Author POV

Y/N has finally arrived to Seoul. Her anger and hunger to find the killer is the same but her mind is also mingling around how she has to do her best at the university to graduate as the top student in her class.

She went to the administration office where she picked up her student ID and timetable. Since the semester will not start until next week, Y/N will be able to go to her apartment and have a good rest for a few days. 

Her apartment was just across the street from the university campus. (although she was supposed to stay in the hostel within the university, she moved out of it to give someone else the chance and plus she is not scared of being alone anymore. )

Y/N POV

I got my ID and timetable from the university and headed my way out of the campus to my apartment. I was supposed to live inside the university accommodation but I went out purposely to loom the devil... vampire... whatever it is called to me so that I can catch him faster. Plus, giving my campus room to someone else gives me assurance that at least someone away from their parents is safe here. 

I finally crossed the busy roads of Seoul and stood in front of a huge building. I look up to the top of the building and wondered to myself which floor my apartment might be on. Maybe the bottom to middle floor since the top floors were for high rent payers. My apartment that I chose was small but cozy and most importantly, big enough for me to live in. 

Author POV

After looking at the building as if it is a monumental statue, Y/N finally decided to walk inside. Her rental manager was standing inside waiting for her. She bowed and greeted her as she did the same back.

Y/N: annyeonghaseyo Julia

Julia: annyeonghaseyo Y/N. I hope that you had a good flight and that you are enjoying Seoul so far.

Y/N: yes, absolutely. I will enjoy it even more once I get done what I came for.

Julia: sorry?

Y/N: I mean that I will enjoy living here in Seoul to the fullest once I graduate from my University.

Julia: Oh yeah. That's right. You always have a sense of relief when you actually finish a big task that matters so much to you. In your case, university is the big thing for you. I hope that you are really successful at uni and that you graduate as the top student just like you want.

Y/N: Yes thank you. 

Julia: So Y/N, should we go check your apartment now?

Y/N: Yes please, I have been waiting for this before I even came to Seoul.

Julia: right this way.

Her apartment was on the fifth floor to the left. On each floor, there are two apartments, the first apartment out of the two was Y/N's.

Julia showed Y/N around. Y/N really loved how the apartment looked in real life. 

Y/N: wow, this looks even better than it looked in the pictures. I'm glad that I got this apartment.

Y/N POV

I looked at the apartment stunned. It was better than how it looked on the internet, it was cozy and welcoming and most importantly it was really close to the university so I can take my time when going in the mornings. 

"Its really nice Julia, I'm glad I looked into this one." I say to Julia who was looking at me eagerly getting the idea that I totally loved the apartment.

"Well that's nice. I shall take your leave now, here are your keys." She said handing over a pair of keys in my hand. "This first one is your apartment and the second on this floor belongs to a gentleman who also goes to the same university as you. He doesn't really look like a communication type of person but he is your neighbor now so you can always try to introduce yourself." she said informing me.

'wow, looks like I just found a study buddy for me. well that really depends on what kind of person he is.'  I thought to myself.

"Ok thank you Julia, enjoy the rest of your day. I will drop you off to the door."

"Thank you Y/N. That is so sweet of you. Annyeong"

"Annyeong, see you later Julia" I waved her good bye and decided to take a walk around the fifth floor. It looked new even though the building was old.

I saw a long wire running though on the floor and a tool box along with paint and wall paper. Well that explains why an old building looks so new. Just as I finished looking around I turned around to go back to my apartment when I tripped on the wire and was at the motion of falling forward. Just then I felt something break my fall. It wasn't the tool box or the paint bucket or the wall papers. It was something like a body, I fell on someone. One thing I was damn sure about was that it was a male because his body felt medium built type. 

I opened my eyes which I had closed in panic and I saw a guy. His skin colour was pale white, like an angel's skin, his eyes were beautiful and glittering. I was so busy looking at his facial features that I didn't realise that our faces were just a few centimeters away from each other. He didn't say a thing, me just kept looking at my face and then away at the ceiling. It felt really awkward, I looked at his eyes and then his lips and then his eyes. I really didn't know what to do. 

Stunned at what I had gotten myself into so fast, I tried to get off of him but my hair got stuck on his little hoop earring. Double awkward... I struggled until he said in his deep voice..

"Maybe I should do it before you break my ear"

I felt a little irritated that he only cared about his ear and not my beautiful hair that could have been ripped off my head but in this situation the awkwardness was causing my brain to think of random as things. 

He quickly unhooked my hair from his earring and I stood up, immediately bowing to him to apologized. 

"I'm sorry, I tripped and caused you so much trouble..."

"No it's alright. Are you ok?"

"oh... yeah... I'm alright. Thank you and sorry again. I'm Y/N, I am your new neighbour." I say extending my arm out to shake hands with him.

He turned around and started walking towards his apartment saying nice to meet you.

Um... ruudddeeee.....

SLAM! He closed the door on me. God, this guy is so weird. The fact that I can't decide if he has attitude or social anxiety. 

I turned around to get inside my apartment when I heard the 'arrogant' guy's door open softly. I didn't turn around thinking that he might have dropped something and turning around would have made me look like a complete fool. 

Even though I didn't turn around, I saw his reflection on the glass in front of me. He didn't pick anything up, he just stood there and looked at my head as if he could see through my brain. 

"I'm V" he said in his deep voice and he closed his apartment door again.

I turned around and said to myself,

"V, what kind of name is that? Maybe a fake name so I don't find out much about him. Anyway..."

I took out the necklace of the culprit and looked at it. Now that I am finally in Seoul, I will go to the very end of this mystery. With that, I put the necklace back into my pocket and went inside my apartment.

??? POV

"She is in Seoul now and she has the necklace. What do you want to do about her? Should I just get in the house and kill her already?"

"................................................"

"What do you mean not now? If she finds out about us and our world then nobody is safe in our world. She is at the rage of not only finding us but also killing us. What if she exposes us to the human world?"

"................................................"

"Fine, I will let her go for just a while but we have to kill her before she finds a bit too much about us....."

A/N

Hey guys. Finally V has been introduced in the story!!! Yay!!! 

Sorry it took me four long chapters to get him in, anyway, hope you all enjoyed. Also really sorry for updating this chapter late. 

Plus if my chapters feel quite long, should I shorten them up because at the moment I am writing around 2000 words per chapter. Please let me know if it is easier for you guys to read long or short chapters...
