Meanwhile In the city, At Times Square the city lights were so bright and lifelike. But it was all of the good tonight, and would soon spiral into horror and blinding lights. Soon the screens in Times Square and every place with a TV began to cut to static. After a while the screens would show Electro's face in an electrical style. Everyone in the city was watching this live or in person.

Electro: People of New York!...Your time of abusing the city's power will come to an end...All your outlets...consoles...PCs...Your central servers...They all belong to me. You can't even pay the electric bills. Why? Because I withdrew it...Tonight, this city will know what darkness is...This city will know what power is...This city will know who I am...This city will know Electro.

The screens then cut back to static everywhere. In Times Square, one of the screens began to short circuit and explode. Electro emerges from the destruction as the electricity forms him back into his true form. The people down on the ground began to run, fearing for their lives.

Police Officer #1: [To Com-link] I Need Back Up! I Repeat I need back up!!

As Electro descended, music began to play in the background due to him unintentionally tampering with the radio lines as they began to connect to the screens and speakers.

Soon The Police pulled up to the scene as Electro was on the ground.

Police Officer #2: Freeze!!

Electro: Let's see what we can do.

Electro then fires a blast of electricity at an officer and darts into another, sending both of them back.

Police Officer #3: What the hell is that!?

Police Officer #4: I don't know!

Electro then uses his electricity to lift both of them up and slam them into the ground. Electro then darts and grab-lifts another Officer into the air and throws him into two other Officers. As Electro was floating in the air, he was hit by a few bullets, but the projectiles that hit him disintegrated. He then uses both hands to zap the Officer on the ground shooting at him.

Police Officer #5: I need SWAT Down Here NOW!! I need–Ack!!

The officer is then sent flying into a bus stop by Electro. He then levitates down and begins to absorb the power in the grates beneath Times Square. Soon parts of the city began to go into blackout. As Electro was charging up, he is shot again by a shotgun, but the pellets disintegrate on contact. A group of SWAT Team soldiers came in the fight they fire at Electro, only for Electro to unleash a shockwave on the SWAT Members.

Meanwhile Y/n was swinging through the city in a newly equipped suit and better web shooters. As he swings through the city, he notices parts of the city are beginning to blackout as Electro was draining the city of its power.

Y/n: I need to hurry!

(Later With Electro)

Back with Electro, he was throwing cars at the SWAT team members. As most of them dodged the incoming cars. Electro then begins to absorb more power, only to unleash a spire of electricity that reaches any of the SWAT Members in the area. The Electricity fries the SWAT members to a crisp as they fall unconscious.

With everyone defeated, Electro went back to trying to drain the city's power.

Electro: Time to conserve energy...

As Electro continues to drain the power he's then pulled backwards and thrown into a mail. He sees Y/n in front of as he was here to confront him.

Y/n: Electro!!

Electro: So...You finally show up...So nice of you to show up...You're just in time for the big show.

Y/n: You're endangering innocent people! You're lucky they were alive and were able to be taken to safety by me!

Electro: Some hero...let find a world's finest award for you–Oh wait! I don't have one!

Y/n:...

Electro: But this is good...Very good! Because Now I can put on a lightshow for you...Your own little memorial concert...before I bury in the ground!

Y/n: Gee! Well, Call me when Livewire comes on stage because I came to see her and not you.

Electro: I'll tell her you wanted an autograph with your coffin...

Electro then charges up with electricity as he prepares himself for battle. Y/n knew there was no turning back. The man he tasked with finding might've become his worst enemy.
