I walk in the house and plop my bag at the door. I walk to the lounge room and flop on the couch and press play on the t.v. I watch it for a while until someone snaps me out of my zombie-like state
"Ready to do your homework Briar?" I hear a voice ask. I see a thin woman with short, blonde hair. Her name is Penny. She is my tutor and helps me with my homework. "Ok......" i moan.
I sit up and follow her into a huge room. There are books surrounding the whole room. In one corner there are 5 little arm chairs. The second corner has two desks. The wood is light brown and there is a black, wheelie chair and a laptop for each desk. The third corner is a last desk which is identical to the other two but there is a shelf with books on it. Penny guides me to the desk by itself and sits me down.
"So what homework do you have?" She asks
"Well" i say an plop 10 books on the desk
"Science, Maths, English, History and Geography" i say. She sighs looking down
"Well then" she says "let's......get started"
