First, here's an updated cast list after I recently saw Superman again and decided to make the following cast changes for characters that have already debuted and characters that will debut soon.

I'll let you know if there are any other character changes to be made in the future, but that's it for now. And now onto the chapter.

After the incident, it was decided that the best place for Victor to be was Team Flash's base, since it was isolated and its location was a secret, so there was no way Silas would be able to approach Victor here. Not that he could anyways, since he was currently being booked and processed by CCPD for, among other things, stealing top secret technology from his employer. Or former employer, since Kara had terminated Silas's employment at her company and was probably going to get him blacklisted from the whole industry, since she did have that kind of pull.

Not to mention, Mount Flash was the best place in the city for Victor to learn to control his new abilities, since it was the only place uniquely equipped to contain Victor.

"How's he doing?" Barry asked Cisco and Caitlin as he walked up to the observation room, where they were watching Red Tornado and Wally work with Victor.

"Victor's cybernetics are evolving everyday. Today he learned how to fly." Cisco said.

"Seriously?" Barry asked.

"Yep. Not to mention, should we be concerned that a teenage boy has multiple blasters in his body?" Caitlin asked.

"Why do you think Victor's here? It's the best place for him to learn. Besides, it looks like he and Wally are having a blast." Barry said with a chuckle, since it looked like Wally and Victor had turned target practice into a game, with Victor trying to shoot Wally as he ran at super speed.

"Please tell me those are stun blasts." Caitlin said.

"Red Tornado confirmed. Victor hasn't leveled up to lethal weapons yet and I think that's a subconscious choice, since due to how young he is, he doesn't want to kill people." Barry said, clearly happy about that, right as the zetatube activated.

"Supergirl, 01, access granted." the AI said as Kara, dressed as Supergirl, came walking out of the tube.

"I came as soon as I could and I sent a transmission to Superman, since he's still on New Genesis, so hopefully he can get some additional information to help us help Victor." Kara said.

"Great. Since I think that a human/mother box hybrid is a bit out of our jurisdiction." Cisco said and Kara nodded.

"I'm probably one of the most advanced minds on this planet and mother boxes are above my head. They're the most advanced technology in the universe and the only species that truly understand their functions are the New Gods of both New Genesis and Apokolips. That's why the box was being studied. I hoped that one day we could unlock its secrets and adapt its technology to do things for humans that it does for them, but that was years away. It would take time to fully understand the mother box technology and reconfigure it to work with human biology. Silas overstepped and in addition to ruining years worth of research, he turned his own son into a science experiment. Which is why not only is he fired, he was arrested by the CCPD for a number of things. Including stealing my property and illegal human experimentation on a minor, among other things. I understand his desperation, but there's a reason that science has safeguards. Luckily, things seemed to have worked out, but I won't be convinced until a New god we can trust actually takes a look at him." Kara said, right as a boom tube opened and Superman stepped out of it, along with two other people that Kara instantly recognized as New Gods.

"I brought help as requested. We paused our negotiations on New Genesis to see to this matter, since even Highfather agreed that this was a higher priority." Superman said and Kara nodded as she looked at the New Gods.

"You must be Orion. I probably respect you the most out of all the New Gods." Supergirl said to the man wearing a red shirt and black pants, along with a silver helmet.

"Indeed. Superman informed us of your recent fight with Darkseid and I am eager to ensure that he is unable to complete his plan." Orion said.

"I appreciate that." Supergirl said, still trying to keep those images from coming to her mind right now before she turned to the guy who looked like an asshole sitting in a hoverchair.

"You must be Metron." Supergirl said, since she knew the New God scientist's reputation.

"Indeed. I must admit, my interest was piqued by what you said happened when my creation was combined with a human. As I am the one who invented mother boxes, along with the apokoliptan version, father boxes and boom tubes, I thought that my intellect might come in handy." Metron said.

"Metron is not trustworthy, but he is correct. He is the most qualified individual to assess the situation." Orion said and Supergirl nodded.

"Follow me." Flash said as he led them into the training room.
