Wally was currently on the phone with Victor after he got home from football practice.

"Seriously Wally, I know she's on the other side, but still, Artemis Crock is fine as hell and you know it. Not to mention she seems to be into you for some reason I can't understand, especially when she could be with me, considering I am much better looking." Victor said, once again trying to convince Wally to ask out his not so secret crush Artemis Crock, even though she was a cheerleader for their rivals, while his mom drove him home from football practice, since Victor didn't have his driver's license yet and he couldn't get home as fast as Wally.

"Dream on Vic. But seriously, I don't care what you say, she's not into me that way." Wally said.

"Yes she is. Seriously dude, what is it gonna take for you to man up and ask her out. And don't bother saying that you live in different cities, because that's a lame ass excuse." Victor said.

Especially since between my speed and the zeta tubes, distance wouldn't be a problem. Wally thought to himself.

"Look, I just have a lot of crazy stuff going on right now and I don't have time for a relationship." Wally said.

"Look, why don't you just ask her out, if only to get me to shut up about it, since you know I'm not going to stop pestering you about it." Victor said.

Wally was about to respond, only to be interrupted by a loud crash on the other end of the call.

"Victor, are you okay? What happened?" Wally asked, right as the call ended abruptly.

Wally knew what he needed to do before he suited up and sped out of the house, while also triggering his SOS signal to let Barry know to come after him as he began searching the city for his friend.

Thankfully, Kid Flash knew his friend's route home from school well enough to know where to look as he headed that way, only to come to a stop as he saw a huge car crash in an intersection and one of the cars belonged to Victor's mom.

"Vic." Kid Flash said, right as his mentor sped up next to him.

"Good thing you turned your SOS on. This is a multi speedster job. I'll get the people out of the cars, you create a wind funnel to put out the fires before they reach the fuel lines and torch the whole block." Flash said and Kid Flash nodded, knowing that there wasn't time to argue as they both began running.

Flash quickly moved to vibrate everyone out of the cars, quickly taking them to the nearest hospital while Kid Flash ran in a circle around the piled up cars, creating a vortex that sucked all the oxygen out of the fires, extinguishing the flames, but he didn't stop running until he was sure that the fires were out.

When he came to a stop, the surrounding crowd began to clap and cheer for him as Flash returned.

"Victor, his mom and the other driver are all at Central City General Hospital and while the other driver should survive, the doctors said that there's no guarantee that Vic or his mom will make it, since they took the brunt of the crash." Flash told his protege.

"Please tell me that the driver is being arrested." Kid Flash said angrily.

"CCPD is en route to take him away as we speak." Flash confirmed.

"I need to get to the hospital." Kid Flash said, needing to be there for his friend.

"Go. And Kid, you did a good job here today. Your first real save." Flash said and Kid Flash smiled at him weakly before speeding off as Flash got comms to ask a favor.
