If Cisco had known that Barry was working with a robot hero like Red Tornado, he would've ducked out of his work at what Argo Enterprises had dubbed the Ordell Initiative, which was the codename for his Zeta technology project, since not only had Kara approved it and agreed to allow the initial development to take place at the new Central City facility, which was actually the former Star Labs site, which Argo Enterprises had paid to rebuild following the particle accelerator explosion, but she'd also named Cisco the head of Ordell Initiative, though Jesse still ran the Central City branch of Argo Enterprises, which meant that while Cisco was in charge of the project, she was in charge of him, though since Cisco was an ally of the Flash, he was a bit more in the know about this project than Jesse was, including the fact that it's origins had come from another earth.

That information was being kept quiet from anyone who wasn't in the know about the Justice League. All Jesse knew about the League's connection was that once they completed the zeta tube project, it would be going to the Justice League first to help with their missions, though eventually, as the technology evolved as all technology did, it would become available to the public. Jesse didn't know all the details, but she did know that after everything the Justice League, both as a team and as individual members had done for the world, this was a small token of appreciation.

Anyways, right now Jesse was helping Cisco with the final calibrations of the completed Zeta tube, since it was nearly ready to test.

"Okay, that should do it." Cisco said as they finished the last bit of work.

"Yeah, but aren't we getting a bit ahead of ourselves, since while this Zeta Tube is supposedly finished, my understanding of the theory is that we can't use it without connecting it to another tube, which means that we can't test it until the other tube in National City is finished." Jesse said, since due to the nature of the Zeta technology, two tubes needed to be built. One was built here in Central City and the other was being built at a secure Argo Enterprises facility in National City, where that project was being headed by a brilliant scientist who'd done his own research on Zeta energy named Adam Strange, though they had yet to receive confirmation that the National City tube was complete and even if it was, they couldn't test it without a member of the Justice League there to oversee the test, since it was for their use.

"I know, but still, it's impressive how quickly we got this tube built so fast. Aren't you planning on using it to go back to National City for the Argo Enterprises Christmas party?" Cisco asked, since Jesse had been invited to that party.

"No, since I can't tell my date about this secret project, so we have to fly back to California, we're leaving tomorrow." Jesse said.

"When am I going to meet this mystery man who agreed to travel across the country to attend a corporate party with you?" Cisco asked, since while Jesse had been a bit more chipper lately since her father's murder, she was being pretty quiet about who the special man in her life was.

"Not yet. I'm content keeping my private life private for a bit longer. But where the hell did you find these notes on the Zeta Project, since they're remarkably in depth?" Jesse asked, since she'd been curious about where the theory of the Zeta technology had come from.

"I found them in an old Star Labs storage unit when Caitlin and I were cleaning out your father's old units. I found the notes, but there was no name on them. If I knew who originally wrote them, I'd give them credit." Cisco said, though that was a small lie, since while he did know who wrote the papers, that party had asked not to be included.

"Okay, I'll accept that for now." Jesse said, right as alarms blared.

"What's going on?" Cisco asked.

"An intruder is trying to break into one of the special project vaults. Though how the thief even knows about those is beyond me, since only top level staff members of this facility know about the vaults and the projects in them. I'm going to call the police." Jesse said and Cisco nodded, even as he turned away.

"I'm gonna call someone else." Cisco said as he called Barry.
