PROMPT 3 INTRODUCTION

Welcome to week 3 of the contest! This is the first week where everyone who signed up got their link in on time, making the total 15 participants, so one more than week 2 but one less than week 1. It's crazy how we're still hitting 10+ every week! Thank you for the support!

With all that said, let's get into who the participants are this week.

SSears90! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

I believe Sears needs no introduction. We all know Sears. Buuut, just in case you don't, let's give an introduction!

Sears is a popular BTS fanfic writer known for writing brotherly fanfics that is purely platonic with no sexual shipping, and on behalf of everyone tired of reading the same BTS fanfics that go the smash smash bam bam muah muah dvnsdkj way, thank you. But that aside, Sears is a very kind and considerate person and hardworking judge, so we're happy to have you here, and I can't wait to read your entry!

Sohinigoswami! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

Sohini is back for another week! After winning week 2, Sohini is here to compete for week 3 with a new poem that I may or may not have already read and reviewed... maaaaaybe. But that aside, Sohini is an excellent poet who has some of the most interesting diversity and experimentation I have ever seen from a writer on Wattpad, and the experiments pay off with unique storylines and complex themes you'll need to pick apart, so it's safe to say I was beyond excited for this entry, and I'm glad I get to judge your work again!

WonViolet! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

WonViolet is back for another week! All of your entries have been awesome, and both Sara and I have loved reading your work, so it's safe to say we're stoked to see what you've come up with for this week! You're an awesome writer, and I can't wait to go back to your book and leave some more comments ASAP, likely today or tomorrow evening. Thank you for coming back for another week, and everyone reading this, be sure to check out Alina's profile!

emilypoole977! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

Emily is back for another week of the weekly contest! After two strong entries, I'm back to judging Emily's work, and I'm excited to see what you brought to the table this week! You were in Sara's personal top 4 list last week with a really solid entry, so there's definitely going to be some tough competition here. I'm so glad I get to read your work this week, and I can't wait to post the review when the time comes!

4everSherlocked! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

Sherly is back for another week! After recently being selected as one of the favorites for the 2024 Ambys, Sherly is here to compete in the weekly contest. She was a strong participant previously with a great entry in week 1 that I encourage checking out, as it had a sweet ending that will make your heart feel warm, and it was the perfect message to see around the holidays. We're excited to have you back, Sherly!

EnigmaEpic! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

To be judged by: Ravendipity

You'll recognize Enigma as the one who took home one of two judge picks in the previous week with an awesome, thought-provoking poem! It had powerful imagery, a unique setting, and a great final line that had me absolutely hooked. Enigma is a very talented writer who is always very supportive and uplifting! If you haven't checked out Enigma's profile yet, then what are you waiting for? Go do it!

LAJoyner! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

La is back for another week! After securing a judge pick in week 1 and entering a very strong entry in week 2, La has submitted another entry that I'm glad I get to read, and I know it's going to be awesome. La writes such a wide variety of stories that if you check out her profile, you're going to find something that you'll love (I personally enjoy Vintage Love). I have no doubts I'm going to love this entry.

Kaoriwritess! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

To be judged by: Ravendipity

Kaori is back for another week! In case you weren't around to see Kaori previously in this contest, let me re-introduce you! Kaori is a wonderful writer you may recognize from Silent Vows, which is an Indian romance starring Reet Malhotra and Prisha Singhania. Kaori is very talented, so I strongly suggest checking out Silent Vows and Love Across Pages. Thank you for coming back for another week!

Mochi711! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

To be judged by: Saramitra_

Mochi, or Esi, is back for another week after taking home third place in week 1 and a judge pick in week 2, so it's safe to say she has a solid track record here. She also has a variety of stories on her profile that are all pretty dang creative. I've read a few of them now, so trust me when I say you'll definitely have a good time reading Esi's work. Thanks for being here, Esi, and we're excited to see you back for another week!

Sxlly_Gxrl! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

To be judged by: Saramitra_

Sxlly_Gxrl is back for another week! After submitting two incredibly strong entries, we have another one to digest. Sxlly_Gxrl's prose is absolutely incredible, which was shown in the Fairy Night Awards I host, where Sxlly_Gxrl took home first place in the best writing style category for Timeless (which is now an awesome Weeknd song!). So if you haven't taken a looksie at Timeless and the rest of Sxlly_Gxrl's profile, go do so! I also recommend Where It's Left To Stand!

Aravis-Brightspell! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

To be judged by: Saramitra_

New competitor alert! Aravis is new to the weekly contest, but I am very familiar with Aravis' work. Aravis has won more times than I can count across a bunch of my contests, so it's safe to say there's tough competition here. I personally recommend The Gathering Dark, though any of Aravis' works are going to keep you on your toes and make sure you remember them! I'm so glad you're here, Aravis, and I wish you the best of luck!

AprilJester! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

To be judged by: Saramitra_

April is back for another week! April took home second place in week 1 of this contest, so I'm excited to see what's next for April! Along with that, I'm re-reading April's work, If You Asked Me To currently to finish up the short stories category for the Candlelight Awards, and I'm having a blast with it! I strongly recommend it and the rest of April's profile!

KainGodchilds! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

To be judged by: Saramitra_

After winning third place in week 2, Kain is back for another week! And, yes, KainGodchilds is still like the coolest name ever, and I'm going to mention it every single time I ever do an intro for you, lol. Kain does a great job capturing human themes in interesting ways, which makes me super excited to see what you came up with for this entry, and I wish you the best of luck with it! To everyone reading this, I strongly suggest checking out Kain's week 2 entry! It was great!

Pulchra_Aurum! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

After taking home first place in week 1, Evie is back for another week. Cheerless, the entry that won in the first week, was an incredibly thought-provoking tale both Sara and I were enamored with, so it's safe to say we're excited to see more work by you! I've read other works by you both on my own and for other contests, and while I haven't posted the reviews yet, I'm excited to post them! Everyone, if you haven't read Cheerless yet, then what are you doing? Go read it!

QuinceArchFortes! Congratulations, you completed your entry on time!

To be judged by: Saramitra_

Quince is back for another week! Quince is a very talented writer who I have read quite a few works by now. Considering I've only met Quince a few months ago, it's pretty impressive I've read so many works. Normally it takes me like half a year to read more than one book by the same author, lol (and not on purpose, I just bounce between books a lot), so that goes to show how awesome Quince is! I've loved all the work I've read, and as always, I recommend Fallen!

That does it for this week's introductions! We're excited to take a looksie at your work, and we'll be posting results soon! Stay tuned for prompt 5, the final prompt, too!
