"Ella get back here!" I was running through the forest while Kydon called from behind me. I am quite good with the forest now and I know the best roots. And to way Kydon was chasing me? I had stolen his favourite runners.

I jump through a small hole in a tree while Kydon had to go around it. He was gaining on me. We were even in pranks and I didn't want to loose this one. With a new burst of speed I started running really fast. I lost control of my speed and was headed in the direction of a tree. I closed me eyes.

"Ella, the tree!" Kydon yelled from a few yards behind me.

When I opened my eyes again I was still moving but closer to the ground. I halted. I was holding the shoes by the laces in my mouth. Eww. How did they get there? I spit them out and look at my hands . . . Their paws.

I see brown paws and then look behind me. I see a tail. I'm a cat. And not a normal house cat. A cheetah.

"Meow?!" I can't speak, this sucks.

I hear the bushes move a few yards away and turn my head. Kydon comes out and jumps in Surprise when he sees me. "Ella? Meow two times if that's you."

I give him a face like, I'm not doing your dumb games. If I was a real cheetah I would have eaten you already.

"Never mind, only Ella could master that face as a cat." He says reaching for his shoes. I use my clawed paws to swipe his hand away. "Ow! Really, you just shifted and your more worried about winning this prank than that."

I give him another duh face.

"Your very persistent."

I ignore him and use my tail to pick up the shoes again. "Hissssssssssss"

I run towards the camp again. When I go in everybody starts yelling about cats. I get surrounded by werewolves and for a second my eyes fill with fear. For a second. I quickly jump up and bounce off of ones head to the roof. I grab the shoes in my mouth again and use my tail to swing through an open window.

"EEK!" Crystal and Diamond hold eachother when they see me and i role my eyes. I spit down the shoes and go to the chair where Rose is.

"Mew." I say purring as I rub her legs.

"There's something weird about this cheetah . . . It rolled its eyes at you two."

Figure it out already, I'm getting tired . . .

Rose reaches down and pets me. She stops all of a sudden and gasps.

"Guys look at this!" Rose points to my back. "It's a tan streak reaching down from the head to the tail!"

I reach my tail before me and see the streak. Cool.

"The tail almost looks like . . ."

"Like Ella's streak!"

Leave it to the sea sisters to find out together. I nod my cat head fast and look hopefully up at them.

"Do you think that Ella shifted into a cheetah?" I facepaw before there's a knocking at the door.
