KETU

We went inside. We took a seat inside which has names of us in it. Me, yash, sesh, papa, madhu aunty, mahesh uncle are in our table. Next to our table were Jai, deepu, varsha, renu aunty, somu uncle. And many were coming inside the hall. Many celebrities have came, and all big business magnets of India and many of the big hands in the world have also came. Many of them came and wished me and yash. His cousins and their family is also here. Thank god, they are maintains a distance from me. Yash, papa, sesh introduced me to many. Yash other friends to have came but they were in other tables at a distance from us. They came ith their family, they came and said their greeting too. And said let's meet later and went.

The program started. There went a few dance program, few music performance by the celebrities. The performances were nice. Then a DJ started playing musics. And the dance floor is set free. And many couples dancing. We got seep rated yash and me are paired, we are roaming separately, we meet peoples and speak. And now me, yash, deepu, jai, swathi, Gowtham, sharth, prasana, Vicky were sitting together in a table.

I am giving yash silent treatment, As he embarrassed me. Yash is laughing or smiling at me, when ever I am avoiding him.

Me-" excuse me, I will me back in few minutes" and I started to go to restroom. Yash tried to say something, but I ignored him. I went to a restroom and and after clearing my urinary bladder and coming out, I met none other than yash cousins nikki, Sona, Payal.

Sona-" see whom we have here." And other two laughed at me.

Me-" hi girls" they just gave daggers to me.

And I started coming out. And near the door to the washroom. Nikki made me slip out from the toilet by placing her leg in front of my way. I slipped , as I was counting to fall on the ground. Someone catched me.

My saviour was none other than yash.

Me-" thanks yash" I turned to see, no one at my sight. Wow.

Yash-"watch your steps ketu. What were you thinking"

Me-" will take your note for next time sir. " he laughed.

Yash-" am I forgiven "

Me-" maybe "

Then we went to our table laughing at each other. And everyone asked have we patched up and we nodded. And we were spoke. And we decided to eat. We went to the buffet and were taking foods. Yash was speaking with someone. And I excused myself and now. And I started towards our table. Madhu aunty, who I standing near the stairs, called me and introducing me to her friends.

Suddenly there was commotion and somebody for upstairs shouted to move from upstairs and I looked the stairs to see a 50 years man rolling down the stairs. Before I can move, he hit me. And I loosed the balance and left free the plate to fall and broke. And hitting on the table near me in the forehead shouting 'amma' (mom in tamil).

I turned to see everyone looking at me. Yash came my side and lifted me. And madhu aunty and him inspected for an injury. And me rubbing my forehead.

Yash-" are you okay?"

Me-" ya. Fine. Think little buries in the forehead. Other ways okay"

Yash-" you sure?" I nodded. And turned to see the old man. He is unconsious and someone at the age of yash is spilling water on him. He opened his eyes. And he asked is he okay and he said yes.

Me-" are you okay sir?"

Old man-" yes. Sorry for hitting you."

Me-" it's okay sir."

Old man-" are you okay?"

Me-" I am fine sir"

Someone came by our side with tears shedding her eyes. In oldman age group.

Old lady-" are you okay sunder?" Addressing the old man.

Sunder-" I am fine Latha. Cool down.... Ahhaahh.. " yelled in pain as he tried to get up and balance him up. But failed.

Me-" sir, it's best you sit. I think you have injured your ankle. Let me check."

He nodded.

I went near him and Latha removed his shoes and socks. And the ankle joint was red and when I examined the leg with Ottawa rule he is suspected to have a fracture.

Me-" sir it's best you meet the orthopaedist. I think there is a fracture."

Sunder-" Latha what happened to you." I turned to see. Latha has a nose bleed. And she is getting pale. And the nosebleed is so scanty. And I looked down her neck to see her swallowing.

Me-" madam are you swallowing blood?" She nodded.

Me-" yash.. Show me a place to make her lie.." He nodded at me after seeing my eyes which meant that no more argument. And I turned to see a waiter and said "call the hotel doctor immediately for posterior epistaxis "

Manager-" mam.. We have informed our medical assistant mam.. He is on the way.."
And turned to see the sir and a man of yash age came who was earlier spilling water on sunder's face.. Think he is their son" how much time will it take to go to a nearby tertiary hospital?"

Her son-" yes .. It's an hour in traffic.. I have called the ambulance..".

Me-" ok.. ".

He nodded.  And I made Latha mam in lie in recovery position..

Nikki-" what are you bossing around people?" I didn't cared to listen to her. The doctor arrived.

Medical assistant -" can I see the patient ?" He saw her and examined her. " can I know how said its posterior epistaxis. ?"

Nikki-" it's she" pointing me.

Medical assistant-" how were you so, definite about it?"

Me-" it's because she is swallowing the blood, and she is not having any bleeding site anteriorly and not bleeding profusely anteriorly. And her pulse rate is high but bp is dropping And she is a hypertensive patient."

Medical assistant -" I have foley's catheter. But, I am just a nurse... And we are not thought of those things.... So, I hope you need to wait for amubulance or else can you do?"

Me-" are you a nurse ?" She glared at me.. Think she go to offended but I just want to know her.

Nurse-" yes.. Mam.. If you know why don't you try.." She politely challenged me..

Me-" how much time will it take .."

Their son-"another forty minutes.." Oh god..

Nurse-" what are doing, you know?"

Sona-" what are you playing with yad's mom ?" I didn't listen to her also.

Me-" okay fine. I will try. And can you assist?" She nodded.  And asked her to take and come the important things... She went to take and come... I went and washed my hands cleanly and quickly. And came back.

Nikki-"don't even try to play with her life. We will get her to the hospital and give her treatment from a good doctor." She blocked my way.

Me-" stop it nikki and Sona. We can deal later. Leave the way and I think my help is more important to her than yours. Now"

Nikki-" yours..? A Poor girls help."

Me-" shut the hell up.. Nikki.. For your information, I hope I am richer than you at this second. Leave the way at this second before I spray the lignocaine at your nose to make you silent. I am an MBBS student. Knows anatomy of human body well than you. For sure I am more helpful than you at this second. As she is in medical emergency right now." I yelled in all bussiness like way and from all angry that contained for her. I think, I wouldn't do this in normal situation or even in dreams. Because everyone were silent and watching me with suprise.

Yad-" nikkitha, move away from the way." She sighed and moved.

Yash-" all the best" and he smiled at me. And gave me the sterile gloves. and I checked for the patent airway and gave Latha madam a nasal spray anaesthesia and after applying the nasal ointment and started inserting the Foley catheter and then inflated it and blocked the nasal cavity and then packed the nasal cavity. And clamped the catheter.

Me-" do you think it's okay for time being?" Seeing the her..

Nurse-" it's perfect. The bleeding is reduced."

Me-" ambulance came ah?"

Yad said yes and Then they took her and sir to the ambulance.

Sir-" thank you so much mrs. Yashwant "

Me-" you are welcome sir. Get well soon sir, madam."

Yad -" thank you. can you come with us?"

I looked at yash. He smiled and nodded.

Yash-"we will follow your way to hospital. You start going "

And they started going. And I went towards yash. He smiled at me and I smiled back at him.

Yash-" congrats"

Me-" thanks. Do I looked stupid?"

Yash-" you rocked." We went in the hotel.

Sesh-" ketu, you rocked there. You were like god there."

Me-" me? when I shouted?" I mocked ..

Deepu-" you took me by surprise there ketu!"

Me-" even it took me in surprise." Everyone laughed on hearing it.

Yash-" can we go?"

Jai-" where?"

Me-" yad? I think that's his name.. He called us to come to hospital."

Jai-" really?"

Yash-" yes. Come let's all go.."

Jai-" sure. Come on let's go."

Jai, deepu in a car and yash, me in our car. We started going to the hospital. We said to sesh to inform others. David is driving us to the hospital.

Yash-" It really took me my surprise. When you shouted at nikki"

Me-"yash, I was actually tensed inside, when I said that. In truth, I am not rich even in that second. Nice think that second has passed." I smiled.

Yash-" you are richer than her ketu. With the heart to save someone." I just started at him.

Me-" thanks"

Yash-"And I am richer than her and obliviously, you are too richer than her." I laughed at him.

Me-" hmm.. Ok who is this yad?"

Yash-" he is my best friend. We were too close that jai used to be jealous at us. Me, yad, jai, deepu were a gang. But, due to some problems... Me and yad stopped speaking. "

Me-" oh.. "

Yash-" come on, we have reached the hospital."

We got down. And we started going inside the hospital. We went to the hospital reception. Yash was asking about the details of Latha madam. I was viewing the hospital. It is an high tech hospital. And someone called my name at my back. And I turned to see vino Anna.

Me-" hi vino Anna. How are you?"

Vino-" I am fine. You?"

Me-" fine. It's been long time seeing you Anna."

Vino-" you to girl. No hello or hai from you."

Me-" me??. went kidnapping a girl and not even said a word to anyone. Even chandu Anna. ?"

Vino-" sorry ketu.."

Me-" are you touch with chandu Anna?"

Vino-" hmm.. From the last get together. Only a month back he forgiven me. Heard he is going to marry your sister. "

Me-" hmm.."

Vino-" what are you doing here?" Before I can say anything vino Anna had a call. He said one second and attend the call.

Yash came towards us.

Yash-" I got the information. And who is he that you are talking to?" Before I can say jai and deepu came.

Deepu-" can we go inside. Got the information.?" Yash nodded. And saw me. And I saw vino Anna cutting the call. And saw me.

Vino-" ketu. Sorry, Need to go. Emergency Posterior epistaxis case."

Me-" is the patient name Latha?"

Vino-"yes, how do you know.?"

Me-' the patient, we came to see.. Direct us. "

Vino-" fine. Let's move and speak" we started following him.

Me-" yash, jai, deepu this vino Anna. I know him through chand. They are close friends. But, he went missing as he eloped with a girl, he loved without saying anyone. And he is an..?" I don't know what is his specialisation and I am looking at him for help.

Vino-" I am an otorhinolaryngologist. "I smiled.

Me-"vino Anna, this is yash, my husband. his cousin sister, deepu and her husband, jai."

Vino-" what husband? I spoked with chand two weeks before. And he didn't said anything about you are married or getting married when I enquired about you?"

Me-" got married last week. Will explain you as soon as you check the patient. Go and check the patient." Said as we reached the place. And I saw Latha madam and yad.

Vino-" ok. Wait here?" I nodded.

Yad-" thanks for coming."

Me-" no.. Probs. he will take care of your mother. He is vino Anna. And vino Anna he is mr. ..."

I stopped to know his name. He laughed.

Yash-" he is yadav, my close friend. " yash and yad had a look.

Vino-" nice to meet you all. And can I take the patient for examination. We nodded."

Me-" sorry. I forgot your name. By the way, I am ketika/ ketu. It's nice to meet yash close friend."

Yad-" it's nice to meet yash wife. I am yadav/ yad."

Jai-" it's nice to see you both together after a long time."

Me-" if you don't mind, can me, jai and deepu go and meet the sir, while you two stay here wait for madam."

Deepu-" it's good idea. Uncle will be alone. Let's go." Yash and yad gave deepu a pointed look.

We said bye. And we started to go and meet sunder sir. On the way, I learned that they were all close. And learned yad is also as rich as yash. Jai and deepu didn't said me the reason for their fight, but said they were having trouble making the two speak for the past five months. And we were entered the orthopaedics consultation side. That's when I saw him.

Me-" jai, deepu.. You both take care of yad dad. "

Deepu-" u?"

Me-" I will go back to see yad mom"

Jai-" why?"

Me-" it's better that way. And me standing here is danger. Bye,"

And I took off from there.

The procedure that I have explained and the reasons i have given for the posterior epistaxis and the fracture may be not correct.
