To Write a Letter

Swift is the pen of the writer.

A fast spark an idea comes to the enlighter.

A stroke of love or a stride of hate. 

Forms onto the paper, a clear slate.

For of importance, is where you decide.

Where the ink meets fate and the words collide.

Light as a feather or harsh as a storm.

Once ink hits paper the words shall form.

And thus then a letter must embark.

For then it shall meet it's mark.

To send is to descend the words.

To either a ship, a horse, or birds.

To write a letter is timeless.

An age old perfected immortal process.
