I wasn't sure if the plan was going to work, but I knew deep down that this will end up being a huge risk. Gabriel has enlisted help from a few of his buddies whom I met when I was with him. They acknowledged me; but they didn't say anything else. They knew as well as I did, that this was a stupid mission.

"What is your brothers weakness?" asked one of his buddies, I turned to see a pair of black orbs staring at me with curious eyes, they wondered up and down sizing me up or perhaps trying to see if I'm even worth the trouble.

"His mate." I replied, "But she is dead."

His eyes widened a bit, "How?"

"A vampire by the name of Isaak Dimitrianos killed her when I was younger. My brother believes I killed her, because we were not supposed to be outside during that time. "

"That is a stupid assumption, there must have been evidence of that bloodsucker."

"There was no such thing."

He frowned and stared at me closely, "Take off your contacts"

I stared back frowning, "why?"

"What are you thinking Greyson?" Gabriel asked as he held a curious look on his face.

Greyson stared at me, "A couple years ago; perhaps 2 -3 decades ago. There was a huge incident where a baby hybrid witch was stolen from a higher official."

"Higher official? What in the world are you talking about ??" Gabriel asked confused, I was just as confused.

Greyson sighed and stared at us and at the other two people in my small apartment. He nodded at them and they nodded back to him. "When you went on your merry way with your ex-mate and when Lilian disappeared shortly after; we were recruited by the royals. We were trained to be bodyguards and we would hear stories about a missing baby hybrid. The little baby was the daughter of the fourth son of the Queen of Witches. So, she is or was essentially a princess of the higher court."

"Hold up. Hold up. There are royals?!" I exclaimed, flabbergasted at how there were royals in this time of age.

Greyson looked at me with a duh face. "Of course! We were made some way, somehow. We have our King Alpha, you have your Queen Witch, etc. "

"And you think I could be this said hybrid?" I asked with a small voice; if that was true everything, I ever knew was a lie..

"Perhaps, its hard to say. But before we came to help Gabriel, we did hear Dimitrianos was looking for the missing hybrid. Which is why we even agreed to it; not because of your brother wanting to kill you for something stupid." He shrugged and motioned me to remove my contacts.

I did so and stared into Greyson's black orbs. He looked taken a back and then a thoughtful expression filled his face. Then he abruptly left along with his two friends. I stood in shock.

"What the hell just happened?" I asked completely forgetting the whole reason why we were all together. New information made my head hurt a little.

"It seems like you could be the missing hybrid." Gabriel stated and was just as shocked as I was.

"But I don't understand what that damn vampire wants with me if I know nothing!" I exclaimed and then remembered what he told me. {"Your parents never told you??}

"I think we should call off our little plan Lilian, this seems to be a bigger scheme of things then we both had anticipated. "he said as he sat on the couch with a pensive look and looked at me; his eyes telling me to wait it out.

I sighed, "Fine, but I want to know more about this royal thing."

"I think tomorrow when Greyson comes around he will better explain."
