Normal POV

Tracy stands in shock for a few minutes. Enrique asks her if she is okay. Tracy nods and is about to answer his question from before, when she hears her communicator go off.

"Sorry, Enrique I have to go," Tracy says.

"You didn't answer me. Will you go out with me?" Enrique asks.

Tracy's communicator goes off again.

"Can you meet me at Ernie's in an hour. You'll get your answer then." Tracy says.

"I'll be counting the minutes till then," Enrique says.

He kisses her hand before letting it go. Tracy feels her heart flutter.

Stop it Tracy. Stay focused on the mission and you already have a boyfriend. Tracy thinks.

She power walks down the hall. Jason waves at her as she comes around the corner. She goes over to him and the others. Jason raises his communicator to his lips.

"What is it Zordon?" He asks.

"Rangers, teleport to the command center immediately," Zordon says.

"We're on the way, Zordon," Jason says.

Tracy hopes that Alpha and Zordon found a way to send her and Mike back to Reefside. They teleport away and land in front of Zordon.

"Have you figured out how to get me and Mike back to Reefside?" Tracy asks.

"Not yet. Rangers behold the viewing globe. Rita has sent her latest monster she calls Scropthorn to attack the city." Zordon answers.

They turn around to see Rita's monster. Tracy didn't crack a joke about it. They turn back around and face Zordon again.

"Be careful because we don't know what it's capable of, yet," Zordon says.

Jason and the others rangers take out their morphers. Tracy and Mike's brackets turn into their morphers.

"Dragonzord!" Tommy shouts.

"Mastodon!" Zack shouts.

"Pterodactyl!" Kimberly shouts.

"Triceratops!" Billy shouts.

"Saber-tooth, Tiger!" Trini shouts.

"Tyrannosaurus!" Jason shouts.

"Dino Thunder Power Up!" Mike and Tracy shout.

~Welcome To Reefside ~

The rangers teleport to the park and see a putty army along with Scropthorn.

"Jason, Mike and I can handle the and the other rangers can fight the monster." Tracy says.

Jason nods and Tracy charges in towards the putties. She does a Kyakushin Pinan Sono Go Kata to clear a path for the Mighty Morphin Rangers. They run through the putty army. The putties get up a few seconds later. She does a couple Urs Ushiro Mawashi Geri ( spinning wheel kick) followed by a Yoko Tobi Geri kick ( flying side kick) to beat them.

Mike, on the other hand, is having a tough time fighting them. He does a backflip and calls for his tro-bow. He takes aim and shoots several arrows at them. They fly towards them and destroy five putties. The sixth putty amazingly catches it. The putty turns to its left and throws the arrow towards Tracy.

"Tracy, look out!" Mike warns.

Tracy turns to her left and sees the arrow. She does a quick Mikazuki Geri (crescent kick) to knock it away. A loud thump rings through the air as it hits the tree. She does a Fumikomi (stomping kick) to knock down the last putty in front of her.

"Mike, that last arrow you shot almost hit me." Tracy snaps, running up to him.

"Tracy I didn't shot that at you I swear. The putty I was fighting caught the arrow and threw it at you." Mike argues.

"Come on there's no way that these things have reflexes that good. Why don't you finally admit that you can't use your weapon?" Tracy snaps.

They continue to argue. Jason and the others are fighting Scropthorn. They're having a tough time focusing over the sounds of Tracy and Mike's argument. Scropthorn fires a few laser blasts towards the mighty morphin rangers. They fly backward and demorph as they land on the ground. Scropthorn laughs evilly displaying its joy of defeating them.

"Now it's time to get the new rangers to destroy each other." Scropthorn says.

Scropthorn turns around to face the bickering Dino rangers. It fires two thorns at them from the stinger on its tail. Jason and the others get to their feet. Jason warns Tracy and Mike about the thorns. They didn't hear Jason's warning. The Dino rangers don't even stop fighting when the thorns hit them. They continue yelling at each other.

"My work here is done. See you later, power losers." Scropthorn says.

It goes back to Rita's castle. Jason and the rest of the team dash over to Tracy and Mike.

Tracy's POV

I hear the faint sound of the monster retreating. I stop yelling at Mike long enough to demorph. Mike does the same a few seconds later.

"Tracy, it's your fault that we're stuck here, you know?" Mike says.

"How did you come to that conclusion?" I ask.

"It's because you're weak and you don't deserve to be a ranger." Mike says.

I can't believe that Mike just said that. I charge in towards him like a mad bull. I'm about to give him my strongest Gedar Mawashi Gri kick (low roundhouse kick) to the stomach. I stop when Jason steps between us.

"Tracy stop! I'm sure you know that's not the right way to use your karate skills." He says.

"Yes, I know. I'm never to use my skills to harm others. Mike knows how much I hate it when someone calls me weak." I say.

Mike calls me weak again. I'm about to kick him again. Jason stops me. He tells me to calm down. I tell him I'm not going to hurt Mike "much". Mike is about to insult me again. Kimberly reminds us that we should be helping them fight Rita and her minions not each other.

I take a deep breath and Jason steps to his left. Our communicators sound again. Zordon tells us to teleport back to the command center. Jason tells him we're on our way. We get in line and teleport again. We land in front of Zordon. "Tracy, how are two feeling after being hit with the thorns?"

We say that we're fine. Alpha asks us if he can remove the thorns to analyze them. We say yes and walk over to the lab table. Alpha carefully removes the thorns from our lower thigh. He sets the thorns in a Petri dish and gets to work a few seconds later.

Mike's POV

We walk back over to Jason and the others. I decide to try to get Tracy to talk to me about what happened at school. I take a deep breath.

"Tracy I know that you're still mad at me about what happened with Olive." I say.

"What happened?" Zack asks.

"I am talking with her about our project for anatomy and physiology, and the next thing I know she is kissing me." I answer.

"You forgot to mention that you like it. I thought you were my boyfriend." Tracy says.

"Tracy, I repeat, Olive kissed me. I tried to get her to stop but she wouldn't let me. You're my girlfriend and always will be." I say.

"If I'm your girlfriend Mike, you wouldn't have let Olive kiss you - or should I -say make out with you." Tracy says on the verge of crying.

"You're right angel I never should have let things get that far. I have told Olive several times today to stop flirting with me." I say.

"Why is Olive doing this to me? What did I do wrong?" She asks with tears streaming down her cheeks.

I go for broke and give her a hug. She barries her face in my chest. I watch the tears continue to roll down her cheeks. I run my fingers through her hair, and tell her that she didn't do anything wrong.

"Mike is right. Olive is jealous of you that all." Kimberly says.

Tracy waits for a few seconds before she slowly lifts her head up. She wipes the tears away, and turns around to face Kimberley.

"Why would Olive be jealous of me? She is taller than me, prettier than me and smarter too." Tracy says.

"I agree with you there Tracy. Olive is pretty." I says

"Tracy you have one good quality that Olive doesn't have. You aren't afraid to show everyone who you are is on the inside." Jason says.

"Tracy, you're very smart because you remember the Kyakushin Pinan Sono Go Kata, you used during the battle, it's one of the hardest kata to master." Tommy says

"There are two more things they haven't heard you do yet." I say.

"Mike they don't really want to hear me try to crack a joke or attempt to sing accapella." Tracy says.

"I hate to ask this. Tracy, why did you get so upset about this anyway?" Zack asks.

"Let's see, maybe because I was following the teenage girl rule book for dating. Page 34 says if you see your boyfriend making out with another girl you have the right to get mad and refuse to talk to your boyfriend." Tracy jokes.

Normal POV

"Tracy. what's the real reason that you're so upset?" Tommy asks.

"Please refrain form be sarcastic or cracking a joke please." Billy adds

Tracy takes a deep breath.

"I never had a boyfriend before." Tracy says.

"I don't believe that a girl with a great sense of humor like you wouldn't have been asked out before," Zack says.

"It's truth. Before I moved to Reefside all the boys at Jefferson high only complimented me when I went to any of the dances. Any other day I felt like they didn't know that I existed." Tracy says.

"Tracy you're saying that you didn't have a crush on any boy in your class?" Kimberly asks.

"I had a crush on a boy in my class since seventh grade." Tracy answers.

"What's his name?" Trini asks.

"His name was Robert "Bobby" Drobet. He was a skateboarder. He had dark hair and kind eyes."Tracy says.

"Why you didn't ask him out? He sounds like a great guy." Kimberly says.

"Because I didn't have the courage to do it face to face. We had freshman gym together, so one day I wrote him a note." Tracy says.

"Did he write back?" Trini asks.

"No, I just figured that meant that he didn't like me." Tracy answers.

"He might not have known how to respond." Kimberly says.

"That was another theory," Tracy says

"I'm just curious, were you able to talk to him?" Mike asks.

"Yes," Tracy says.

"You fared better with Bobby then with me. All you did when I was around was say funny things or do weird things." Mike says.

"I only acted that way because you're was five times cuter than Bobby." Tracy says.

"Rangers to go back to the city, but to be on alert when Scropthorn returns." Zordon says.

They teleport to the park again.

"Where are you headed Mike?" Tracy asks.

"I'm heading to the library to do some research for the anatomy and physiology group project." Mike answers.

"Will Olive be there?" Tracy asks.

"My best answer would be possibly. What about you?" Mike answers.

"I'm going to the juice bar." Tracy says

"I'll meet her there in a few hours." Mike says.
