Jason Grayheart

Background

Jason Grayheart was a poor young man, living in the boonies of a Cyberpunk city where crime, drugs, etc. are all commonplace. Jason lived with his mother and sister until a gang of bullies trying to become high-class gangsters broke his spine, his mother died after their apartment complex caught fire, and reduced his sister to a vegetable. Jason had to have his spine replaced by a cybernetic one, putting him deep in debt to his bullies' families. 

However, one day he finds a top-of-the-line sword. But the owner of the sword says that it causes Cyberpsychosis to whoever tries to wield it, even though its blade can't be beaten. Jason, with nothing left, takes the sword, instead of falling into Cyberpsychosis, Jason sees the history of this blade. Its original user was forced to work after his enemies destroyed his home and family. But instead of obeying them, he declared war against them, alone. This leads Jason to do the same.

Personality

Jason was once a kind and cheerful young man. However, after losing his mother, he became more introverted and melancholic. To make matters worse, he incurred a significant debt due to his cruddy cybernetic spine, which he obtained after an accident that took his mother's life. Jason's mind was filled with thoughts of revenge and anger. When he discovered the Dragon's Blood Sword, he began training to seek revenge. Unfortunately, he went too far, and that's when Linc, Eva, Drew, and George, who came from the Apartment that connects different worlds, stepped into his world and intervened.

After moving into Apartment 256, Jason became the most rational member of the group, in contrast to his wild and eccentric roommates. He couldn't stand George's arrogant and disrespectful behavior, respected Eva's strength but also feared her wrath and appetite, and generally left Drew alone to read, as he possessed Elder God Powers. He helped Linc with various tasks around the apartment while trying to eliminate instant foods, which Linc loathed.

Demonic Dragon's Blood Sword

The sword in question is a remarkable weapon - a black double-sided blade with a deep red hue that gives it an almost sinister appearance. According to legend, it was forged using the blood of a dragon, which imbued it with incredible power. However, the sword is also said to carry a terrible curse - that of a Murim Sword God.

The story goes that the sword's original user suffered a great tragedy when he lost his loved ones. In his grief and madness, he went on a rampage throughout the land of Murim, slaughtering thousands of people until there was no one left. Such was the power of the sword that it seemed nothing could stop him.

But the Immortal Gods intervened and punished him for his actions. They ended his life and reset the world without the use of Cultivation. The sword, however, remained, and became a powerful symbol of both the incredible power and terrible curse that it possessed.
