History/Quick backstory: Emery is the only child of Damien Ridgeway. From a young age her father was obsessed with throne. Ever since she was a child her father filled her heads with tales about the cruel king and queen (which she would later find out was just twisted lies). You see, he wanted his daughter to follow in his footsteps. But she always had other plans. Whenever she had free time she was sketching, anything from landscapes to buildings and plenty of ships. When she relatively young her father succeeded in killing the king and queen and tossing their child into the exiled lands. He ruled with an iron grip, trying to get her to learn the skills. But she didn't want to be a ruler and sit in the throne. She wanted to work in the shipyards, designing and maintaining ships. Eventually the exiled heir (you) would return and take revenge, slaying her father.
