"I still can't believe you had Morrow give you the same powers as Red Tornado." Barry said to his fiance as they stood in the training room of Mount Flash with Caitlin and Red Tornado himself so that Iris could begin her training in learning to use her new abilities.

"I wanted to be sure that no one could hurt me like that again and you know I've never been one to sit on the sidelines. Now I can fight alongside you, especially since I actually have combat training from my time with the marines, not to mention experience with military tactics. And since Gabby hasn't used her own power since it temporarily healed me, you need someone with actual military experience on the team and dad doesn't count." Iris said and Barry sighed and nodded.

"Gabby's still trying to figure out how her totem works and her family is no help since they still aren't talking to her due to her sexuality." Caitlin said.

"I'm not surprised. I've met Gabby's mom maybe once and she was a major bitch. Gabby's better looking for a teacher somewhere else." Iris said.

"Which is what I've tried telling her." Caitlin agreed, since while she'd loved for Gabby to reconcile with her family, she wasn't holding her breath about it.

"I do not believe this is why you asked me to come here today." Red Tornado said, getting them back on topic.

"Right, sorry. Since Morrow gave Iris the same powers as you, you're the best person to teach her how to control them. Since without control, she'll likely wind up becoming some kind of uncontrollable human cyclone." Barry said, right as Cisco walked into the room.

"Cyclone, that's it, Iris's official metahuman name." Cisco said immediately before anyone could say anything.

"Huh, Cyclone, I like it. And I'm reminded of why one of your jobs on this team is to deal out metahuman names." Iris said with a grin.

"I'll get started on your suit now." Cisco said, right as Red Tornado's head perked up.

"My sensors have detected the presence of four metahumans in this room right now." Red Tornado said.

"Wait, what? How can that be? The only metas in this room are myself, Caitlin and Iris." Barry said, since with Iris's new abilities, she was technically a meta now, just a different kind of meta than he and Caitlin were. Then his eyes turned to Cisco.

"Cisco, is there something you want to share with the rest of the class?" Barry asked as Caitlin and Iris turned to look at him.

"Thanks for that spoiler C3P0." Cisco said, glaring at the android.

"What are your powers?" Caitlin asked.

"I'm not sure exactly. It's some kind of energy manipulation since I can do this." Cisco said as he made his hands glow with a strange blue energy.

"I've never seen energy like that before." Caitlin said.

"Tornado, you're older than any of us, have you seen anything like this before?" Barry asked the android.

"No. There is no known match to that energy in my database. Perhaps the computer systems in this facility can better register this energy." Tornado said as Henry sped into the room to see Cisco's powers.

"Or you could just ask me, since I think I know what kind of power that is. But we should have the scanners in the medical bay confirm my suspicions." Henry said.

"Why, what is it?" Barry asked his father.

"I don't want to say until I'm sure. Let's go." Henry said as they headed to the medical lab.

"Well, what's the situation?" Cisco asked Henry after the scans were complete.

"It confirms my suspicions. The energy you're manipulating is multi dimensional energy." Henry said.

"Wait, what kind of energy?" Iris asked, since this was lost not just on her, but on the three scientists and even the android too.

"You know that the multiverse is real from my story of how I got here and it looks like Cisco is a viber, someone who can tap into the multidimensional energy that ties the multiverse together." Henry said.

"How do you know about that?" Barry asked his father.

"Because I knew someone on my home earth with the same powers. His name was Josh, but we called him Breacher. He was a bounty hunter/hero in our world. I saw him use his powers to do a lot of amazing things, he saved a lot of lives." Henry said.

"What could this Breacher guy do exactly?" Cisco asked, since so far, all he'd managed to learn how to do was make his fists glow for a few minutes.

"He could manipulate the energy to do some pretty incredible things. He could open portals, or as we called them, breaches to other earths or to different places on our Earth and he could see through the multidimensional barriers, allowing him to have visions of different events in time and space. It helped him find his targets a lot of the time and he could also use that energy as a weapon by creating some pretty powerful vibrational energy blasts from his hands. I think that's the power that's beginning to surface for you Cisco." Henry explained.

"So, I can vibe different timelines and universes?" Cisco asked and Henry nodded.

"That's one way to put it. And I can teach you how to control and develop those powers, since I helped Josh do the same." Henry said.

"Thank you. And my name will be Vibe." Cisco said and Barry grinned.

"Sounds good." Barry said and Caitlin nodded, though they decided to change the topic, since they could see that they were coming up on a painful topic for their father.
