Once Seokjin left the cafe, a small smile appeared on his face. Then it fell right off. "Why the hell was I so flirty?" He continued walking, recalling the moment he had with you. He was so bold and he felt nervous about it. What would have happened if you rejected him? That would be painful for a werewolf's mate to do that.

Seokjin arrived at the pack house and took a deep breath. He could smell that Hoseok and Jimin left moments ago to patrol and the smell of the baked goods from the cafe. It stuck to his clothes heavily. He went inside to see Namjoon reading a book and Jungkook watching TV.

Namjoon looked up from his book. "Welcome back, Jin."

"Thanks." Jin replied. "I'll be in my room." He watched Namjoon smile and return to his book. He went up the stairs to almost run into Taehyung who was coming back down. Taehyung gave him the infamous box smile.

"Hi Jin-hyung. Did you just get in?"

"Yeah, you're going somewhere?" Jin asked politely.

Taehyung shrugged. "Maybe depends if we have anything to eat in the kitchen or I'll be going out to get some food. Want anything out there if I go?"

Jin shook his head and walked past him. "No thanks, have fun."

Taehyung only raised an eyebrow at him before heading downstairs. Jin glanced at Yoongi's room to faintly hear the new music he was working on. He reached his room, went in and closed the door. A slight pout formed on his face. What was he exactly going to do with his mate tomorrow?

An amusement park in the next town over? A walk in the park? A restaurant?

Jin threw himself on his bed and stared up at the ceiling. He groaned as he tried thinking up for something. He quickly sat up. "That's what I should do!" He'd take his beloved mate to a smoothie place, then to the mall, buy something for her and end it with a simple stroll at the park.

Was it romantic enough? He sure hoped so. A goofy smile appeared on his face and he started to rummage through his wardrobe to prepare for his "hangout" tomorrow. No one could tell him in his mind it was a simple date.

It was only 10 o'clock the next day and Jin was already up. He wasn't able to sleep that much last night from his excitement and nerves. He combed through his hair, making sure that no hair was out of place. "Alright Jin, you got this." He encouraged himself.

Then he paused. "She got off at like two thirty or three, doesn't she..." He mumbled. It was only four more hours away until he get to see her once more. Jin sighed and sat down on his bed. "What am I supposed to do now?"

"Hey, Jin?" He heard Hoseok through the door. "Do you think we should go on our border patrol now? It's our turn for the shift."

Jin debated. A border patrol only took 2 hours so it shouldn't make him miss his hangout, right? Jin opened the door to find Hoseok there. "Sure let's go."

Hoseok gave him a smile. The two walked down to the first floor, passing by Yoongi who was getting his shoes one. He looked up from his shoes. "Your shift?"

Hobi nodded. "Yeah, gotta go check."

The three of them went outside together. "See you guys then." Yoongi waved them off and went the opposite direction. The remaining two watched him leave and then Hobi turned to Jin. "Let's start."

Jin was slightly panicking. The patrol went well. He already changed into black ripped jeans, a white shirt and a black jacket. Plus he made sure his hair was perfect. Now here he was in front of the cafe. He just wasn't going in. Through the window, he could see you jumping from table to table, taking orders or giving their order.

His eyes were glued to you the entire time. His heart was thumping loudly against his chest and he felt that his palms were starting to get sweaty. Honestly he was turning into a nervous wreck. How would he do this? Just walk in there and say 'Come here, my princess. Let me whisk you away.''

Oh no. He couldn't just do that! That would be too embarrassing. If he were to do that, he would need a horse and proper prince clothes first.

Jin simply bit his lip and took all of his courage to go in the cafe. Let's just hope he wasn't going to ruin their date. 'It's a hangout, Jin! Not a date! Not a date!' He scolded himself.

You turned at the sound of the bell to see Seokjin enter. Damn. You thought he was kidding when he said he'll be here the next day.

"Hello, Y/N." He smiled.

"Oh, hi, Seokjin..." You trailed off at the surprise of him actually being. Maybe a bit too early? He was half an hour early. "Are you an early bird?"

Seokjin stared at you then looked at the clock at the wall. "Oh, I am early, huh? I'll just wait here until you finish!" He smiled and picked a random spot to sit.

You nodded at him, tending to the customers, feeling his eyes watch you.

"Alright, where are we going?" Now you changed into a plain black shirt with some dark jeans. Your backpack held your work clothes.

"Come on, I'll take you there." Seokjin smiled at you. He began to lead the way and you followed him.

"So, Seokjin," You started up the conversation. "Tell me a little about yourself."

"Well, I told you my name is Kim Seokjin. You can call me, Jin. I'm twenty-six years old and I love food." He smiled and then stopped. You two were in front of a smoothie shop. He opened the door for you and the two of you entered. "What did you want?"

"Hm? I don't know I'm thinking a strawberry or cherry smoothie..." You stared at the menu that had various combinations of flavors. Why were there so many flavors? They all sounded good...

Now you two were at the front of the line; you let Seokjin in front, still deciding which flavor. Seriously. There was a list about 100 flavors listed on there. How else were you supposed to choose?

"Y/N," Seokjin softly called. "Did you finally decide?"

"Um," Your eyes scanned every single flavor. "Probably a strawberry lemonade one, but-"

"And a medium strawberry lemonade please."

"What." You looked away from the menu to see Jin paying for you. "I can pay for it myself." Now you would have to set a reminder to pay back both Hoseok and Jin now.

Jin waved you off as he guided you off to the side to let the next person go. He gently pulled you along to a table to wait for your drinks. "So now tell me about you." He rested his elbows on the table.

"Well, my name is Yoon Y/N. I like listening to music, I'm twenty-three years old and I like animals and food too." You recited some basic facts about yourself.

"Nice." Jin supported his head on one of his hands. "What's your favorite food?"

"I don't know." You admitted. "Food is food and it's all good."

You two laughed until a server called out Jin's name. The two of you got up and claimed your smoothies. "Let's go to the mall, yeah?" Jin suggested.

You nodded and took a sip of your smoothie.

The mall was a bit crowded and honestly it scared you a bit. None less, Jin simply charged ahead and you followed the broad-shoulder man. 'Did I notice he has broad shoulders? Wow.' You briefly thought as Jin decided to stop out of nowhere.

You almost ran into him but managed to stop just in time. Seokjin eagerly ran over to a stand that had board games, calendars and stuffed animals. You only followed him and he was smiling brightly. "Look at how cute these are!" He pointed at the stuffed animals.

Honestly they were. They looked super fluffy and they had about almost every animal. "They are cute." You picked up a lion whose main was fluffy to the touch and looking at you with golden eyes.

Just then, Seokjin placed a stuffed dog in front of your face. "Arf."

You giggled at his antics. "That one is adorable."

"Isn't it? I need all of them." Seokjin pulled the dog away and was just going through all the animals.

Your eyes trailed all over the animals until they spotted a wolf. The colors was gray -- a typical color of a wolf but it was cute. Then you looked to the stuffed animal of another dog and oh my. It was the most adorable thing you ever saw.

It looked to be a small corgi dog that had a blue bandanna wrapped around its neck and it was wearing a little cowboy hat. You needed it. A cowboy dog? Who turns that down? You started to reach for it but a hand shot out and grabbed it before you.

You were about to punch the person for taking away the little cowboy dog when you saw it was only Seokjin.

He smiled so brightly. "It's so cute!" He exclaimed. "Did you want this?"

"Yeah." You answered. "Let me pay for him now." You tried taking away the dog but he pulled it away.

"Nope." Seokjin said. "I asked you to hang out with me, so I'm paying for everything."

"What? No, no. We both pay for things and-"

"Shh." He shushed and brought the dog up to your face. All you could see was the brown eyes that were staring straight into your soul. "Did you want me or no?" Seokjin said in a bit of a high-pitched voice to make it seem like the dog was speaking.

Did he just do that?

"Uh," You were a bit lost for words. "Yes..."

Suddenly, he brought the dog to your nose and poked your nose with the little animal's. Seokjin pulled away and smiled. Then he left to go pay for it and you only stared at him, feeling your cheeks turning a little red.

He returned with a bag. "So, was there a store you wanted to go to?"

"I don't think so. Why don't we go for ice cream?" You suggested.

"Alright!" Jin smiled. "Where at? I'm treating."

"Near the park." You said but rolled your eyes. "And this time I'm treating or else we aren't hanging out anymore."

"Why would you do that?" Seokjin pouted.

"Because you keep on paying everything for me. Next thing I know you'll be paying my rent."

It was quiet for a moment. "And how much is your rent?"

"No, you're not paying for that!"
