''Pikachu, use Iron Tail!'' Ash shouted.

''Pika! Pikachu!'' The electric mouse Pokémon squealed, leaping into the air and crashing into a rock, shattering in in to several smaller pieces. 

The two were helping clear some large rocks that had fallen in front of a building. Pikachu's iron tail was very useful in making the rocks a more carriable size for people and smaller Pokémon, while the larger, stronger Pokémon were able to lift the full-sized boulders. 

Before long there was nothing but pebbles and small stones left on the ground.

Little did the workers know that a certain.. someone had been watching from the distance. 

''I hope Ashy notices me..'' She cooed while watching him work. The girl with honey blonde hair sat almost silently, to shy to actually approach or speak to the boy. She stood away fantasizing about him quietly, hoping that he'd somehow notice her.

"Alright! Great job, buddy!'' Ash cheered. Pikachu smiled and said ''Piikachu!'' with a wink before running up to Ash's shoulder and nuzzling him.

''Hey, Ash!!'' A voice shouted behind them. Ash turned around to see a familiar young redhead running toward them.

''Misty?'' He asked densely right before the girl wrapped her arms around him.

''Yep! Its me.'' Misty smiled, blushing and letting go.

''Um.. Hi!'' Ash blushed. ''How've you been?''

''I've been fine.. How about you guys?'' 

''We've been great!'' Ash smiled. ''How's the gym?'' 

''It's been doing great! My sisters are also taking care of it while I'm away.''

''What brings you to Alola anyway?'' 

''I came because I wanted to visit you.''

The two continued talking for some time, completely unaware of the fact that they we're being watched.. more like spied on by Ash's secret 'admirer' .

''Whose that with my Ash?'' Serena glared at the pair. ''Ashy can't love her.. I'm the only one Ash can love.. He's mine.. Just mine.. No one else's.. Mine.. Forever.. He doesn't love her..'' She kept repeating to herself. ''He doesn't love her.. He doesn't love her..''

''Soo.. you, like, busy or anything..? You wanna, like, hang out or something..?'' Misty asked nervously, blushing.

''Yeah, we'd love to, right Pikachu?'' Ash smiled.

''Piika!!'' Pikachu squealed happily.

''Great!! So, where'd you wanna go?'' Misty asked smiling.

''You hungry? My friend Mallow's got an awesome little restaurant near by.''

''Sounds good!! I'm starving!'' Misty smiled.

''Alright!'' Ash smiled.

Ash and Misty continued to catch up a bit while walking together, all while being followed by a young lady who was very unhappy about there little lunch..
