They reach office.

Meeting started.

Randhir was out of focus.

He was distracted by morning incidents.

He couldn't concentrate on meeting but was just looking Sanyukta.

Sanyukta handled the meeting very well.

She explained everything to the client and they were impressed by her.

"Mr. Shekhawat.." Mr. Johnson said

"I am highly impressed by your company and their employees" He said

"Thank you..." Randhir chirped

"We are happy for signing this deal" He said

"Thank you so much Mr. Johnson..." Randhir said

"I am sorry for you.." "I have brought papers with me..but you cannot sign them" He said

Randhir looked at his fractured right hand.

"I'll come back again..." He said

"No need Mr. Johnson..." "We can sign papers right now.." He said

"How...?" He said

"Sanyukta will sign papers on behalf of me" Randhir said

"She....?" He said

"She has all right to sign them..." "She is my wife.." He said

Sanyukta couldn't believe what Randhir just said.

She looked at him.

Did he address her as his wife? For the first time.

"Ohh...is it...?" "sure...why not" He said

"Sanyukta...sign them..." He said

"Randhir....me?" "I mean..." "How can I ...?" She said

"Why not?" "Of course you can..." "Come..." He said

"I can't...." She said

"But why....Sanyukta?" He asked

"I am sorry...I can't..." She said and left the cabin.

"Is she fine?" Mr Johnson asked Randhir

"Yeah..." Randhir replied

"No problem..." "I will come afterwards" "Take care Mr. Shekhawat..." Mr. Johnson said and left.

"What happened to her suddenly" Randhir thought.

They came back home.

Sanyukta totally avoided Randhir while they travel back home.

She helped him till their room.

She made him sit on bed and was about to go when he stopped her.

"Ruko..." He said

She stopped.

"Why didn't you sign papers?" He said

She kept mum.

He gently held her hand and turn her to face him.

"I am asking you something..." He said

"Because I am not the right person to sign them" She said

"You are assistant GM of the company" He reminded her

"But I know I don't deserve to be one..." She said

"Who said so?" He said

"No one...but I know it since day 1" "I know I am not eligible for the post I am working on in company" "My qualification,experience doesn't match up to the expectations of the post" "I know it..." "I joined company because Papa asked me..." "But I know I don't deserve the position" She said

"But you are working amazingly well Sanyukta" "Then why not?" He said

She looked at him.

"And of course you can sign papers on behalf of me Sanyukta" He said.

Her eyes were moist.

"Take rest Randhir..." "I'll ask Papa to sign papers" She said and left from there

Randhir was confused by her words.

What does she mean? He thought

For whole night Randhir couldn't sleep but kept on thinking about Sanyukta.

Why didn't she sign papers on his behalf? Why did she behave like this? He thought.

Some days later.

Sanyukta took care of Randhir.

Randhir's health was progressing.

Sanyukta was buttoning his...SHIRT as they were going for doctor's visit.

"I hope I get rid of this plaster soon" He said

"Hmmm..." She said

"Thank you Sanyukta..." He said

She looked at him.

She didn't responded and turn to go.

"Are you upset over something?" He asked

"No..." She replied

"Then why are you behaving like this" He said

She heard his words.

"Randhir...we are getting late" "Chaliye..." She said

He couldn't say anything further.

She clearly avoided him.

They reach hospital.

Doctor examined Randhir and finally he could get rid of plaster on his legs.

He can walk now.

He looked at Sanyukta while she passed a small smile at him.

They back home.

Renuka and Harsh were happy seeing Randhir well.

Later that evening. Renuka and Harsh were out for a party at one of their friends place.

Randhir wanted to 'Thank' Sanyukta for the help she provided him during his injury.

She was in kitchen preparing dinner for them.

He joined her to the kitchen.

"We'll order from outside..." He said

"No it's fine..." "It won't take much time" She said

"It's okay Sanyukta..." "Anyways Mom Dad are not home..." "Don't cook for us...we will order" He said

She followed his words.

Randhir ordered dinner for them.

The were having dinner but in silence.

Randhir wanted to strike conversation but how? It's high time he should.
His heart said

"Thank you Sanyukta" He said

She looked at him.

"Thank you for everything you did for me..." He said

She looked down.

"I seriously never expected you to do all this for me" "But you still did..." He said

Sanyukta was listening to him.

"You are selfless..." "You did so much for me..." "I don't know how am I going to return your Favour" "I..." Suddenly she got up from her seat.

"What happened...?" He asked

"I am done..." She said

She rushed to their room.

Randhir was hurt.

She didn't even listen to him properly.

He left the food in middle and left.

Sanyukta realised Randhir's presence in room.

She quickly composed herself wiping her tears.

"Are you okay Sanyukta?" He said

"Yeah..." She said

"You left food in middle...you didn't like it?" He asked

"No...nothing like that..." "I was done..." She said

"Can I go and sleep...?" She asked

"Hmmm..." He said

Sanyukta lay on her side of bed and close her eyes.

Randhir lay next to her but he couldn't sleep for whole night.
