Thad, Lizzy, and Doll met up in what was basically the secret club house for the group.

"This is getting bad." Thad said, "She should've been back hours ago."

"Where could she have slipped off to that she didn't want us to know about?" Lizzy asked, actually worried about Uzi.

"I don't know, she was just planning on getting parts for something she was working on, but now she's just gone!" Thad said, getting very worried for his girlfriend.

"Я могу ее найти (I can find her)." Doll said, getting their attention.

"How?"

"Я установил в нее устройство слежения, когда она спала около десяти лет назад (I installed a tracking device in her when she was sleeping about a decade ago)." Doll said, shocking the twins.

"WHAT!?" They both said.

"Why would you do that!?" Thad yelled.

"Потому что это Узи (Because it's Uzi.)" Doll said, before starting the tracker up.

Her visor showed a map and four trackers. One red, one pink, one green, and one purple.

"Hold on... YOU PUT TRACKERS IN US TOO!?" Lizzy yelled.

"На всякий случай, да. (Just in case, yes.)" Doll said without guilt.

"And...exactly which light is Uzi?" Thad asked, a little creeped out by this.

The map went away and Doll gave him a "Really?" Look.

"Тот, который соответствует ее цвету (The one that matches her color)" Doll said.

Doll brought the map back up on her visor and the siblings looked at it. They saw that she was almost completely out of the city.

"Why is she moving out of the city?" Lizzy asked.

"I don't know, but we need to go after her." Thad said.

"Тогда поехали. Я знаю, как быстро доставить нас к ней. (Then let's go. I know a way to get us to her fast.)" Doll said as she got up and left the club house.

"Hey, wait up!" Lizzy said as she and Thad followed her.

They walked to the doors. Pulling out a keycard, Doll opened them and walked out of the bunker to a small garage nearby.

"Hey, when did you get a master keycard?" Thad asked.

"Мы с Узи сделали копии дяди Хана. (Uzi and I made copies of uncle Khan's.)" Doll said before pulling out a garage door remote and pushing it. "Теперь поторопись и зайди. Нам нужно взяться за Узи. (Now hurry up and get in. We need to take up to Uzi.)"

"Get in wha-" Lizzy stopped talking as the garage opened.

Revealed a chained motorcyle with a 5x10 high utility trailer attached to the back.

"VROOOOM!" The motorcycle let out, happy to see Doll as she approached and petted it.

"Привет, девочка. (Hey, girl.)" Doll said with a smile.

"When did you get this?" Lizzy asked.

"Некоторое время назад. (A while ago)." Doll said, "Давай (Come on)."

They didn't argue, as it was better than walking. They drove out into the frozen wasteland in search of their friend.

Said friend was having a mental break down inside an abandoned skyscraper near the edge of the city. She was hugging her legs close to her chest. She was struggling to process everything. Everything she's thought was a complete lie.

"All this time...I've been a murder drone." Uzi muttered, thinking back that nightmare she had last night . "So that wasn't a nightmare I had, it was just a part of the real me."

'But...is that the real me? Who....what even am I anymore?' She thought.

She thinks back to what her mo... what Nori said earlier.

'I don't think I can even call Nori mom now, I don't have one bit of her code in me.'

All those happy memories they had, those moments they shared since she was a baby; they were all fake. Their mother daughter relationship was never real.

'And my real dad? Ugh, I don't even know who that is!' Uzi thought, 'Probably that male murder drones... I just..."

"AHHHH!"

That felt really good, a release of emotions, but it didn't stop her from crying.

And it didn't stop people from miles away from hearing.

"Did you guys hear that?" Lizzy asked.

"Да (Yes)." Doll said, "Мы приближаемся к победе (We're getting close)."

"Why does it sound like she's in pain?" Thad asked, worried about his girlfriend.

"We can deal with that when we find her." Lizzy said, "Hurry up, Doll!"

"Ты слышала ее, девочка. ДА! (You heard her, girl. YAH!)" Doll said to her motorcycle, revving her horns/handle bars.

Thad looked at Doll's visor, seeing their dots get close to Uzi's.

'Don't worry, we'll be there soon.' Thad thought.

Back in the building, Uzi was still screaming her voice box out and crying her screen blue as the icy winds blew through her hair. She was tired. She wanted to go into sleep mode, but was unable to when she heard voices.

"Uzi!? Uzi are you in here!?" Thad yelled.

"Uzi!?" Lizzy yelled, "We're here to make sure you're okay!"

"Она здесь! (She's over here!)" Doll yelled, as the trio ran over, "Узи, ты в порядке? (Uzi, are you okay?)"

Uzi didn't say anything, she didn't even look up.

"Uzi, come on, talk to us." Thad said.

"Bite me." Uzi said.

It was so quiet that they barely heard it. What they did hear was the sadness in Uzi's voice, how tired and defeated she sounded.

"Uzi, what's the matter?" Lizzy asked.

"Just... leave me alone." Uzi said, "Let me rust in peace."

"Мы не оставим вас. Ты мой двоюродный брат, и я не- (We're not leaving you. You're my cousin, and I won't-)."

"WE'RE NOT COUSINS!" Uzi shouted, finally breaking, "WE AREN'T FAMILY AND WE NEVER WILL BE!"

The trio was shocked by her outburst, and Doll felt her core break a little. Her and Uzi have been close since they were toddlers, so for Uzi to say something like that...

"Uzi, you don't mean that." Lizzy said, "You and Doll-"

"Don't share a single line of code." Uzi said, not having the strength to keep going, "... I just found out that I'm adopted and... I'm not even a worker drone."

This shocked them all again, looking at Uzi as they worried what kind of drone she was if not a worker drone.

"T-Then what are you?" Lizzy asked with a stutter.

"...The nightmare I told you guys about, it was about everyone I love....dead at my feet with your oil running from my claws." Uzi said, her voice breaking with each word. "I think you all know what kind of drone does that."

"Uzi... do you... do you hear yourself?" Thad asked, "There's no-"

"Nori was talking with a Murder Drone and referred to me as the drones daughter!" Uzi said, "My real mother is a murder drone, which means I am too!"

"...Но почему? (...But why?)" Doll asked, not wanting of believe her cousin was a killer robot.

"I don't know." Uzi said, "They... were talking about something inside this lab... something that might help me with whatever this issue is."

"This lab?" Thad asked before finally noticing the inside of the building Uzi was in.

It was an old science and engineering laboratory, persevered through the cold since the humans died out.

"Maybe... doesn't matter, I have no idea what they would be looking for." Uzi said.

"Well...maybe we-"

"Just leave....please. I don't want to kill any of you." Uzi said to them.

Doll had enough.

"Нет. Я не оставлю вас. (No, I am not leaving you)." Doll said, kneeling in front of Uzi and grabbing her by the shoulders, "Возможно, ты больше не считаешь меня семьей, но ты мой двоюродный брат. Я не бросаю свою семью, когда они нуждаются во мне. (You may not consider me family anymore, but you are my cousin. I am not abandoning my family when they need me.)"

"I'm going to end up killing you!" Uzi said.

"Я знаю вас всю свою жизнь! Семнадцать лет я называю тебя своим двоюродным братом, моим лучшим другом, только потому, что ты узнал, что ты дрон-убийца, не значит, что ты собираешься мгновенно убивать людей, ты бы сделал это много лет назад, если бы это было правдой! (I've known you for my entire life! Seventeen years I've called you my cousin, my best friend, just because you learned you're a murder drone doesn't mean you're going to instantly kill people, you would've done that years ago if that was true!)" Doll said, before picking Uzi up and carrying her to the bike, "Мы едем домой и будем говорить с тетей Нори. (We're going home, and we will be speaking with Aunt Nori.)"

"No! Stop! Doll put me down!" Uzi said as she struggled in Doll's arms.

"Тэд! Лиззи! Хватай ее за ноги! (Thad! Lizzy! Grab her legs!)" Doll said to the twins.

They grabbed her legs and put her in the back. They forced Uzi to stay in the trailer bed as Doll saddled her motorcycle again.

"Vroom." She let out, shivering from the cold.

"Не волнуйся, девочка. Мы сейчас направляемся домой. (Don't worry, girl. We're heading home now.)" Doll said before revving her horns/handle bars. "Привет! Поехали! (Hyah! Let's go!)"

The motorcycle burned rubber, taking the four of them back to the bunker.
