He locked their fingers tightly.

"Baby..." "Sanyukta...it's difficult for us to have a baby now" Randhir told her the truth.

Sanyukta was shocked to the core.

"What?" She asked him again.

"What are you saying?" "Randhir this is not a joke..." She shouted.

"I am not joking Sanyukta..." "It's true..." "We can't have baby now..." Randhir's eyes became moist.

"This is not true Randhir..." "Why?" "Why can't we have baby?" She started crying.

"Because...you had several injuries in accident" "That reduced the changes of you to conceive" Randhir told her.

"This...is wrong" "I don't believe this..." "I am fine..." "I can have baby..." "This is wrong..." "Tell me Randhir...all this wrong" "This is not true..." "We will have our baby na...." "I can become a mother..." "I...baby..." She broke down in tears.

"I want baby Randhir..." She cried

Randhir took her in a hug immediately.

Randhir had tears in his eyes.

He placed a kiss on her head.

"Sanyukta..." "Calm down now..." "Please stop crying..." "Shant hojao..." He consoled her.

But her pain was something which can't be consoled by words.

Only a woman would know, can feel this pain.

"Sanyukta..." "Calm down love..." He said

He caress her hair lightly.

"There are many couples who are not blessed Sanyukta" "But life doesn't stops...Right?" "It's fine...if we don't have our baby..." He said

"Why Randhir?" "Why only us?" "Why can't we have our baby?" She said

Randhir broke the hug.

He gently cupped her face and wiped her tears.

"It's completely fine Sanyukta..." "It's okay..." "I know having baby is important...but...then its destiny" "Life doesn't stops..." "We have to live our life..." "And Sanyukta, you and me...we both are there for each other" "We don't need anything else..." "We are there for each other..." He said

"I am sorry..." She started crying again

"Randhir can't we do something?" "Koi toh rasta hoga na" "Kuch toh ho sakta hai..." She asked him.

"Doctor said treatments are available but cannot guartnee its success" Randhir said

"Will go for treatment Randhir" She said

"Sanyukta...see...will talk about this later" "I want you to be fine..." He said

"Randhir I am fine..." "I am absolutely fine..." "I think ..I think we should go to the doctor Randhir" She said with a ray of hope in eyes.

"Sanyukta listen..." He raised his voice.

"We will think about this later" "You need rest right now..." He said

"Randhir...atleast we can consult doctor" She said

"Sanyukta the changes are still very less" He said

"Even after we go for treatment, it's still unsure" He said

"But we can try Randhir...." She said

"Sanyukta, I have talked to doctor about it" "The treatments can affect your health Sanyukta" "And no treatments are more important than your health" "Not at the cost of your health...." He said

"I want to try every possible way Randhir..." "I want to try" "I don't want to give up..." "EVen if I don't conceive ...it's fine..." "But I will not leave it so easily" Sanyukta said

"I will not allow you Sanyukta" He declared.

"There are many other options Sanyukta" "We can adopt a child..." "Or...surrogacy..." Randhir said

"NO..." Sanyukta replied

"I want to feel motherhood Randhir..." "I want to carry our baby inside me..." "I want to nurture our love inside me..." "Adoption and surrogacy will not allow me to feel all this" "Also my beliefs won't allow me..." She said

"No Sanyukta..." "I don't want to lose you for baby Sanyukta" He said

"I don't want to lose my hopes Randhir" She said

"I will try every possible way Randhir..." "Even if it is going to affect me..." "If being mother is not in my fate, I will accept it" "But I will not give up..." "Now it's upto you if you want to support me in this" She said "You are not getting it Sanyukta..." "The treatments are vigorous..." He said

"Listen Sanyukta..." "Those treatments are really tough and painful..." "Why do you want to get into it?" He said
cupping her face.

"This treatments are nothing Randhir" "Giving a birth to your baby...is more tough and painful...but...IT COMPLETES A WOMAN" She said

"It's upto you now..." She said and got up from bed.

Randhir was in dilemma.

On one side he wishes for baby but on other side he is worried for Sanyukta.
