Austin's POV

Mr.and Mrs. Dawson,Detective Welton and I were in a room sitting at a table across from each other. It was silent until I broke the ice.

"It's my fault, I started all this shit! I should have never bought that ring!" I slammed my fists on the table in anger.

"Mr.Moon, stop! What do you mean by you should have never bought that ring?"

"I bought the ring for Ally as a peace offering gift for the picture incident where he basically tricked my mom into letting him into the house and took a picture of Lucy and I side by side. But i can assure you that nothing sexual happened between us."

Detective Silvera knocked the room door and entered.

"I listened to the tape and i got the summary of it but you have the option to listen to the tape yourself. Kyle has been abusing Ally for a long time and he just proposed to her. Mr. and Mrs. Dawson tried to stop their daughter but it sounded like Mr.Dawson was hurt and Then Ms. Dawson went on rant and the recording stopped there. Not only that but we Ally's word and Kyle's word successfully as well. This along with the recording will allow us to make rape charges."

Detective Welton stood up from the chair "Thank you so much Silvera, round up some cops and let's head to the house." 

Richard stood up as well," Wait how do you know where they are?"

Austin chuckled and smiled like a goofball. "I forgot to mention, I put a tracker on the ring as I obviously didn't trust Kyle and I knew this would happen as well."

Detective Welton smirked and pats Austin on the back," We could use you on the force Mr.Moon, Okay Austin, Mr. and Mrs. Dawson stay here, We'll bring the criminal and your daughter back."

At Kyle's House

Ally's POV

After the whole hospital ordeal, Kyle was released and I took him home. I helped him inside and up the stairs and lay him down on the bed. I hope he gets some rest, I just can't believe that bastard shot him. I walked over the couch and sat down. I was reaching for the remote when i looked up to see a dick in my face.

"Baby! What are doing down here? You have to get some rest!"

 Ally said rising up to help Kyle up to the bedroom.But Kyle wasn't having any of this and shoved her back into the couch with creepy seductive smile on his face.

"First you are gonna suck me off then you're gonna ride me then I'll hopefully go back to bed. Remember your promise?"

I sadly do remember but I'm not in the mood but last time i resisted i ended on the floor all bloody and ended up in the hospital. But i have a choice!

I stood up firmly "No! Now get back to bed and get some rest."

Then i felt my face going to the left. I realized that he slapped me. Hard. I suddenly felt a small cut on my face with blood spilling out of it immediately.

"What did you say bitch!? DID YOU FORGET THE FUCKING RULES?!" Kyle slapped me again and turned me around on my stomach roughly. "I AM IN CHARGE OF YOUR ASS AND YOU DO WHAT I SAY! AND I SAY THAT I WILL FUCK YOU RIGHT NOW!!"

 Kyle roughly fucked me so I screamed for help but then he started choking me to stop me. I tried to wiggle out of his grasp only to find him going harder. I felt like i was being split open as tears were streaming down my  cheeks.

 I started blacking out until i heard the front door being knocked down. But the last thing I saw before i blacked out was cops coming into the living room to stop Kyle.

Detective Weston's POV

As soon as I walked into the room, I saw a disturbing sight : Ms.Dawson was being raped by this prick! 

"Stop police!"

He looked up at me but continued raping her as fast as possible. 

"Back away or I'll snap her neck!"

That's when my team and I took a pause but then we all looked at each other and nodded. That's when i took my gun swiftly from my holster and shot Kyle in the leg which thankfully stopped him from continuing  his heinous crime. 

We walked over and one of my men arrested Kyle and Mirandized him while the rest of looked at Ally and called an ambulance. Looking at Ally, her cheek has a huge gash which is spewing blood uncontrollably so Detective Silvera put pressure on the wound to stop the bleeding but that wasn't the only area that was bleeding, her behind has a line of blood leaking out of it.

So with Ally in the hospital and Kyle heading to the station, we are getting closer to our goal.

Back at the station

Austin's POV

I paced back and fort in the room, waiting for detective Welton to come back. I was worried about Ally, It's ironic that all the crap that we went through, I still have feelings for her. Then Kyle was forced into the room into a chair on the opposite side of the table. When Kyle saw me, he had a shocked look on his face which i smirked at. 

"Detective, I would like to talk to him first, I promise i won't be violent at all."

"Okay Mr.Moon, you better keep your promise." 

With the Detective gone,Kyle and I stared at each other knowing that this talk will take a while.
