(Erudite's POV)

I couldn't even finish my sentence before I was in Fili's arms. I started to cry, not only because the pain was horrible. But because I missed this, him, being in his arms, kissing him, hugging him, everything. I missed it so much.

"Shhh its okay, it will be over soon." He whispered.

"No, no it won't!" I whispered back. I knew he heard me because I felt him sigh, and tense up.

He wasn't walking but wasn't running either. I knew he didn't want to hurt me, or go to slow and cause me more pain. But I was a matter of minutes, that we were at the 'hospital'. Oin was there along with Dis for some really odd reason. They stopped talking as soon as we can into the room. Fili placed me on the bed and they hurried over to us.

"The baby?" Dis asked.

"Nope the dragon! YES OF COURSE THE BABY!" I spat. Okay yes that was a little rude but the pain was horrible. She nodded and got some blankets. While Oin checked me. Dis soon came back and Oin nodded to her.

"Should I get anyone?" Fili asked moving hair out of my face.

"No, Fili she needs to start pushing. You got her here just in time." Oin commented.

I couldn't agree with him more on anything. One I needed too push I knew that when they nodded to each other, and two three people in the room was too much. Dis closed the door and locked it.

"Okay on three!" Dis said, I nodded.

"One..two..three!" I started to push, I gripped the blanket, only to have my hand be taken by Fili's. I looked at him and he nodded. "Great two more!" Dis said.

"AHHHHH!" I screamed and squeezed Filis hands.

"Its okay your doing great!" Fili said and kissed my head. I pushed one more time and started to hear crying. I sighed, but soon remembered I have two. Dis finished washing the baby and gave it to Fili.

"Its a boy!" Dis smiled wide. I felt a kick and cried out in pain again. Fili looked from me to the little boy in his arms.

"My son!" He whispered than kissed him. I sighed and cried out in pain again

"A Dis, Oin-" I started.

"We know, let go. This one should be easier." Dis said. She came to my side and took my hand.

"Ready?" Oin asked, we both nodded. "Push." He whispered.

I started pushing again. I bit my lip not wanting to wake my son. After about two more breath taking pushes. And a lot of crying, we heard little cries again. Dis left my side and cleaned the baby. Oin finished with me and gave me some blankets for tonight.

I looked over to Fili. It was a beautiful sight, Fili was watching our son sleep in his arms. Giving him kisses here and there. He looked up and his eyes met mine. I missed those hazel eyes looking into mine. He looked happy again, and love. A tear slipped out and he looked away.

"Erudite, here." Dis said handing me my child. I ran my finger a cross its cheek. "Its a girl you know." I smiled to myself.

"Lili-May, sleep tight!" I said and kissed her fore head.

"What?" Fili asked.

"Lili-May that's her name. Lili kinda after you and May after my mother."  I said smiling. A small smile appeared on his face.

"Its beautiful, she's beautiful just like her mother." I felt my cheeks get hot "What about our son?" He got up and put our boy in my hands taking our little girl.

"Gili after your father." I smiled. I heard Dis cry in happiness and Fili looked at me surprised.

"You still remember my fathers name?!" I nodded and he started crying. He got up. "I can't do this." Was all he said before walking out of the room with our child. Dis started to go after him.

"No don't!" She stopped in her tracks.

"Why aren't you worried?" She asked, I laughed.

"No, he needs this. He needs time with his daughter." Dis sat back down next to me. Oin left to go to bed. Before he left he promised not to say anything to anyone.

(Fili's POV)

I continued to walk with my daughter in my hands. I wanted to be alone but I couldn't let her go like I did her mother. I started to cry, so I walked into the nursery. I looked around at the sight before me. I always wanted this. I dreamt of this, I prayed for it and now I have it. But I'm slowly losing it, its going to be taken from me. I sat down on the rocker.

I was crying for a good ten minutes until I felt Lili move in my arms. I looked down at her, her eyes flickered open and I saw the light blues eyes that I love. I chuckled a bit and rubbed my thumb a cross her cheek.

"You have your mothers eyes you know. But you have my hair." I laughed again "You know your brother isn't gonna let it go that he's older than you. But it was only four minutes, so remember that lass. I'm not gonna let anyone hurt your little head. But I'm afraid I've already hurt you." She tilted her head. "I haven't been so nice to your mother. I've hurt her but I'm just so afraid that I-I might die like my father did. I won't be there for you guys, I don't want to hurt anyone but I'm hurting you all more by staying away and pushing you all away." 

I started to cry but I wiped them away. "You know it was his birthday today. You where born on his birthday darling. He would have been so happy, but again so disappointed in me. He would have talked some sense into me. He was a wise man, but very caring." Lili grabbed my finger with her tiny hand. "I miss him so much you know. That's why I don't want to leave you, your brother or your mom. I don't want to die. But I don't want to lose you. I can't..........."

I got up out of the chair and walked out. I looked down at my daughter, who still had my finger.

"And I won't on any circumstance. I love Erudite, your mother and I'm not letting her leave again." I was walking down back to the hospital.

Many people started to wake up, mostly miners and maids. So I knew it was about four in the morning. Many looked at me weird, other smiled and went on with there day. But I didn't care, I had my little girl in my arms and I'm getting my love back."

I soon got back to the room Erudite was in. I opened the door and I saw Erudite give my mom, our son. I walked over and put Lili into my mothers arms as well. 'Now or never'. I thought. I walked over to Erudite.  I cupped her face into my hands. I looked her into the eyes before I crashed my lips into hers.

I missed her, I missed this, I missed us. She was all I needed and ever wanted. I'm scared of dying like my father yes, but I'm more scared of losing her and my children more.

(Erudite's POV)

I finally let Dis hold my baby boy. She was bagging me for sometime now. I knew she was worried about Fili just walking off with our little girl but I knew he wouldn't hurt her. But Dis didn't know and I wasn't going to be the one to tell her. Just as I gave her Gili, when Fili walked in.

He handed Lili-May over to Dis and continued walking to me. At this point I was scared, so scared.

But he caught me off guard when he cupped my cheeks. I saw a little tear run down his face, as I was about to reach it off. He crashed his lips into mine. At first I was shocked and I didn't kiss back, but soon I did. He gazed my bottom lip with his tongue, I opened my mouth and his tongue started to dance around with my tongue. I pulled away and he rested his forehead on mine.

"I missed doing that!" Fili says, looking into my eyes.

"I missed you Fili! I missed you!" I said starting to cry.

"Shhh its okay, we'll be okay. I've missed you too but I'm done. I'm done running Erudite." He wiped my tears away.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I was scared at of losing you and my kid, well kids now. I didn't want to die like my father did and leave you here alone, scared, lonely. At the ball I don't know what happened, I just remember being upset and then drinking some weird thing a lady gave me, and I blacked out from there. I'm so sorry I hurt you. I'm sorry I wasn't there for you. I'm so sorry." He was now in tears. "I want you, no I need you in my life again Erudite please. Please marry me. Not for the kids but for your, our happiness. I love you and I know you love me too please."

"Fili....I-I can't just marry a stranger." I mentally slapped myself for that.

"Well I guess I'm a Well known stranger  than now aren't I?" He laughed.

"Fili I would love too. I love you too but after all of this. You hurt me Fili, you broke me, I've been strong for the kids sake. I-"

"I'll make it up to you please. I'm not myself with out you please Erudite." He grabbed my hand and kissed it. "I'll make it up to you please, I can't live without you!" He started to pull out a necklace, at the end was a ring. "Erudite please will you marry me please." I was speechless, I just nodded my head yes, for what seemed like a thousand times.

Fili took the ring off the necklace and slid it on my finger. I looked at it, it had three diamonds and two emeralds. A large diamond sat in the middle and the two emeralds on either side of it, with the last two diamond next to the emeralds. I looked at Fili who wore a big smile.

"Well I'm glad that ring can have a use now." Dis said sitting in a chair.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"That ring was once mine, when Fili's father died I gave it to him. I'm surprised he still had it." She smiled.

"What this is yours?"

"Yes it was, but its now yours." I don't know what clicked but Misty popped in my head. I turned my attention back to Fili. His smile faded when mine faded.

"What's wrong?" he asked

"Misty that's what. Your engaged to her too. You know that right." I asked a little mad.

"Actually, I already thought about that. But I don't love her, matter of fact I hate her. The only reason I asked her was because I thought you moved on with Thorin. But ha its funny, I was talking to Kili one day and he told me the whole plan. Please don't yell at him, he was only helping. I'll tell her its over, I'll call it off."

"Okay fine but we won't be together until she's out of the picture got it?" I said a little harsh.

"Yes, yeah I understand. Don't want anyone to get hurt. I got it but please keep the ring on." I chuckled.

"Fine, now if you want to hold your children you might want too. Because the others are going to want to hold them. So we won't be holding them probably the rest of the day." I laughed.

"You know she's right Fili, that's why I'm getting my time in right now. So who do you want?" Dis asked. I saw Fili smiled wide.

"Lili-May!" With that he got up and took his daughter. He sat back down on the bed. "You know she has your eyes. While I was talking to myself she woke up, and I saw them.  The beautiful light blue eyes, that I love. I think she heard me, so I started talking to her."

"Aww you, but she did hear you. I'm just wondering what color eyes Gili has. Because as of right now we both came out in them. She has your hair color, and my eyes. And he has my hair. Hey maybe he'll have your eyes." I laughed.

"Yeah but wait how aren't you tired after this?" Fili asked.

"Well while you were umm yeah... I found out my mother was and ancient race. I'm a dancer, explains my ability to move water and all the elements. There are only four of us left. The two guys you saw yesterday, Easton and Landon. Then Lindell and I. Your kids will have powers to, hope you don't mind. But anyways I can go without sleeping for days if I heal myself with water. That is what I did when you left. I took a bath, and Dis cleaned Gili more. Oh if you can give up Lili-May for a bit, she needs to get washed off more."

"Ohh okay and I don't mind, just gonna have to get use to it that's all. And I guess I could but I want her back mother!" Dis laughed and switched Fili kids. Dis walked into the bathroom and started her work. 

Fili took the chair next to the bed, he was talking to our little guy. Until we heard yelling, from the halls. Fili got up and handed me Gili. Fili slowly approached the door.

(Fili's POV)

I slowly opened the door, I saw someone run by and run into a room. Then I saw a guy with a long cloak go into the room. I walked up to the door, and ease dropped.

"Do you have him?" Asked a male voice.

"Yes I do." I heard a familiar voice. 'Misty?' I thought.

"How long has he been taking the pills?" He asked.

"About four months." She replied. 'actually I stopped two months ago.' I thought.

"Good well he hates everyone right. I can get Erudite now?" He asked.

"Yeah but I lost him last night, and I can't find him." She said shyly.

"YOU WHAT,YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO DRUG HIM LAST NIGHT?" He yell, wait I know that voice. I quickly came up with a plan. I ran to the nearest guards.

"Prince Fili what's wrong?" One asked.

"As soon as that man, he's wearing a long black cloak. Walks out of that room-" I point to the room. "Grab him and lock him up. Also do not tell no one about him. Have at least five guards watch him. Stab his legs if need be. Then you-" I pointed to a guard. "Come and get me from the hospital. When you got him. Tell no one I'm there, if anyone ask about me or Erudite tell them we left to Mirkwood for supplies late last night. You hear me?" I whisper yelled.

"Yes prince Fili, and if you don't want to be found. You must go now, everyone will be waking up here shortly." I nodded.

"Do I have your words, telling me you will get him?"

"Yes, you have our word!" They both said, I nodded and ran back to Erudite, my mother and my children.

I got there sooner than expected. I ran into the room and shut the door hard behind me. I locked the door and turned around to see Dis looking at me with concerned eyes and Erudite feeding my kids. She looked like she was about to yell until she saw my face. I have to say it was weird seeing my love of my life breast feeding my kids.

"That's new!" Was all I said.

"Well they need to eat some how, until they can drink regular milk Fili." Erudite said.

"Yeah I know its just-"

"Weird?"

"No!"

"Unusual?"

"Kinda, but anyways I have a plan." I said sitting down on the bed.

"What do you mean? What happened?" My mom asked.

I explained to them what I saw and heard. That it was Misty and a man, what they where doing and what they were going to do to me if I didn't get the feeling to go down to the kitchen last night. But they didn't looked surprised at all. Then they started to explain that I would black out and be pissy with everyone and my eyes would go black. Than that I was speaking in Erudite's old language and Orcish.

When they got done talking and explaining. I started with the plan, at first Erudite was worried and she wanted to let people know that she had our kids five hours ago. But Dis soon explained that it would be the best right now just to go along with the plan. Than she agreed, my mom left to tell Oin what was happening and not to tell anyone. And to tell him the plan, that as soon as the guards got the man that they both needed to get everyone of your friends to the hall of kings and a good number of guards there too.

Erudite stopped feeding and gave Gili to me. While she got to hold Lili. I started talking again to Gili. Telling him that he was born on his grandfather's birthday and that he was named after him.

"You know when he started crying he didn't open his eyes." Erudite said.

"He'll open them soon love! We just have to be calm okay. Don't freak out."

"Okay ........ I'm starting to feel tired, wake me if you get any news okay?"

"Okay hand her over. You aren't sleeping next to her." Erudite laughed and gave me my little girl. And fell asleep, along with our children. I let my head fall back and I grabbed tighter to my sleeping kids. And I soon fell asleep with them.
