"I hope you understand why you are here in detention, Lucy and Natsu. No breaking the school rules, okay? Nothing gets past me in this school. Now, stay here while I call your parents." Makarov walked out of the gym hall. Natsu and Lucy were in detention because Laxus had framed them at stealing. Makarov took some convincing but they had ended up there.
"I hate it when says that. 'Nothing gets past me!'..." Natsu mimiced Makarov's voice. Lucy laughed at him and looked at the trophies. They knew what tomorrow would be. When there's no moon in the sky, werewolves loose their powers. Since they won't be used to it, they'd be really tired. Lucy wanted to make today last. She got up and took the largest trophy and looked at Natsu. He seemed to know what she was up to. He got up on the balancing beam and hoped onto the window ledge. He opened and gestured Lucy to follow him. They were at the roof top. Lucy ran and jumped to roof of the main building. He hand scraped against the slate and causd it to bleed. She knew it would heal in a few hours, faster than humans. Natsu and Lucy looked for s good spot to place the trophy. They saw a pole thing at the front of the building and they placed it there.

Lucy struggled as she walked to her parent's room. They were sprawled across the bed, trying to get comfortable. The bed was half way down to the floor. "Mom, can I skip school today?" Lucy asked. It toom up lost of her energy to actually ask the question.
"No," her mom shifted and the blanket fell down, "Some bright person would realise you won't come to school and..." She trailed off. Lucy got the idea and left the room. Her bleeding was still continuing and she didn't like it.

Lucy slowly trudged her way forward to school. She could feel ber olaster slowly peeling off. Her mom said it would get worse as nightfall comes. "What happened to you?" Gray asked Lucy. He and Levy were staring at the plaster she had on.
"Knife...cut...yeah..." Lucy said.
"You sound tired. Are you okay?" Levy asked. She could see that her hair was kind of a mess and she has sloppily changed into her uniform.
"Just a bug, I think..." Lucy said. She turned around to see if Natsu was there. He was sitting on a ledge, he looked oblivious to the world.  She walked towards him and sat next to him.
"Tried getting out of school, foster parents won't let me." Nasu said. His eyes were focused on the floor and he slowly looked up to Lucy.
"Yeah, and look at this," Lucy showed him her small wound, "It should have healed by now!" Lucy said. Natsu tried to laugh but ended up with a weak smile.
"We should start walking, at this rate, we could be late." Natsu said.

"Now, draw a table of differences and similarities we have with chimps!" The science teacher sad. Lucy snd Natsu leaned against the practical counter.
"Since we have different blood from humans, does that make us another species?" Natsu asked.
"Yeah...?" Lucy said.
"Hah! We're the superior species!" Natsu laughed. Gray cleared his throught and drew their attention.
"This is meant to be a group discussion." He said to them.
"I think the main question about this is, can sombody live and act like a human but be something completely different? Lucy?" Levy asked. Lucy knew what she was up to.
"I think that is irrelevant tk the topic," Lucy stated.
"Yeah, we're not studying aliens from the planet Levy!" Natsu laughed. Lucy realised the plaster wasn't working anymore.
"Sir! Can I have another plaster?" Lucy asked.
"Yeah, bottom drawer!" The teacher said. Lucg peeled it off and dropled it on the bin. Levh could have used that blood from the plaster but she knew it would be different from fresh wounds.

"The author thinks he can control his other half! This is a mirror project! Get a partner and copy what person 1 does!" The dramma teacher said. Natsu had ended up being Gray's partner. He simply copied what he was doing. He couldn't use up all of is stamina just yet, could he? He could faint! "Now, try and break out! Be free from your other half!" The teacher said. Gray lamely kicked the ground.
"Come on, Natsu you take over." The teacher said. "Jump! Roar do what you6bcsn but make it big!" The teacher said. Natsu could think so he did what the teacher told him. He jumped up and down and Gray copied. He roared and that's when everything went black.

Natsu woke up in a white room. He recognised it was a hospital. He could see Levy and Gray. He saw Lucy push the doors open. "I can't get in touch with his parents!" Lucy said. Natsu slowly got up so he was sitting down on the bed. "I see you're awake! Sleeping Beauty!" Lucy laughed at him.
"You might want to relax. The doctor is going t-" Gray began. The doors flung open again but this time a dark coloured woman with a doctor's uniform came in the room. She had a nurse with her and he had a clipbaord in hand.
"Hi! We need to do some tests on you, dear. We need to check if you have an illness or anything lik that. I'll come in a while." The doctor said.
