I found this app called Avatar Factory and created these guys:

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could recommend something better considering I can only create female characters and the color selection and stuff is kinda crappy. I'm trying I'm currently trying a different Avatar Factory to see how it goes but if you have any recommendations please don't be afraid to let me know.
