadly

I had never felt this sudden change inside when it came to Matteo, but something had changed. Something deep down changed and when I inhaled his scent I knew something was different with him too. I didn't say a word I just nodded in his grasp unable to form a coherent word.

"Use your words, promise me y/n tell me you won't do it alone" he insisted not letting me go

"I promise Matty" I said softly as I met his eyes with mine
