Nikki an her parents were just getting off the plane and heading out the airport. " finally we're here!" Nikki father said with relief to finally be out of that uncomfortable seat. " ya that was a long flight." Nikki mother replied. Nikki then shouted " RACE YA OUT MOM!" Then took off for the door. " HONEY, slow down! Your old man cant run so good anymore!" He yelled, chasing after her. Right before nikki got to the door nikki accidently ran head first into a random guy.

Nikki got thrown backwards, she looked up an said " sorry sir!" The guy looked at her, " its quite alright little dudette." He said. Nikkis parents had finally caught up to her. " honey.. plz don't run off....like...that again!" Her father scolded while trying to catch his breath. The guy looked at nikki dad an gasp " oh my goodness! Aren't you professor conroy?!" The guy asked. Nikki dad look at him an gasp " dails!" He said in excitement. " omg i cant believe its you!" The guy replied an they both came together for a hug.

" this is my old traveling partner  when i started my Journey." Conroy said an put his arm around dails locking him in a head lock. Nikki chuckled. " soo tell me conroy, Who are they?" Steve asked. " oh this is my wife an daughter." Professor conroy repiled. " hi." Nikki said. " wow you certainly have done a lot while we were apart!" Steve replied. Professor conroy laughed.  " anyways, what brings you to alola?" Professor conroy asked.

" oh i was getting back from an vacation i had in Kanto, lovely place you should really go see it." Steve said an playfully bump his elbow into professor conroy. Professor conroy rub his arm, " oh how funny, we're here on vacation!" Professor conroy replied. " no way, then i have got to show you around!" Steve replied excitingly. " thanks we would love that." Jade replied.

" my wagon should be here now, lets go!" Steve said. They looked at each other confused but followed dave outside.

There standing was a big wooden wagon with a tarous attached in  front of it. " cool!" Nikki cheered. " is this safe??" Professor conroy asked.
" yes it is silly, man are you still scared of wagons?" Steve asked. Professor conroy snapped " I AM NOT, i just think there unsafe!" Nikki shouted " COME ON DAD!" an grab his arm an pull him towards the wagon. " AHHHHH!" Professor conroy sqeaked. Nikki hop up onto the wagon with her mom an dad.

Steve hop in the front of the wagon an grab the ropes that were attached to the tarous. " ok everyone hang on he gets a bit wild!" Steve warned. With that the tarous let out a big mooo an took off running. Nikki dad began to scream all the way down the hill.

Few hours later.....

Steve stop at a nice little beach house an jump off the wagon. " welp thats alola!" He said. Professor conroy was still holding onto the side of the wagon. " that was awesome! Did you see all those pokemon!" Nikki said while getting off the wagon. Jade replied " oh yes, i would love one of those alola meowths." She said while getting off behind nikki. " dad you getting off?" Nikki asked. Her dad repiled  " in a little sweetheart, im still trying to stop shaking!" " MOOOO!" The tarou cryed an kicked back making professor conroy fall off the wagon. 

Everyone stsrted laughing, dave than pull out his pokeball an return tarous. " well this is where i live, if you want you guys can stay with me for your whole vacation!" Steve offered. " oh thank you that really helps with the money." Jade replied happily. Dave lead them into the house. Inside was a nice brown wooden floor with light green walls an nicely places furniture. " nice." Professor conroy said. " thxs, my guests room are up stairs, you can all go settle down." Dave said. Nikki an her parents said thank you an went up the stairs.

Up stairs a rowlet greeted them with a friendly hoot. " wow look at this pokemon!" Nikki said amazed. Pachirisu looked at rowlet cunfused of what type it was. " oh thats my rowlet, becareful he gets really excit ed about meeting new pokemon!" Steve said. All a sudden the rowlet started to hoot an flap its feathers like crazy.  " GIBA!" pachi eyes widen an she took off, rowlet followed shortly behind. Nikki laughed " oh no." An went after them. Pachi was under the bed as rowlet keep flying around trying to become friends with pachi. " rowlet plz calm down your scaring the day lights out of pachi." Nikki said. Rowlet calm down an sat on the dresser. Nikki scoop up pachi out from under the bed, " welp i guess this is my room." Nikki said.

Nikki put her suitcase down an started to unpack. Once she was done she shouted " I'm going out to look around alola for a while I'll be back later!" Nikki yelled. " ok just becareful!" Jade replied. Pachi hop on nikki shoulder an they headed out of the house to go explore alola. 

" hmm so where an what should we do first?" Nikki said looking Around. Nikki saw a forest nearby an decided she would go there to meet more new pokemon an maybe even cetch one.

As nikki an pachi were walking an looking at all the pokemon, unaware that a team skull gang was watching them. " hmm a tourist, this should be a easy steal!" The one with black an blonde hair said. " ya an i totally want that adorable pokemon look how cute it is!" The girl skull member whispered. " lets go!" The skull member with green hair saided.

They all jump down an surrounded nikki. Pachirisu growl an jump in front of nikki. " hand us your pokemon an no one gets hurt!" The skull member with black and blonde hair said. " and why should i listen to you!" Nikki snapped. " because we have some of the STRONGEST pokemon on the island an i dont think your puny little pokemon can take on them!" He repiled with a nasty tone. Nikki looked at him dead in the eye an said " challenge accepted!" He sighed an said " ok but its your funeral sweetheart." He said, with that he threw a pokeball an yelled " SALADIT I CHOOSE YOU!" Saladit appear an hissed loudly at nikki an pachi. Pachi hissed back with her cheeks sparking like crazy.

" SALADIT, use ember!" The guy yelled. " dodge an use super fang!" Nikki shouted. Pachi dodged an ran towads saladit using super fang. The saladit scream in pain. " POISON GAS NOW!" the skull member yelled. The saladit released poison gas making pachi cunfused an sick. " hang in there pachi!" Nikki said worringly. Pachi try to stand but the poison gas started to get to her. " PACHI ELECTRIC SHOCK!" Nikki yelled. Pachi used electric shock. " SALADIT DODGE!" He shouted. The saladit dodged the attack. Pachi then collasped. " PACHI!" Nikki cried  an scoop up her weak little helpless pokemon. The skull members laughed. " we will be taking that pokemon now, THANK YOU!" the skull member girl said. Nikki was about to make a run for it with pachi

When someone call out " hay leave those two alone!" The black an blonde hair guy turn around an growled " JASPER!" Standing there was a tan skin guy with red orange hair an a burgundy color bandana on the top of his head an a pyukumuku on his shoulder. " COLE!" jasper said. " you have nonthing to do with this so go away!" Cole snapped. " im not allowing you to get away with taking someones pokemon!" Jasper replied with anger in his eyes. " ok then, BATTLE!" cole yelled. " pyukumuku i chose you!" Pyukumuku jump off his shoulder an stood in front of saladit. " Saladit your up!" Cole replied. " ALRIGHT PYUKUMUKU, use mud shot!" Jasper cheered. The mud cover the saladit eyes. " saladit!" Cole cried. " good job pyukumuku." Jasper said. Pyukumuku smile at jasper. Cole growl. " you win this time but mark my words i will get back at you for what u have done!" Cole snapped before taking off with the rest of team skull.

Jasper walked up to nikki. " looks like your pokemon can use some medicine right about now." He said. " ya do u happen to got any on you right now?" Nikki asked. " indeed i do!" He repiled an pull some out of his jacket an pour some healing potion into pachis mouth. Pachi slowly started to move an soon felt all better an jump right back on nikki arm. " your not from around here arent you?" Jasper said. " nope im from amber town in malto, im just here for vacation." Nikki replied. " oh cool, well then welcome to alola im jasper an this is my pokemom Pyukumuku." He said. Pyukumuku smile an then let out its  huge peace sign hand from its mouth. " whoa thats so cool i never seen a pokemon do that before!" Nikki cheered. " ya there pretty unique, if you accidently step on them they do that to." Jasper said an chuckled. " well hi im nikki, an this is my pokemon pachi." Giba!" Pachi said an waved.

Jasper smiled an waved back. " hay wanna come an meet some of my friends?" He asked.  " um sure." She said. She followed jasper into the town.

Jasper walked into a playhouse restaurant with nikki. " yo man, ya made it kailani is about to start her dance." A boy with dark yellow hair said lazily will sitting slouched in the chair holding a smooth with a sandygast in a bucket by him. " ya sorry im late carson, i had help my mom with some stuff." Jasper said. He then looked at nikki. " btw this is nikki shes new to alola." He said. " sweet welcome have a smooth there great."  Carson said an lazily sank into his chair. " sorry carons just a really laid back." Jasper said to nikki. " its ok." Nikki replied. The room dimmed an some tiki torches lit around the stage. " oh its starting!" Jasper said excitingly and they sat down. A girl with light blonde hair with tan skin an turquoise blue eyes walked onto the stage with a mawuk. Jasper whisper " thats kailani." Nikki whisper back " cool is she a dancer?" Jasper whisper back " yup but not just any dancer!"

Kailian pick up a rather big tiki stick an lit the 2 ends of it with the tiki torches that were on stage an started to dance, the mawuk lit the 2 ends of its bone an began to dance with her. " wow i ever seen that type of mawuk before." Nikki said. " its a alola mawuk." Jasper replied. The 2 danced beautifully as the fire dance around an suede. The audience watched in awe.

Kailian was about to pull a very tricky move an accidently drop the stick an A small fire began to start. " oh no." Carson said. " not again." Said jasper. A rather cubby large man who was wearing no te shirt an had a seashell necklace came out with a vaporeon ran out onto the stage, the man used water gun to put out the fire. Kailian got sad an hid her face. " ok that is all for tonight thank you for coming!" The man said. Everyone left grumbling an whispering as they were leaving. Jasper carson an nikki all went up onto the stage. " hay kailani dont be upset i thought it was pretty cool." Carson said. " ya kailani." Said jasper. " but i drop it again how am i pose to be a a professional fire dancer if i cant even keep the stick from dropping. " keep at it kailani no ones a pro over night." Jasper said. " ya you will get there one day sweetheart." The cubby man said.
Kailani smiled " thanks dad." Said kailani an hugged her father. The man hug back. " how about you go take a brake?" Her dad suggested.

" ok ya i think i should." Kailani replied an walked to the dressing room to get changed out of her dancing outfit. Kailani walked back out with her mawuk an lay pokemon that was around her neck. " what kinda pokemon that?" Nikki asked. " oh this is  comfey,  my first ever pokemon." Kailani said. " its so cool." Nikki replied. Kailani chuckled " thxs, oh? I dont think i seen you around here before who are you?" She asked. " oh im nikki an this is my pokemon pachi, were on vacation for a few days here." Nikki said. Pachi waved. " oh well then welcome to alola." Kailani happily said. Nikki looked outside an saw night would seen set. " whoa its almost night, i better head back my parents are probably starting to worry." She said. " ok bye see you tomorrow!" Jasper said. "Bye!" Carson kailani an kailani dad all said. Nikki left an raced back to the beach home.

Nikki walked in, " hay mom,hay dad, hay steve." She said. " hi dear!" Jade said. " i made us dinner!" Said steve . " thanks!" Nikki replied an started eating . " i got some great newz for everyone." Professor conroy excitingly said. " what is it?" Jade asked. " weeell me an steve havent seen each other for years, an he wants me to stay longer sooo, he offer me a one year job at his Marine life rescue center, so we can stay longer!" Professor conroy said all jazzed. " honey thats wonderful but whos going to run your job while your gone?" Jade asked. " oh dont worry, im having my muk run my job while im out." Professor conroy replied. " oh ummm oook." Jade cautionly replied. 

A hour later.....

Nikki was by the the open window in her light blue pjs staring off into the night sky. " wow you can sure see a lot of stars out here in alola. " she said. All a sudden she saw what looked like to be a flying pokemon with a black torso and light blue hair. It had a white headband-like marking on its head and a white v on its chest. To  sides of the V mark were two violet shell-like extensions from which protrude two arms with three fingers, separated in a way that would befit webbed arms such as those seen in Golduck. It has a fin at the lower front and does not appear to have legs, but an oval shaped platform of sorts on which it stands. Its eyes have light blue eyeshadow-like marks and are light cyan with white eyebrows of sorts. Its shell is purple with a fin on top and a bottom.

The pokemon stared at her. Nikki mumbled " i wonder what kinda pokemon that is." The pokemon then disappear in a blink of a eye. Nikki rub her eyes. " i must be seeing thing." She said. Nikki looked down an notice a yellow crystal on the ledge of her window. Nikki looked around confused where it came from before taking shrugging an putting the crystal in her pocket an heading off to bed.
