*KELLIN POV*
Tony went to class early and so did vic, he needed extra time to work on whatever he is drawing for art, for a boyfriend he is very secretive.

"kellin, you didn't call me?" I hear that British accent say, I close my locker to see oli.

"I'm sorry oli, my mom is out of town and her boyfriend is home and so I had to stay at the Fuentes house and I don't think Vic is a fan of you, I really couldn't, I'm sorry" I say softly, trying my best to leave out the fact I'm dating vic.

"it's fine love,at least text me! there's no harm in that, you could change my contact name or something,I have to run, I'll see you in music 5th period" he says with a smile before rushing off. I sigh as I start walking on my way to art. I can't tell Vic that Oliver and I talk, I understand he hates Oliver, I don't know why, on Friday vic seemed to be mad or upset while Oliver showed no emotion of hating vic.

"Today?" Vic questions tony as I sit down at the table

"yes today" tony says and I don't even bother asking. my project is finished and she hasn't given us another which means I can free draw or something.

"Vic you promised you would help me study for my math test tomorrow, this is something no one else can help me with" tony says and I take my phone out and I text Vic 'go and help tony after school, I'll get a ride,just text me when your at your house' I click send then I act like I'm playing a game on my phone

"fuck I died" I mutter, then I slowly put it back in my pocket.five minutes later when tony gets up Vic checks his phone

"you sure? who's your ride?" Vic asks

"I have one, don't worry" I say softly

"my house,not yours remember that" Vic says and I nod. Before any other words could be said tony comes back.

Vic still doesn't sit with me in any class and it's starting to get really upsetting, in science he sits in front of me with Jaime, they talk, laugh and well I'm the loner kid behind them that no one sits next to. In English Vic sat two seats in front of me and in the row over. maybe he has stuff on his mind, I mean once he sat next to me in that class, once. it's now lunch and I slowly make my way inside to sit at 'my table' but I feel someone grab my arm, Oliver.

"Come with us" he says sweetly

"where?" I ask confused

"don't worry your little precious Vic won't see us or even have to know, he isn't even in here right now" he says softly

"come on" he says with a smile and without thinking I follow him out. he leads me down a hallway and we go into a small court yard. unlike the other court yards this one isnt surrounded by glass or whatever, no one inside can see us but for whatever class rooms those windows are on the wall of.

"this place is nice" I say softly and he smiles

"it is isn't it, I don't know why everyone likes to go to the other one better, people walking in the hallways can watch you eat" he shrugs. "lee will be here soon with some pizza" he adds.

"alright, so why does Vic hate you?" I ask and his smile fades a little

"how about we forget about Vic for a little bit,you and me are friends it doesn't matter if Vic isn't my friend" he says and his smile returns.

"alright, sounds fair" I say and then lee comes in with a box of pizza. and some cans of coke which he is balancing perfectly on top of the box. Oliver gets up and grabs the box and puts it on top of the table we are sitting at , he puts a coke in front of all of us.

"Vic wasn't at lunch today, I just thought maybe you would like to know" lee says as he looks at me

"thanks" I say with a side smile, why wasn't Vic at lunch? Did he leave because I wasn't there? Did lee just not see him?
We all start eating

"how do you know that Vic and I are kind of, you know, together?" I ask softly, I just assume that's why they talk to me about Vic the way they do

"well I mean, you used to look at him like a lost puppy when he hated you and now it seems he has open up to you, plus Matt saw you both kissing outside" lee says and Oliver just stays silent. "don't worry we won't tell anyone" lee adds with a smile

"thanks" I say and we continue eating.
Lee leaves a bit later with the trash and it's just oli and I.

"Vic is lucky to have you" he says "I just can't believe he won't hold your hand at school,if I was him, I would" he says

"oli,your a good friend i just don't want Vic hurting you" i say softly which is true I mean Vic being a vampire and all and he hates Oliver I'm surprised he hasn't hurt Oliver yet.

"that's cute kellin, you think I'm not a vampire" he says and he shows me his teeth. well I wasn't expecting that. "I can fend for myself and we have no reason why we can't be friends" he adds

"I guess you are right"

"of course I am"

"i know you want to smoke,just do it,i don't mind" he adds with a smirk

"how do you-" i start to ask but he cuts me off my saying

"you and justin the other day like a week ago"

"oh" he passes me a cigarette and i take it, i search my pocket for my lighter, i pull it out and i light the cigarette

"does vic even know you smoke?" he asks and i almost choke on the bad smoke that just came out of my lungs

"no" i say softly and he gives me a look of concern.

"why not?" he asks and i shrug.

"its not him finding out that i do smoke that's making me worried,its more of the reason why i smoke" i say softly as i inhale and ex hale again, i put the cigarette in between my teeth as i slip my lighter back in my pocket. "do you smoke?" i ask as i take the cigarette out

"not really, tried it once, don't know if i enjoy it or not,so kellin, why do you smoke?" i should've known that question was going to come up,i just put myself in this position by bringing it up.

"i used to do it because you know, it takes a day of life away or something like that,i wouldn't say im addicted but now its something i find myself doing once in a while" i say, i hear the bell ring and i drop the cigarette and step on it. we walk back into the school together.

"as long as you don't die,i'll be okay with you smoking around me" he says and we make our way to class, thank god vic wasn't inside already, he would be so upset to see me near oliver. a few minutes later vic walks in and kisses me

"did u miss me?" he asks as he sits in his seat next to mine.

"of course" i say with a smile.

*VIC POV*

i walk into math class to see oliver staring at kellin from three seats away, so i decided to do what a jealous boyfriend would do,show off that he is mine and only mine and i kissed him. when i sat down i looked to my right and i see oliver looking at me, a rush of accomplishment came over me and i feel oliver still looking at me. i wonder what he is thinking, now he knows he has no chance of taking kellin away from me,no chance, kellin is mine, all mine and i hope oliver knows that.

*kellin pov*

i wait until vic is long gone from the class and then i start walking to music. and before i know it oliver is right by myside.

"your boyfriend is weird kellin,he is so bi-polar and parinod" oliver mummbles as we walk in.

"how so?" "he kissed you to try and make me jelous,i dont know why he thinks im trying to be with you" i shurg

"hes different all right" i say softly..hes different but i love him because of that.

"oli,could you give me a ride after school?" i ask and he smiles at me

"of course i can Kells" we sit in our seats in the back. all we are doing this week is listening to music and getting one other person into the same music.

"heres a song i really like" he says as he clicks the play button on his phone.nine in the afternoon by panic! at the disco starts playing

"panic! at the disco?! you like them too?" i ask surprised

"ya,i know doesnt seem like me does it" he says with a laugh. and we start singing along. and laughing.

I'm surprised no one is laughing or looking at us,must be because they are doing the same thing or are too lost in their music to care.

"i cant believe you know all the lyrics" i say and he smiles

"same to you" we spend the rest of the class listening to panic at the disco,no words spoken,just enjoying the good music. the bell rings and oliver says a quick

"meet you at your locker later" before rushing off into the hallway. i make my way to free period, i sit in the normal spot and i watch as vic makes his way in with tony by his side,i feel jealously rising in me then i push it away,he is yours,not tony's,tony is straight,isn't he? yet mike wasn't scared when tony went to help his girl friend in math, maybe he is into guys? wait, if tony helped mike's girl friend with math,why does he need vic to help? is this like a study date? does he need someone to study with? is he in a higher math than miike's girl friend.

"hey kellin" tony says as he sits next to me, in my mind i disappeared,but in reality I'm still sitting in this spot with tony on my left and vic on the other side of him.

"hey tony" i say softly in more of a whisper than i intended. i sit there awakwardly as vic and tony are talking about math, vic is too close to tony for my liking,but maybe im too close to tony for vic's liking. vic wouldnt leave me for tony,would he? my thoughts get broken off yet again by the sounds of the bell signaling its time to go to the last class of the day.

hayley sits in her seat next to me.

"so how are you and victor doing?" she asks with a smirk

"friends you know" i sigh

"lies kellin,i know you are dating him now" she says and i give her a questing look "and that just proved my lie is true,your reaction,congrats dude,im happy for you" she says with a smile,i return the smile and then look a head waiting for this class to begin.

i watch as vic and tony walk away together in the hallway on the way to vic's car.

"kellin you okay?" mike asks as he stands next to me with his bag over his shoulder

"ya,im fine, so you got a ride?" i ask

"ya, with jaime, you?" he asks

"ya i got one,i'll see you in a bit" i say i walk and go back and lean against my locker as mike calls out "see ya!"

"hey my little friend" oliver says sweetly as he stands next to me

"im not that short compared to you" i say and he laughs

"yes you are"

"i am not"

"sure kellin,come on let me take you home" he puts his arm around my shoulder and then i realize im not tall enough to do the same to him, i sigh.

"i am short compared to you" i whine and he laughs.

"but only by a few inches" oliver says, the hallways and parking lot seem empty everyone must've been in a rush home. oliver opens his car door for me and then closes it for me once im inside.

"where to kellin?" he asks as he gets in and starts the car.

"well to where im staying i guess" i say softly

"you sure you dont want to go anywhere first?" he asks

"i dont know, i've been wanting ice cream" i admit

"lets go" he says with joy as he starts driving, ice cream really isn't something vic and i can do anyways.

we both get out of the car and get our ice cream,i got vanilla with chocolate sauce and rainbow sprinkles, while oliver got chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. "we are so opposites" i joke as we start eating as we sit outside at one of the tables.

"you want to try some of mine?" he offers

"no im fine, want to try some of mine?" i ask and he shakes his head

"i'd be too disappointed if rainbow sprinkles didnt taste like rainbows" he says and i start laughing. "well i dont know what rainbows taste like but i guess your right these are a disappointment,but i like them anyways" i continue eating

"okay now i really want to try some of yours" i say and he holds it out, i take my spoon and try a little. hmm i like it,but its too rich and chocolatey.

"how do you like it?" he asks

"its alright, try mine" i say and he takes his spoon and tries a little

"hmm not bad, doesn't taste like rainbows" he says and i smile a little.

"tomorrow,you are going to tell me about what its like to be a vampire" i say out of no where "okay i will,why not now?" he asks

"im not ready for the information yet,but i dont know it kills me knowing that i dont know much about you guys,i mean, to be honest i hate Halloween and everything about it or close to it" i admit,and to my surprise he doesnt seem hurt or upset by my words.

"if i was you i would feel the same,dont worry love,no need to be scared of me,of course i'll tell you anything and everything you want to know" he says with a smile, one thing i've learned about oliver is that he smiles alot, and i have to admit,i like his smile..wait what.

when we are done oliver drops me off at vic's place.

"you sure you dont want me to walk you to the door?" he asks

"ya im sure,i know vic isnt home yet,but i dont know if mike would tell him or not,i'll see you tomorrow,thank you oliver" i say as i open the door

"anytime,i'll see you tomorrow" and with that i walk up to the door and i hear oliver drive away. i knock on the door and before i know it mike opens it. gosh that surper speed of his.

"you sure you had a ride? it took you a long time,its like you walked" mike jokes

"ya i had a ride" i say and he moves so i can walk inside, i take my shoes off and put my backpack next to Mike's on the wall next to the door.

"vic said he will be coming around 6 or somthing" mike admits, it really bugs me that i dont know what he is doing in this exact moment.

"jaime said that you are coming to the party" he adds and i nod

"ya,im surprised im going,partys arent really my thing"

"im guessing vic is making you go?"

"you know me so well" i say

"want to play some video games?" he asks

"sure why not"
