It was requested by Sneaky_Booger because she's in a new obsession. So I obliged. I can't remember if she wanted me to draw Casey in South Park or my persona character in South Park but whatever. Also... looking up South Park pictures to reference off of gives you some weird crap. Like... really weird

I know South Park is a small town and not a city, but dammit, gray blocks are much easier to draw for a background than houses and crap.
