Chapter 14

Loud cheers echoed through the stadium as Alias Academy and Raimon entered the field. Jane sat in the front seats with Aidan and Shawn, whom surprisingly played against Raimon a few days ago, and lost. Gazel, Torch, and Xavier looked across the crowds, searching for the same bright girl. Sadly, coach Lina had called them to arrange the their strategy, cutting them off from their search.

"I am so excited!" Jane squealed, jumping in her seat like a little child.

Aidan was huffing and puffing anxiously. Shawn knew he was trying to catch his attention, but paid him no mind. "Idiot", he thought, shoving a few popcorn into his mouth. Jane was on the edge of her seat, once the whistle blew. Watching the three boys play was beyond her joy. Xavier was taking his role as a captain seriously, and everyone else were so cooperative. That was when it hit her, playing with everyone, and having fun was the real truth behind her playing soccer. The game was really intense, that even Aidan had stopped moaning and complaining, and focused on the game.

        "Go! Go!" She cheered excitedly.

Jane was litterly crying when Raimon won the game. Aidan and Shawn even had to grab her arms to stop her from going drama. After the game, she was about to meet with Gazel, but Sue had suddenly showed up, and forced her to join her to her K-pop club practice.

"I really want to go, bu--" Sue ignored Jane's complaining, and dragged her carelessly.

In Sue's mind, she was annoyed about being unable to have a little "Girl Time," with her friend, and today was going to gain her wish one way or another. The building looked like a wild zoo from the outside, but from the inside,  studios, elegant changing rooms, and dancing rooms filled each floor.
Jane stopped complaining, and stared at the strange things around her. Costumes, and make-up cases were laid on wide trays, golden shandilers hug from the sealing, and several types of people walked by, each one of them special in their own way.

"Nice, ya?" Jane to her friend, and nodded in agreement.

They finally reached their destination, a large room, packed with teens dressed in fine leather jackets, white shirts, and black jeans. A women about in her thirties stood in the corner of the room, wearing a sparkly purple jeans, and a plain, black shirt. Sue ran to her teacher, and tugged her arm.

"Hello Miss Nanami Fuyuki!" Sue greeted her teacher cheerfully, before pulling Jane into the women's view, "This is my friend whom I have been telling you about for so long. You see, there is this boy, and I was wondering if you can come up with a cute hair-style for her."

A smirk played on Nanami's lips, and before Jane could even complain, she was dragged to a small storage room in the back of the practice room, with Sue only waving cheaply. Namami pulled a small box from the corner of the dark room, and smiled joyfully, playing with a pair of scissors. A loud scream echoed through the building, causing Sue to wrap her arms around her stomach, and laughed so hard, until tears fromed in her eyes.

Finally. After several minutes, Jane walked out of the room, her hair reaching her elbow, and beautiful, butterfly hair pins raising her small bangs from her face. Sue was squealing like a child.

Gazel, Xavier, and Torch strolled across the streets, searching for Jane, and they would keep asking around for the girl, like stalkers. The girl walked out of the building, a sigh escaping her lips, before bumping into someone, and stumbling backwards.

"Are you okay? You seemed spaced out," Jane stared surprisingly at the boy standing infront of her, he had messy purple hair with a little silver spikes at the bottom, which were a bit similar to Shawn, and small, sharp, purple eyes.

"Your Ohio, right?" The teen girl asked, rubbing the back of her head.

It took Ohio a few minutes to notice the strange girl from his previous match against Royal Academy, but he was a bit confused why had she left so suddenly back then. Jane stood up, and flashed him one of her sweet smiles.
The boy decided not to ask, and start a new chapter.

" And you must be Jane?" He replied, looking around for anyone who could help him out of this awkward meeting.

Between the crowd of people walking around, Ohio was able to spot one of his teammates, Sasotsuka. He ran away from the teen girl, and rushed to his friend, grabbing him by the arm, and dragging him into the conversation. Sasotsuka was about to complain about his friend's bold actions, but his attention quickly turned to the confused girl in front of him. One thing Jane had not noticed about herself, was that the new hair-style had given her a new, cute character. Ohio poked his friend's back, without Jane noticing, wanting Sasotsuka to say something. The teen flinched slightly, and asked, "Hey, you are from Royal right? They say you recently left the team."

As if in a flash, Jane's smile disappeared, and was replaced by a nervousness, but she managed, "Yeah, just taking a break from soccer."

This time Sasotsuka pinched Ohio. Jane could tell there was something weird about them, but kept her mouth shut. Suddenly, someone grabbed her hand from behind, causing her to slightly close balance. Gazel wrapped an arm around her shoulder for support, before dashing into a run, leaving Sasotsuka and Ohio staring in confusion.

"Can you explain?" The teen girl asked the silver-haired boy, once they stopped by the river bank.

A smile carved itself on his lips, as he turned towards her, embracing her smoothly.

"You have no idea how c-cute you look now, do you? " He asked his grip tightening.

An explosion of joy bursted through Jane, and before she knew it, tears were running down her pale cheeks.

" Why would you care baka?" She muffled, resting her head onthe boy's chest.
It did not matter what was ahead anymore, Jane had her friends, and a person she treasures a lot. This was not the end, it will never be. . . . and with her hazel eyes locking with Gazel's, she found herself standing on her tip-toes with her lips sealed against the his soft lips. It was so gentle . . . sweet. . . and so delicate. "I love you so much," she whispered into his ear, after their lips parted.
The boy still had his mouth slightly opened from the girl's straightforwadness, but he did not mind. . .
