"Are you sure you two can't stay until Barry and Iris get back. We could definitely use the extra help. Especially from a speedster." Caitlin asked Nova and Erikson after they returned to Central City as they prepared to return to the future.

"I wish we could, but we've been away from our time too long as it is. We have a society to rebuild after all. We're lucky we could get away for the wedding." Nova said.

"But before we go, I do have a few more gifts that aren't for the happy couple. First, something for that kid you told me about, Jefferson Jackson." Erikson said as he reached into his bag and pulled out a round silver device.

"What's this?" Cisco asked as he took it.

"It's a device that will safely extract the firestorm matrix from Jax and contain it until someone else can claim it's energy. It'll return him back to normal, like how he was before he became a metahuman." Erikson said.

"Well, Jax will be happy about that, since he's tired of being Firestorm and he wants his life back." Cisco said, based on what Jefferson had told them about the situation.

"Yeah and I've got something for you too Cisco." Erikson said as he handed Cisco a case.

"What's this?" Cisco asked as he opened the case to find what looked like upgraded versions of his vibe goggles and gauntlets.

"I thought that you were due for an upgrade. Hope you don't mind what I've done with your gear." Erikson said as Nova shot him a look.

"Well, they look cool. What exactly did you do to them?" Cisco asked.

"Nothing you wouldn't have done eventually, I just decided to speed things up, since from what I can tell, you're only scratching the surface of what you could be doing." Erikson said.

"What do you mean?" Cisco asked.

"Sorry, he's already given you too many spoilers. But I do agree with him that you're due for an upgrade. You'll have to figure out what he means the hard way. But I'm sure you'll figure it out." Nova said and Cisco pouted, but nodded in understanding.

"Thank you for your help." Caitlin said.

"No. Thank you. All of you for helping us free our home. And now we need to get back to it. Just like your mission is to protect the world now, our mission is to keep it safe in the future." Nova said as Erikson got in the time sphere.

"Remember, you have a standing invitation to our wedding. I'll send Barry to the future with the invite once we set a date." Caitlin said and Nova smiled.

"Don't worry, we'll be there. One of the perks of time travel is that we can travel from the future to whenever it is." Nova said as she hugged Caitlin.

"Say goodbye to Gabby for me." Nova said.

"I will. She wanted to be here herself, but she's getting caught up on a case that came up while we were at the wedding." Caitlin said.

"I understand. After all, she doesn't want to just be your trophy wife, even though you do make more than her with your salary as one of the heads of metahuman and biotech research at Argo Enterprises." Nova said.

"Yeah." Caitlin said, though honestly, she'd been thinking a lot about her job and she wasn't sure she still liked it.

"It was an honor to meet all of you. And I'm sure we'll see each other again soon. But for now, the future awaits." Nova said as she activated her suit before running around the sphere to generate a time portal, which she sped into with the sphere following her.

"Call Jefferson, tell him to bring Jax here, since if he wants his normal life back, here's his chance." Caitlin said.

"I'm on it." Cisco said.
