We kept walking and as I was about to go to the Training team, Alter Ego grabbed my sleeve.

Y/N: Yea sure, it could be good to not think about the job nonstop. So, I'll see you tonight.

She smiled at me before nodding. We both went our own ways and I was glad that Alter Ego wasn't mad at me anymore.

Hod: Y/N, just in time. We have a new recruit in our department.

Y/N: Oh really?

I looked behind her and saw a guy waving at me with a smile.

???: Nice to meet you Y/N, I'm Daniel.

We both exchanged a handshake and smiled at each other.

Y/N: I'm also glad to meet you Daniel, let's try our best together along with everyone else.

We nodded together and went back inside the main room of the Training team. We listened to a quick speech from our Sephirah before walking back to our positions.

Daniel: My first assignment, wish me luck.

Y/N: Good luck.

He walked away and I focused on the screen beside me, waiting impatiently for what I should do. After a while it did happen, fortunately.

I slowly walked out of the room in order to go to my assigned containment room. I didn't know the name of the abnormality so like usual I was a bit scared.

Y/N's mind: Come on Y/N, you can do this.

I opened the door and stepped inside. When I looked at the abnormality however, my courage immediately dropped.

It was horrifying to watch.

Y/N: What is that?!

I jumped in fear and I heard the door closing behind me. I took out my pencil and placed it over my report file.

Y/N: Alright... I-I can do this.

I tried writing down my observations but that thing was creeping me out way too much, to the point of making my hand shake by itself.

It was staring at me while making loud noises with it's mouths which was making me shiver in fear.

Y/N: ...

I focused on the report and tried my best to ignore the abnormality. However, I heard something moving, forcing me to look up. When I did, the abnormality was right in front of me, it's eyes looking into mine.

Y/N: I can't do this!!!

I forced the door to open and rushed outside. The alarm almost immediately started as I saw the abnormality rushing out of the containment room.

I ran away as fast as possible before looking behind me. The abnormality was chasing me, slowly outrunning me.

Y/N: I need assistance!

Some unlucky employees entered the room and started to panic as soon as they saw the abnormality chasing me. However, it became distracted and started killing them instead of following me. I took that opportunity to get as far as I could from it.

I pushed the Sephirah on the ground and kept running to find Alter Ego and Dana. I entered the main room and looked around.

Dana: Working with the Plague doctor.

Y/N: Shit, that abnormality is probably coming and we need to get away!

Intercom: Warning! All employees of the Control team has been confirmed to have perish, shutdown in progress.

We all ran in the opposite direction and ran in the corridor connected to the main room.

We kept running and decided to go different ways to confuse the abnormality. I decided to go up to the Control team. There, I noticed the lights were turned off and every employees shot themselves in the head.

I did so and waited to see what would happen.
