Carmen got off the bus. She looked around. "hmn.. it's unusually quiet." She walked along the sidewalk, and was about to put her earbuds in when something came running at her. She looked at the blur charging at her. It was screaming something along the lines of, "IMMMM LAAATTEEE...!!" She closed her eyes, bracing herself for impact.

The thing slammed right into her. Carmen and the 'late' student were toppled on the ground. Carmen opened her eyes, looking up at the person above her. 

it was a guy.

!!RED ALERT RED ALERT RED ALERT RED ALERT RED ALERT RED ALERTRED ALERT RED ALERT!!

He looked her straight in the eye. Her face turned beet red as she realized what this looked like. Carmen looked at him nervously, "Umm-" He jolted up, "OHMIGOD IM SO SORRY I WAS- BUT THEN I.." 

He sighed and held out his hand. She took it. "Well.. after that encounter, I'd might as well introduce myself. The name's Jackson," he stated, holding out his hand for a handshake, "Carmen." She took his hand and shook it. 

*CARMEN'S POINT OF VIEW NOW OK*

I shook his hand. He doesn't think this is awkward or  something?  Like seriously, that looked like a scene from an anime or something where the new girl or guy runs into the protaganist and they end up being lo- NOPE. 

"Are you okay? I just kinda um.." he blushed again

"YEP iM fINe" I said like a totally normal human being.

"oh kay then," 

"So um what's your schedule?" I said, trying to change the subject as fast as possible.

CLIFFHANGER KINDA THING I WILL PROBABLY REGRET L8R

um so yeah. don't worry this probably won't turn into a romantic comedy. I don't pander THAT much. ALsO this and the last 2 parts MIGHT be important to the story. um so yee
