While outside Serena noticed Fiona and immediately attacked her

Serena: I WAS RIGHT!!!

Fiona immediately dodged Serena's punch

Serena: You betrayed us!! You betrayed Sonic!!

She tried to kick Fiona but she dodged again

Fiona: Would you calm down?! What's going on?!

Serena: Don't act all innocent, Fiona! Tails had been quiet lately so I asked him what's going on and he told me everything! He said exactly what Sleuth blackmailed you with! Amy knows about it too!

Serena lunged towards Fiona

Serena: You're cheating on Sonic with Scourge!!

Fiona got out of the way causing Serena to bump into a tree

Fiona: It's not like Sonic and I were seriously going out.

Serena got back up and glared at her

Serena: So you admit it!

Fiona: Admit what? I didn't admit anything!

Serena: Stop lying for once!!

She pinned Fiona against another tree

Fiona: Lying got me this far hasn't it?

Fiona pushed Serena off of her

Fiona: You may be Sonic's cousin but he hasn't listened to you since the very beginning.

Serena got back up and Fiona walked closer to her

Fiona: Face it, Serena. Without proof all you are is being paranoid.

Serena: You little b-!

At that moment Sonic coughed on purpose showing he was there the entire time

Sonic: Language, Cuz. We're better then that

Serena: Sonic! You heard what Fiona said-!

Sonic: Yep. Which is why I'm gonna talk to her.

Fiona rolled her eyes as Sonic comforted Serena

Sonic: And from now I'll listen to you more.

Serena: Thanks.

He walked away with Fiona

Serena: You're gonna need backup.

She used her rocket boots to fly above Sonic and Fiona to listen on their conversation

Fiona: Are you going to interrogate me too?

Sonic: I just want everything to add up, Fiona.

Then Tails flew up to Serena about to say but she shushed him

Sonic: You've been disappearing a lot lately and with your sketchy past that kinda makes me wonder, you know?

Fiona: Excuse me?! You said you were cool with my past!

Sonic: I am. I'm not cool with how it's effecting the now!

Fiona: The now? What about when I helped stop Bean and Bark on your birthday? Or when I gave up everything I knew on Rouge? What about Serena thanking me for that?

Sonic: You've helped us out and I'm not saying you didn't.

Fiona: Then what are you saying?

Sonic: What I'm saying is you didn't show any interest in me until after Scourge impersonated me.

Fiona: Um...

Sonic: What I'm saying is five people say you're lying. Scourge and Sleuth could be lying but I trust Tails, Amy and Serena

Fiona: You trust some kids and a cyborg over me?

Serena got angry but Tails held her back

Sonic: That cyborg is part of my family. And I'm trying to trust you too, Fi. I just need you to clear this up for me!

Fiona: I tried the hero thing, Sonic. I really did. I stuck to it for you and I thought we could maybe find some middle ground

Sonic: Middle ground?

Sonic turned around and saw Scourge

Scourge: She means she wishes you had a backbone moron!

Fiona: Hey sweetie!

Scourge: Hey, babe.

He looked back at Sonic

Scourge: You caught onto one thing Sonic, it was me she fell for first.

Fiona walked up to Scourge

Fiona: When I found out Scourge wasn't the real deal I tried to find the same attraction in you, Sonic.

Scourge: I told her it was a waste of time. Any guy after me is gonna be bland.

Suddenly Serena punched him right in the face with her robot arm and he fell onto the ground

Fiona: Sweetie!

Sonic: Thanks, Cuz

Serena: Don't mention it. That felt good.

Scourge got back up and felt a little bit of blood

Scourge: Lucky shot. Now as I was saying-

At that moment Tails landed in front of Fiona with tears in his eyes

Tails: Fiona! No! Please! I-It's okay if you don't want to like me! I mean like like me! B-But please don't go with Scourge!

Fiona: I know you're good! All you have to do is try a little harder but you haven't learned one fundamental lesson in life. You can't count on anybody.

She slapped Tails across the face while Scourge laughed

Sonic and Serena: Tails!

They both helped him up

Tails: ...Just get him.

Serena: With pleasure!

Serena ran towards Fiona

Fiona: Oh give it a rest! Just because you can't find a boyfriend doesn't mean you can take your anger out on me!

Serena: I don't NEED a-!

Scourge suddenly knocked Serena against a big rock

Sonic: Serena!

Scourge laughed again as Serena got up

Serena: Sonic stop. Let me handle him this time.

Scourge: Ha! I like to see you-

At that moment Serena threw Scourge against another three

Serena: Do you ever stop talking?!

Scourge: Aw boo-hoo! Gonna cry to your daddy?

He dashed behind her and kicked her in the back of the head and then grabbed her leg and tossed her

Scourge: OR ARE YOU GONNA FIGHT!?

Serena grabbed both his arm and slammed him onto the ground

Serena: Fiona is a lying backstabber so I don't care if you date her!! But you crossed the line when you threaten my family!!

Serena's robot arm became a blaster canon and shot at him but he got out of the way

Scourge: I hear enough talk about family crap from that blue idiot.

He punched Serena in the gut and then headbutted her

Scourge: You both share that weakness... You needed robot parts just to keep up! Plus your scared to fight dirty

Serena struggled to get stand up and Scourge walked up to her

Scourge: You remind me of my cousin. Sabina. But unlike you?

He grabbed Serena's hair

Scourge: She actually put up a good fight... Before I finished her off!

Serena: You're slow.

Scourge: for What?

Sonic suddenly spin dashed into Scourge causing him to hit the ground again

Serena: That.

Sonic: You okay, Cuz?

Serena stood up

Serena: Yeah but It's your turn now.

Sonic and Scourge started fighting

Scourge: I finally figured you out, Blue.

He knocked Sonic against a tree

Scourge: It's that all it takes is for one bad day and you'll be just like me.

Sonic: That's not it Scourge!

Sonic tripped him and he fell

Sonic: It's that all it would take is a bit of selflessness, a little bit of decency

Serena stood next to Sonic

Serena: Along with some kindness

Sonic: Which will make you just like me.

Scourge: I-I...

Suddenly Fiona kicked Sonic in the chest causing him to knock into Serena

Fiona: Back off Sonic! You had your chance! And the way you hold back makes you weak! It's all about survival of the best and you're-

Serena grabbed Fiona by the neck and her eyes went red

Serena: Shut. Up!

Sonic: Whoa! Whoa! Cuz! Breathe.

Serena dropped Fiona and Scourge helped her up

Scourge: Looks like you can fight dirty.

Serena just looked away as her eyes went back to normal

Serena: ...Be quiet you piece of-

Scourge: Anyway I've had my fun. Ready to go, babe?

He used warp ring to open a portal

Fiona: Gladly. So long Sonic.

They both walked through the portal and it disappeared. Then Sonic comforted Serena

Sonic: You okay, Cuz? What happened back there?

Serena: I don't know. I just... Need to see my parents.

Serena just walked away while looking at her robot arm
