In Nebraska children can't burp in Church and if they do their parents can go to jail

Let's play a scenario shall we?

Scenario: Little Timmy has moved from Alabama to avoid taking an IQ test once a year for the rest of his life.  The place he moved to is Nebraska.  After Little Timmy and his parents got settled they started going to a Church near their new house.  After the offering the pastor started preaching.  Halfway through the sermon Little Timmy burped.  Unfortunate for them a policeman was setting next to them.  They were all sentenced to 10 years in jail.

It is rude to burp especially in Church but that's taking things a bit to far.
