Alex was swinging around the city as he was thinking about everything that has happened over a year ago. He shot two weblines and boosted himself to move forward as he shot another webline and continued swinging as he continued thinking about what has happened.

[Can't believe it's been a year now since I graduated from Horizon. A lot has happened last year. Norman's gone, Tombstone has gone silent, maybe he's planning something else, Venom is gone. Everything has been quiet but I don't trust this.]

He made it to a rooftop as Alex was looking at the city until he was attacked as the spider was on the ground.

????: [Laughs] Did you miss us?

Eddie Brock is Alex's childhood best friend. Both Winters and Brock's parents were friends with each other and this led to Eddie and Alex becoming friends.

However after what happened to Alex's parents. Eddie's parents died in a plane accident since then both of them have been there for each other and were like brothers.

However Eddie was jealous of Alex and wanted to prove that he was better then him. After Winters was expelled from high school. Eddie completed his studies and went to Empire State University.

During Alex's time in Horizon University, He took an internship at ESU and reunited with his best friend. However the friendship didn't ended well when Conners became thd Lizard and Alex took pictures of the fight between himself and the lizard in order to win the Bugle prize money which cause a rift between Winters and Brock and Martha, Conners wife fired Alex.

Eddie's life then gradually turned to a downward spiral and ended up snapping after he lost his job at the Empire State University when the symbiote escaped its containment and latched onto Spider-Man, who was none other than Alex Winters himself.

When Alex freed himself from the symbiote, he took it back to the ESU containment lab and destroyed it by freezing it, shocking Eddie and realising his opportunity to getting his job back was destroyed because of Spider Man which made his anger grow even stronger then before.

However the symbiote was still alive, bonded with Eddie and the symbiote revealed all of Alex's secrets which first shocked him but now he made it his mission to destroy Alex and that's when he became the supervillian known as Venom.

However Alex managed to free the symbiote from Eddie and buried it in a construction site so that the symbiote couldn't bond with anyone else. After that incident, Eddie completely disappeared and was never seen again.

Alex was shocked to see him as Venom had a sadistic smile on his face and tried to pounce on the spider but Alex countered the attack as Winters was staring at Eddie.

Venom slowly got up as he smiled at the spider until Eddie said something to him.

Eddie/Venom: [Smiles] Come on bro, join us.

Eddie/Venom: You know you want too.

Alex was shocked as the symbiote began bonding with him as he was struggling to break free and tried to walk back.

Alex: No. . . . . . No!

The spider fell off the rooftop as the symbiote completely bonded with him as he was screaming until everything faded away.

Alex fell off his bed as he immediately got up and saw that he was in his room as his eyes were widen and immediately looked at the time on the clock as it was four a.m.

Winters was fixing his hair as he sighed to himself. He got up and sat on his bed as he was thinking about the nightmare he had. Alex was sure he buried the symbiote so that nobody can find it, however Eddie is still gone and now he was worried, Worried that Eddie is planning something sinister since he knows his identity.

Or that Eddie could be looking for the symbiote so that he could bond with it again and once again go back to tormenting him.

Alex looked at the city through the window as snow continued to drop and heavy wind was blowing through the city as he continued thinking about the nightmare that he had.

Arc 1: Blueprints

December 17 2024 [Four Forty A.M]

Alex was wearing his suit as he was swinging towards the apartment complex and began crawling through the wall until he looked at Eddie's apartment and saw Brock wasn't there but his roommate was inside the apartment, drinking some coffee as Winters said something to himself.

Alex: Looks like Eddie grabbed
everything but his roommate and bailed. . . . . . So, bro, where are you?

Three hours later

Alex was wearing a sweater while wearing his spider suit, however it didn't fit well as he frowned at himself and had a thought.

[Oh, perfect. These long johns keep the knees from knocking but they also make me look like the spectacular spider mush.]

Alex sighed to himself and removed his spider suit as he was still wearing his sweater and jeans as he looked at the suit and had another thought.

[That's what I get for designing
my suit in the spring. Fun in the sun, not so much in the snow. Now I'll have to buy a pair of those expensive skintight thermals. Add that to my to do list.]

Alex heard a notification on his phone as he saw an angry message from his boss telling him to come to work early or he will be fired as Winters sighed to himself until he heard a alert from his phone.

Officer: [On Radio] All units, armed robbery happening at a convenience store, suspects stole a vehicle and are escaping. Requesting backup.

There was a car speeding through the city as there were three criminals inside the car as they were counting the money while talking to each other.

Criminal: [Laughs] Must be two thousand in here.

Criminal: Score!

Criminal: [Laughs] And the webhead's too busy popping big banks to worry about us.

Alex: Ta da! Say my name and I magically appear.

The criminals saw Alex standing at the bonnet of the car as they were shocked while Winters was speaking to them.

Alex: Okay, you two should fasten your seatbelts and you should pull over.

Criminal: Oh okay-

Criminal: No way!

Two police cars were chasing the criminals as the hostiles were driving even faster and the officers continued chasing them.

One criminal pulled out a pistol and tried to shoot Alex but Winters kicked the hostile before the driver opened the bonnet of the car, sending the spider flying in the air before he shot two weblines at the bonnet.

Alex had a cocky smirk on his face and pulled the bonnet away from the car as he got on top of it and flipped it over before the spider shot a webline at the car.

Alex was surfing through the streets as the criminals drove the car even faster as the spider continued surfing through the streets before he jumped off the bonnet and began moving through the street lamps.

Alex: Yeehaw!

Alex got on top of the car and shot multiple cobwebs at the engine as the engine was disabled and the criminals were shocked.

The car was moving out of control until Winters used all of his strength and kicked the vehicle in the air, shocking the hostiles before the spider shot multiple cobwebs at the car as the police cars stopped and saw the car was trapped in the cobweb as Winters was swinging away.

Meanwhile at Colombia University showed three friends talking at the office as she was laughing and smiled at her friends.

Anna was laughing with Racheal and Anne as they all smiled at each other before they heard the bell ring as they got up from their seats and spoke to each other.

Anna: Well look at the time.

Racheal: Time to get to work.

Anne: By the way, are you all free after work?

Racheal: Yeah I'm free after work, my date with Zypher is happening tonight so I got some time.

Anna: I'm free also, I don't need to do anything.

Anne: Awesome! My date with Sebastian is happening tonight too so I also got some time too.

The trio smiled at each other as they left the office and began walking through the hallways while talking to each other.

Meanwhile at the Daily Bugle, Alex was at the elevator as he was fixing his hair and jacket before the elevator doors were opened and he fixed the laces of his shoe before he continued moving forward.

Alex continued moving forward until he knocked on the office door and opened it until someone shouted at him and he looked at his boss.

????: Your late! Summers!

Jonah: Where's my coffee!?

Alex: Coffee?

Jonah: You know what! Your fired! Get out!

Alex stared at him and was about to walk away until Jameson heard something on the intercom.

Betty: [Via Intercom] Mr. Jameson. We don't have a cover picture for page one.

Jonah: Oh yeah. Hey Summers! Your unfired. Get over here! I need those pictures!

Alex looked at him and gave him the pictures of Spider Man that took down the criminals as Jonah was looking at the pictures before he said something to him.

Jonah: Atleast these pictures don't look like complete crap. [Gives him a cheque] Here's your money, now get out of here, Summers!

Alex: It's Winters.

Jonah: Yeah it's winter out there. I'm freezing here and I need my coffee!

Before Jonah could say something, Alex immediately left the office and got in the elevator as he was at the lower level until he saw Benjamin and Michael standing in front of him as they smiled at him and said something to him.

Benjamin: Hey Alex! You free right now?

Michael: Me and Ben thought about inviting you to the cafe to relax and talk.

Alex: Don't you two have dates happening?

Benjamin: My date with Kendrick is happening tonight.

Michael: Same with my date with Elizabeth.

Winters looked at them as he nodded before they all left the building and began walking towards the cafe while talking to each other.

Meanwhile at the docks, there were some workers talking to each other while setting the containers down until something happened which made the workers step back.

Lightning flashed around the clouds until everything faded away as the workers saw someone standing on top of the container and they saw who it was.

????: Behold! I am Mysterio, Here to save the world from the evils of technology corrupting the human spirit.

Worker: Who the hell is this joke?

Mysterio: Silence, fool. These hands possess all the powers of the arcane arts.

Mysterio said something and his hands were glowing before the workers felt weak and fell on their knees as they were tired. Mysterio chuckled before he said something to the workers.

Mysterio: Such weak wills. Your dependency on machines has ravaged your spirits. But I can save you. Behold.
