Later in the city, Max was dressed in a black hoodie and sweats walking through the streets. As he walks through the streets Max converses with himself...thinking...plotting.

Max: I'm Out...But how am I going to draw out the spider!?!...This Supposed to be easy!!!

As Max becomes agitated he begins to glow blue. He stops, he looks at his hands that are now blue and crackling with electricity.

Max: Huh...that's new...

As Max continues to walk, he subconsciously absorbs the electricity being used by the objects around him. Meanwhile Y/n was swinging through the city until suddenly he had no service.

Y/n: No Bars?...That's Odd...Who would shut down service in New York?!

Y/n then turns his head around as a blackout on a city block caught his attention.

Y/n: I think I found the culprit.

(Later With Max)

Later with Max, He enters a convenience store in Harlem. As he enters he goes to find an aisle with batteries.

Max: It's gotta be here somewhere...

As Max has trouble going through the aisle he then finds the batteries. Small sparks of electricity make contact with the plastic encasing as he then picks it up.

Max: There you are...

Max tries to open it, but fails to avail. As he keeps trying he then melts a hole in the encasing. Max then pulls out a battery and begins to absorb the power inside it, but didn't realize he was using too much of his power which caused the battery to explode. This alerts the shopkeeper.

???: Hey! What's going on there?!

Max: Oh! Nothing Ma'am! *Puts Battery In Mouth* Just looking through the-the battery types.

As the shopkeeper comes around the corner, she catches Max feeding off of the batteries. Max froze for a second as he still had the battery in his mouth and failed to notice the shopkeeper had a bat.

Max:...

Shopkeeper:...

Max:...This isn't what it looks like...

As Max said that the shopkeeper then swung her bat at Max as he narrowly dodged it. Max begins to hide behind the shelves of aisles trying to avoid the shopkeeper whilst still holding a bunch of batteries.

Max: Please! Just let me take your batteries!!

Shopkeeper: And Let you rob me?! Like hell I will!

The shopkeeper swings her bat again as she continues to pursue Max in the store. The two failed to notice as someone had used a webline to grab some bread and other supplies.

Max: Look! I'm sorry, it's a nice bodega, But need the batteries!!

Shopkeeper: Not until you pay up!

Shopkeeper goes for another swing and Max catches the bat. He then subconsciously sends an electrical current through the bat and it connects to the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper goes flying into a small shelf. Though she was unharmed, She was still a bit shaken up.

Max: Look I'm sorry, but I need these batteries. It's for the greater good.

Shopkeeper: How does that make you robbing my shop any better?

Max: Nothing personal! Just need the batteries!

Y/n: Battery?...Y'know, why does it sound like one of Batman's gadgets? "AlFrEd, GeT mE tHe BaTtErY!"

Max: Gah! Spider-Man!

Max jolts backwards as he sees Y/n eating an almost finished sub-sandwich as his mask was halfway off. Max then stumbles and drops the batteries onto the floor. He then scrambles to get the batteries.

Y/n: Mrs. Chen, How much for the sandwich?

Mrs. Chen: It's free if you take him down.

Y/n: Eh, Nevermind. I already paid anyway.

Y/n then unsticks to the ceiling and finishes his sandwich. Max then gets up as he leans against one of the shelves.

Y/n: So, What do they call you? Glow Stick-Man? Limelight? The Human Lightbulb?

Max: I'm Your Worst Nightmare...

Y/n: You're My Worst Nightmare?

Max: Damn Right!

Y/n: Yeah, That's Cute, Captain Sparkles.

Max: You Haven't Seen Anything!

Max then places his on the metal shelf and the metal begins to charge with electricity. Max smiles as he sees the power of the batteries on the other side of the shelf being absorbed.

Max: I've been waiting for this.

Y/n: Yeah, Well I haven't.

Y/n shoots two webline at Max's chest and Maax tries to zap Y/n with the webs. No effect. Y/n pulls Max to himself and kicks him. Max goes for a tackle, but Y/n backflips over him and swing kicks him out of the store.

Y/n: How about we take this outside?!

As Y/n kicks Max outside, Max is sent flying into the side of a car. On impact, the car's sirens began to go off as Max was slumped against the vehicle. Max then sends a blast of electricity at Y/n. Y/n then dodges the blast and webs Max's eyes.

Y/n: You know you remind me of someone I fought prior in my early days. But even she wasn't a villain of the week.

Max: I'll show you, villain of the week! *Fires Electrical Blast*

Y/n: Again, What are you aiming at?!

Y/n then punches Max and webs his hand to the hood of the car. Y/n then perches himself to a wall and clings to it as he speaks to Max from a distance.

Y/n: Come on, sparkles. I don't have all night! Just give up, so I can take you downtown and the police can help you get yourself under control.

Max: Fat-Chance!

Max then sends a blast Y/n. He dodges the blast.

Y/n: Look, I'm giving you a chance, Sparkles! No one's gotta get hurt and shit doesn't have to get destroyed.

Max: Like I said, Webbed-Menace! NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!!

Max then absorbs the car's electricity and breaks free from the webbing. He then fires a huge blast at Y/n. Y/n dodges and the blast destroys the side of the building. Y/n fires a web at a piece of debris and throws it at Max. Max goes flying down the alleyway as he slides on the ground due to the impact. Y/n swings into the alleyway and webs Max to ground.

Y/n: Sorry Sparkles. But this is starting to be the start of a bad joke...If You excuse me, I'm trying to find someone. The police will give you a hand.

Max: Get Back Here! I'm not through with you!

Y/n: I am Sparkles. I don't have time for this. Besides, why do you even want to fight me?

Max: Because you hurt someone close to me...for that you're going to pay!

Y/n: Look. I've hurt a lot of people. None of them were good.

Max then gets up as he melts the webs to ash with his electricity. His body surges as his anger grows with each passing second.

Max: Keep Joking Around, Clown!...Nobody is laughing!

Y/n then switches web types as Max gets closer. His power was leaving burn marks on the wall.

Max: You saved her...and you repay like that...?! Breaking her heart...

Y/n: Hey! I'm a faithful person!

Max: Faithful?! Then why don't we see how faithful you are when your six feet deep underneath, You peace of–

Before Max goes pounce at Y/n, Y/n fires an electric web. But this electricity was different. When the projectile made contact with Max, green electricity began to charge up his body and soon combusted in his face. Y/n covers his own face as the light was bright during the combustion.

Max: AAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!

Max goes flying backwards as he hits a junction box and the green electricity charging his body gets sucked into the box along with him.

Max: I WILL FIND YOU–!!!

Max is sucked into the junction box and the box explodes as it begins to spark. Soon the transformer on the roof explodes and the entire city block goes into a blackout.

Y/n: I think it's a good time to not be here when the police come.

Y/n then hears the police sirens and begins to swing away to continue to find Max. Little did he know, he was just fighting Max. The police arrive at the scene and two officers enter the alleyway. One had dark skin and a goatee, while the other had white hair and beard comparable to Walter White.

??? #1: What The Hell Happened Here?

??? #2: I don't know...But whatever it is, this might mean a new criminal is on the block, Jeff
