Taehyung wasn't sure why his Noona had told him to let the strangers inside their house. But he was not someone to treat people rudely. So Taehyung with a soft gesture, invited the elderly couple and made them to sit on the sofa after serving some hot tea.

The couple were strangely familiar to him, but he couldn't pin point particularly. He awkwardly sat at the edge of the sofa, since he could feel the strangers eyes on him without any break.

"H-How are you, baby?" Taehyung widened his eyes in surprise to look at the woman in her fifties who was asking about him with tears in her eyes.

"I-I am good, mam. But why are you crying? Is the tea not good?" The innocent question made the couple chuckle sadly and shook their heads like it was perfectly good.

"Do you not remember us?" Kim Hyunbin asked their son before placing the empty cup on the table. The both were looking eagerly at Taehyung who was looking at them with few blinks. He carefully tried to remember the couple, but only to end up in disappointment.

"I am sorry, sir. But I do have the feeling that I have met you somewhere. I don't know where. But why are you here? Do you need any help?"

The eagerness that was lingering in the couple's eyes soon disappeared and a frown was forming in their faces. Of course, how would their son knew them when they had been lost for so many years.

Kim Hyunbin carefully reached to his suit pocket and took out his wallet. He slowly took a picture from his wallet and gave it to Taehyung who took it hesitantly. With a confused eyes, Taehyung looked at the given photo only to widen his eyes in horror.

He could see that the photo which he was holding had the couple smiling at a small boy who was in the arms of Kim Hyunbin. Taehyung felt something deep inside his heart and he felt a heavy pang. He couldn't phrase the feelings or the emotions, but he kind of got blurred images of these people playing with the little kid in the photo.

Taehyung was silent for few minutes, and without his conscious he started to tear up by having some memories that were stirring in his mind. He tried to shook it off but the more he tried, the more he was reminded of certain moments.

When Kim Sejeong was about to comfort her son, she felt her arms being tugged by her husband who patted her to control her emotions. The parents heart broke by seeing their son trying to remember his own parents and his lost childhood life.

After what felt like hours, Kim Taehyung looked up at the couple with red teary eyes and he wasn't bothered to wipe his runny nose.

"W-Who are you?"

Was all Kim Taehyung asked making the stranger couple to smile sadly at their son. They knew that it would be hard for their son to take all the things that they were going to share. But they couldn't wait further more years to get reunited with their lost precious son.

So Kim Hyunbin and Kim Sejeong broke the truth. They were very careful with their words since they didn't want their son to kick them out. There were no emotions displayed on Taehyung's face. All the while, he was listening to the story that his so called parents were saying to him.

And after finishing their side of the story, Kim Taehyung sighed heavily and looked down at his hands that were holding the photo. He bit his lips in order to control his sobs, but he failed in that too.

He never expected such twists in his life. He was happily living his life back in the village. After his parent's death, or his step parent's death, he moved with his Noona and his nephew. He was enjoying his life right now, and he loved how he was getting close with his family members, and how he got good friends.

But now, he couldn't take the thought of him being born in a rich family, and the couple who was supposed to be his parents were searching for him all these years.

Kim Taehyung broke down his cries and covered his face with his hands. He didn't know what to say or what to do.

"I-I am sorry, but I-I don't remember anything and I d-don't know what to do." Was all Taehyung was mumbling through his tears. He felt like he owed an answer to the people who were sitting in front of him.

First he didn't remember anything, and second he didn't know what to do.

"Y-You don't have to apologize, baby. Please come with us." Kim Sejeong knelt down to her son who was sitting on the sofa. With wide teary eyes, Taehyung looked up to the woman who was also crying along with her and softly brushing his hair.

Something stirred in Taehyung's heart when he felt the touch. But then he remembered the words.

"W-What?"

How would Taehyung leave his Noona, who had been doing nothing but loving him unconditionally? How would he leave Seokjin who was developing a nice bond with him? He couldn't fathom the thought of leaving the people whom he deeply loved.

"A-All these years we thought we wouldn't find you. But we know that you were out there alive. Now after seeing you, I-I don't think I can live without you, baby. The house is empty without you. E-Every night your father and I always call and search in websites to find something about you. Finally we found you, please don't leave us. I-I can't take it anymore, please."

Kim Taehyung's heart broke by seeing the woman begging him and crying to come with them. His eyes locked with the older man who was also nodding his head with teary eyes. Taehyung knew that he couldn't be selfish to leave them alone. He knew that his Noona was the one who brought them, so she knew the decision was his.

But he also needed some assurance.

"I-I will come with you, but you can't expect me to throw away the only family that I have before you arrived here. I-I love them a lot, and they mean so much to me. S-So promise me that you would not separate me from them."

Kim Taehyung raised his pinky finger to the couple who smiled through teary eyes. They both held their pinky fingers and joined it with Taehyung's softly.

"They have raised you, Taehyung. We owe them a lot. And we would never stop you from visiting them or talking with them. We are not bad people, Tae. We love you and we would never do things that would hurt you."

The three sealed their promises and the couple left their son in the house with hope that Taehyung would come back. Kim Taehyung was waiting for his Noona and Jin in their house. And just like he imagined, it was tough for him to leave those people. But he didn't want the elderly couple to go through more hardships in the future.
