So I was thinking and came up with this idea. Basically, the quirk holder can teleport anyone to a personalized realm through physical contact. The realm varies depending on what the holder wants it to be, but there's only one realm, meaning anyone transported there will be in the same place as someone else and it can't be changed without changing the whole place. It could be a paradise or a literal hell.

Also the holder can take stuff out of the realm but it takes a lot of effort and even then it takes constant concentration to keep it in reality.
