The following are the positions and the roles they perform. Read on to know which one you would like to join as.

◆|Founders| 【Full】

They overlook the whole functioning of this community in the presence/absence of everyone.

◆ |Heads| 【2/7】

There will be positions so the heads will be responsible for their respective departments.

◆ |Co-Heads| 【0/7】

The Co- Heads will help the heads in their works and will be Temporary Heads in the absence of Heads.

◆ |Host|【1/2】

He/She will be responsible for writing and managing all the rules, requirements and basic informations on award books and book club. There will be another host who is responsible for managing the communities book club. Mention the type of host in the form. Types:- i) Awards and ii) Book club.

◆ |Co- Host|【1/4】

He/She will help the host in writing everything down. There will be two co-hosts for each host. Please mention the type in the form. Types are similar as the host.

◆ |Reviewers|【Open】

There will be 2 types of Reviewers :

• Book Reviewer.
• Account Reviewer.

Their job will be to provide reviews on the books/accounts requested to them for non-monetary payments. They can refuse to review a book but will need to provide a valid reason. They will not be forced to take up a request that goes against their beliefs. Reviewers have the option to help them as mentors for the book or account requested. There will be different payment for that.

◆ |Editors|【Open】

Their job is to edit the books requested from them for non-monetary payments. They can refuse to edit a book but will need to provide a valid reason. They will not be forced take up a request that goes against their beliefs.

◆ |Graphic Designers|【Open】

Their job is to make the graphic requested from them for non-monetary payments. They can refuse to accept an order but will need to provide a valid reason. They will not be forced to take up a request against their beliefs.

◆ |Promoters|【1/2】

Their job is to brief up the requests and write out the layout for the promotion of the books. Instructions will be given after acceptance.

◆ |Interviewers|【1/2】

They will interview the authors/designers who request an interview in our interview book. They will also take the interview of the winners in awards and contests.

◆ |Collectors|【0/9】

Now this is a new job! Collectors are responsible for collecting the feedbacks from our requesters. They will submit the feedbacks to the Head Collector, who will be further instructed by the Founders on what to do after acceptance.

◆ |Suggestors|【Open】

Well, their job is to suggest ideas for the betterment of this community. They have to suggest at least one idea in a month and mail/PM it to the Head Suggestor, who will have to evaluate the best suggestion and send it to the Founders. If it is really good, the founders will apply it. Only restriction for them is that the Suggestor can't participate in any other community in the post of Suggestor or anything similar. If found guilty, they will be ousted from this community and will be blacklisted. However, they are permitted to be a part of other communities in any other post.

◆ |Book club Members| 【1/5】

They will be the members for our book club. Their job is to read the books assigned to them and comment at least 3 times on each chapter. Voting is not compulsory or prohibited. they are free to vote or not vote if they want to. Rest of the rules will be mentioned in our Book Club.

• |Clans|

There are four Clans - Vampires, Shifters, Witches/Wizards and yes, Fairies. You are welcome to join any one Clan. If you choose Shifter, Kindly specify which Shifter. For ex - Werewolf or Werephoenix or Werecat, etc.
