Mario had no clue how he ended up in super dirty, dark bar and looking like he was 16 again. All he know that he should have not gone on that mission that with the protectors.

Let's start from the beginning. Mario had been on the main land buying more sugar cane to bake a birthday cake for his sister; Kit but he would never say aloud that he thought for Kit was this sister. When he had run to Kay, Jakey, Bryan and lo'pho.

"Mario" Kay when she saw the Dragon Slayer. "O hey guys, what are you here?" Mario ask as he walked over to were the 4 wizards were standing.

"We are going on a quest with Lo-pho" Bryan said happily. Mario turn to face a other Dragon slayer only to see that he and Jakey were holding hands. Looking down at there hand then back to Bryan. When Mario looked back up at Bryan he rased a eyebrow; Bryan blush almost as red as his fire.

"Mario would you like join us on our quest" Lo-pho said. "Sure why not" Mario said I can get more sugar later Mario thought as he followed Protectors.

~two hours later~

"Oh ground sweet sweet ground" Bryan said laying on the ground. Mario shock his head at his little brother but he didn't have much room to judge him self. He was glad to be off the boat too.

"S-so wh-e-ere are w-we go-going Lo-p-pho" Jakey ask stammering from were he was sitting next to Bryan who was still on the ground.

"A forest, that is about a mile away from here" Lo-pho said and then started walk away for the four other wizards.

"Hey wait up guys" Bryan yelled as he got off the ground and ran to go catch up with his freinds as they were walking away for him.

When they had reached the wood, they could all tell something was off with it. "I don't like this, it's to quiet" Mario said as the group of wizards walked tlinto the woods. "I can't hear any animal at all."

"Mario I sure it's fin-" That was all Kayla could say befor, Bryan, Jakey, Lo-pho and herself fell into a portal that had open under them.

Mario steped back in shock. The portal had not been large enough to get him too. Mario got into a fighting stance then said " Who is there, show your"

The sound of someone chuckling could be heard but then laughing turn to someone speaking. "I don't think I will be doing the dragon slayer, but I think you will be joining you little friends"Befor Mario could answer he was pushed in to a portal.

Black was all Mario could see but then light.

A bright light.

White.

CRASH was the sound of Mario hitting the floor of a bar. Mario would soon get off the floor and see all the weird looking people around him. A little blue haired man and a guy that looked to be made out of shadow were just some of the people in the room.

All Mario know was that he should have not gone on thus quest with the protectors.
